Note:This unit has a MI state park dnr delivery permit for lawful operation in the park(so you don’t have to worry about the rv being turned around at the gate, must have for 2022 new enforcement rules). RV has 3 slides, 2 large opposing to make a huge living area, with wardrobe closet slide in bedroom, fireplace, flat screen, DVD surround sound, blue tooth connection and indoor/outdoor speakers. There's a queen bed in the master bedroom and also has a pullout queen sofa in the living room (this is actually comfortable:)). The extra 2 sleeping areas are on recliners that fold out almost flat (some people have a hard time sleeping in recliners). I also have a cot per request that is very comfortable. Comes stocked with dishes, cooking utensils, Rv glasses, mugs, electric skillet for pancakes, games, DVDs and more. Outdoors you will find a propane grill with tank(addition fee for grill and tank), 4 outdoor chairs, outdoor rug, outdoor garbage can. I will drop off the rig for a fee depending on location, set it up completely with slides and connections, chairs, slides, ready for you to just arrive and start your vacation. Then I'll take over after your vacation is completed and pack it up, disconnect ( I do not allow anyone to drive the rig). Please ask resort or park for a somewhat level site, pull through a plus and full connections ( I have a generator and can bring with fresh water tank filled, and drain tanks after for a fee)! This is a non-smoking rv, meaning nothing that produces smoke. If you have anything green that will stink up the rv, keep it in your car. If the unit smells like smoke, I’ll immediately take it to a remediation company and remove the cost from your security deposit, plus market daily rent/day for time I can’t rent it out. I’ve never had to charge for this as everyone has been very respectful.
