Pros: The listing was very accurate. The view is amazing. The house is very clean and well stocked this things you need. The snorkeling off the back of the house is amazing with sting ray, sea turtles, octopus, sea urchins, and much more. The photo of the front of the house does not do it justice. It is a very cute home. It was a very enjoyable home. Cons: only cons were just personal preferences. The property really doesn’t have negatives. The upstairs has very few lights…. So it’s very dim in the living room/dining area when it gets dark. Just our preference that we like lots of light. We were told about quiet hours and asked to respect them but about 150 yards away is a public beach where Columbus landed on his second trip. It is packed full of people living in tents. They blast music and ride wave runners in the reef. So it’s not as quiet as it could be but in the evening it settles down and they stop. Just a personal preference, we would rather hear the ocean. The property own is just a little slower in response to questions. We are used to 15 minutes or 30 minutes if you message them. I think it took 1/2 day or one time day and a half. Nothing was emergency related and we had his email as well as phone. But response times for text or messages through Vrbo were similar 1/2 day to a day. Personally we have always experienced faster responses at other places so maybe this is normal. But I want to state these are all just our personal preferences. Property is 5 star!

We enjoyed the quiet, relaxing atmosphere and the spectacular views.

My husband and I stayed for a week and found this home clean, well appointed, and comfortable. The location was perfect for exploring different areas of the island while coming back to relax in peace. The view is beautiful - it was quite pleasant to just sit on the gallery or swim in the pool and enjoy the sound of the waves. The beds were comfortable and bathrooms well stocked and clean. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and wouldn’t hesitate to book again.

Had a very relaxing stay, couldn't get enough of the mesmerizing views and calming sounds of the sea. House had everything we needed and was comfortable to rest in. Provided a much needed escape.

This beach home is in a great location with wonderful views of the Caribbean Sea. It is on a quiet gated road, very comfortable and a short drive to restaurants, groceries and other beaches and activities. It felt very safe as well. David was very responsive to our communications. We would highly recommend this wonderful beach home.

This was a beautiful property in the most fantastic location. Just gorgeous! The swimming and snorkeling right outside the door is outstanding. We saw whales while sitting on the veranda. I can’t say enough- we booked for next year already. David is an excellent host- fast to get back. Best communication I’ve ever had with a vrbo host.

The location was excellent. Right on a very empty beach with easy access to the coral reef. The snorkeling was fantastic. Very good for beginners to learn. We saw manta rays and plenty of fish. The house was so peaceful. Beds were very comfortable. Just a perfect place to stay.

Wonderful trip in a beautiful home! The views from the back balcony were breathtaking! From sailboats, to cargo carriers and red moons to double rainbows it all was just splendid!

Absolute paradise. We spent a month at Another Day in Paradise. It was absolutely perfect! Some of the best snorkeling on the island is just steps from the house. Great snorkeling a short swim to the north (left) by what appears to be an old dock/pier. A longer swim to the coral reef reveals a great treasure of fish in very shallow water. Kitchen has plenty of space to prepare your favorite dishes with plenty of quality kitchen pans/utensils. Views are better than the pictures show.

Everything about the property is wonderful! It was quiet and calming! We had a relaxing stay and spent hours sitting on the balcony listening to the waves.

Absolutely beautiful property. This was our first time on St. Croix, and I'm so glad we picked this property. It's location is perfect for which ever direction your activities take you for the day. We loved exploring in the morning and afternoon and then coming back for dinner in the well stocked kitchen and spending time in the pool. My husband and Son-in-law loved being able to walk down and fish so close to the house. If we ever make it back to St. Croix, this will be at the top of our list to book.

Disclaimer: been visiting STX almost annually for 20y. The most quiet and remote spot I've stayed at by far. Great home. Better suited to families with older (independent) kids. Location was the best to head in any direction. Beautiful interior layout and positioned very well on the beach. The walkway opens up to the beach where debris was present making it difficult to wade but a few yards away it is quite pleasant. Absolutely recommend for 1st time visitors and seasoned guests.

Great place, Great location on the Island. North shore was exactly what my wife and I were looking for. We would definitely stay again in Another Day in Paradise.

Spent nine nights at this beautiful house on the beach with my wife. This was our 50th Anniversary trip and it did not disappoint. Having coffee on the deck each morning watching the sunrise was a gorgeous sight. The pool was a great relief from the afternoon sun; but also the short walk down to the beach was very enticing. We snorkled almost everyday and saw many fish, urchins and sea fans. We didn't need the AC unit as we had a cool breeze every evening: but there are two units if you need them. Our favorite restaurant during our stay was "Hamilton's" in Christiansted; but we also enjoyed El Leon (great fish tacos) on the Christiansted boardwalk and Six Nine Restaurant tucked in off the Frederiksted boardwalk. We also had some great drinks at the Mill on the Christiansted boardwalk. We visited the Botanical Gardens of The Virgin Islands on a self guided tour which turned out to be very interesting as it use to be an operating sugar plantation. We were disappointed that the Cruzan Rum Factory was closed due to rennovations (next time); but you are able to purchase it along with the Mutiny Voldka at most stores on the island.The Flyers Restaurant has closed at the Salt River Marina and moved to the Frederiksted boardwalk. David was a great host and his cleaning crew made sure the house was in pristine condition before our arrival. He provides lounge chairs and an umbrella for use below the pool as the pictures show. Nothing to complain about: just Another Day in Paradise

Had a great time at this beautiful beach house. My wife and I, and our two friends stayed the week, and couldn't have asked for anything more. The pool was heated which made it very nice when we wanted to do a pool day instead of a beach day. sunrises on the outside porch are beautiful. Thanks again!

David is a wonderful host. We had a snafu with the AC in the second bedroom & he took care of it quickly. I am picky about cleanliness in hotels and VRBOs. His housekeeping crew is wonderful. The house was very clean. We loved that beach towels & plenty of other linens are provided. It was great to have dish soap, shampoo & other supplies to get started. This property is on a very natural beach. We loved it, but it would be tough to manage with little ones or the elderly. Depending on what conditions have been prior to your arrival, the path from the concrete walk to the actual beach is a bit steep & rocky. If seaweed bothers you, you may not be pleased here. Having said that, I'll restate that we loved it and it didn't bother my boys, my husband or me. Some reviews mention it and I think it's a matter of perspective - we live on the East Coast & the beaches of NC and VA are wild and free in a lot of places and that's what we're used to! It's private, quiet and relaxing. We highly recommend the nighttime bioluminescent kayak tour by Bush Tribe that is a quick 2 minutes away by car. You must have dinner at The Chicken Shack & book an excursion to Buck Island. There is decent snorkeling in front of the house; there is great snorkeling 12 minutes away at Cane Bay Beach along with The Landing restaurant at Cane Bay that is great. The house is convenient to just about everything! Hang out in town then come back home to tranquility.

We had a wonderful trip! We’ve have been to the island the past three years and this was by far our most favorite rental. The house is as promised, it is beautiful, clean, and the David was very responsive when we needed him. Location is perfect for we could get to any side of the island in a short time. We enjoyed coffee on the patio every morning watching the ocean waves. The sea breeze was beautiful at night to help keep pesky biting bugs away and we enjoyed our evenings listening to the ocean sounds. The kitchen was nicely stocked for the meals we cooked. David also supplied some beach towels and chairs which was helpful for planning what to pack as those things are bulky and heavy to travel with. The neighborhood was quiet and safe. We would love to stay again here on our travels back in the future 😊

The home was exactly as advertised and absolutely perfect for us. Unbelievable views and breeze, we ate every meal on the veranda. Perfect kitchen for those who love to cook at home. The location is ideally equidistant to Christiansted and Fredrikstead although we found crane bay to be our favorite area to hangout and relax. You absolutely must dine at Ama at cane bay and if you came to dive and fish definitely call Capt. Shane at Blue Canyon Charters, 100% pro. The home owner was very helpful and easy to communicate with. We are planning our return already in May.
