Es un apartamento incómodo para dormir cuatro personas adultas.

Excelente ubicación. Buen trato del personal

Faltaba menaje de cocina. Éramos 5 personas y había pocas tazas de café, un solo cuchillo, cafetera pequeña…. Almohadas malas y para el sofá cama no había ninguna. Una de las literas se movía como un columpio (endeble) Te piden 200€ de fianza.

La ubicación excepcional

El baño muy incómodo, la ducha se salía toda el agua del plato de ducha y se encharca todo el suelo del baño, la manguera de ducha muy corta no llegaba a la cabeza.

La ubicación es muy buena, tiene ascensor y es una habitación muy calentita.

La hora de la recogida de las llaves es a partir de las 17:00 y además está en otro edificio retirado de este, la limpieza es escasa, la habitación no es cómoda por el tipo de mobiliario que tiene y el tipo de camas.

Liked the location, 2 radiators to keep us warm and the view of the mountains. The agency was responsive to my requests.

A lot of things were falling apart in the apartment. The shower was leaking, the coat hanger at the entrance was falling apart, the ski storage was nearly non existent. Most things were very very old. The furniture was very old and dated. The beds were horrible with metal fixing and very uncomfortable Matresses. The duvet and pillows were old and felt dirty. Should definitely be replaced with a better quality ones. Found many hair in the apartment from the previous guests.

could do with an update, beds were uncomfortable, no wifi, some information on were to deposit rubbish would be great. expensive stay for a small apartment. felt like your paying for the location above everything else. only apartment in the building which seems to have no security bars on the kitchen window.

Location.

We had the worst experience trying to check-in. The office where you need to collect the keys to the apartment is up the hill and not easy to find. You can take a chairlift to go up the hill to the office but there is often a long queue and it closes at 5:30 pm (check-in is only from 5 pm), leaving you with the options to walk (in your ski boots, with family, kids, etc) or drive (to an address that is not recognised by gps). The check-in office staff were unpleasant and unhelpful. It took us forever to get the keys. There needs to be a much better check-in system. How about a secure code lock-box for the keys at the apartment itself? The apartment: The toilet lid was broken and is not attached to the toilet. Only half a toilet roll supplied. The shower head cannot reach its (previous?) wall mounting meaning it's a hand-held shower. Also, the water from the shower floods the whole bathroom floor. No kettle to be found and very little crockery available in the kitchenette. After our stay we had to chase them up several times for our refundable deposit to be refunded. It took them several days to do it, initially with them unsure what deposit we were asking about!

bed was uncomfortable, apartment had no toilet paper, broken toilet seat and lights and no response from staff members when we asked if they could provide us with some.

Great location in the middle of everything. Warm. Full kitchen. Lift working. Easy to find. Close to parking

The cleanliness was lacking (flooring in the bathroom was not moped from previous stay, shower was overflowing, hair on the towels) but it’s clearly an apartment to rent when skiing and it’s not 5 stars price so you get what you pay for.

The location: you are literally in the city centre.

The beds are increadibly uncomfy. They were probably older than me. The kitchen was badly equipped, it did not even have a chopping board. The toaster was not working. The water coming out from the tap was either boiling hot or cold which was really dangerous, especially having kinds around. In general, the appartment receives the minimum maintenance possible. The price you are paying is not worth it, you only pay for the location.

Alexandro was really helpful. We had booked a 4 night stay and then decided to stay an additional night before we arrived. we couldn’t book the same apartment but Alex saw this and made sure we could stay without having to move. it wasn’t the apartment we booked but was recently modernised.

Although nice, the bedrooms were small. We had a room with bunk beds, a small room with a single bed with a trundle bed underneath (could only just pull it out) and a sofa bed.

Great location. We stayed 9 people in the duplex apartment. Spacious apartment in the living room area and bedrooms. 2 good bathrooms. The apartment was very warm and with enough hot water. It's nice to have some games and books.

The kitchen is very small, has few glasses and cups, there is no dishwasher, the stove is minuscule and the pots also taking into account that the apartment can take up to 10 people. Kitchen without hood or chimney. Tv exists but without channels. Apartment without internet which nowadays is very rare. Very dim lighting. Almost all lamps only have one lamp and some don't even have one. No outside doorbell and you can't open the access door to the building from the apartment. Door staves from the lower floor bathroom are falling and the door handle from the living room as well. The heating by the living room window was a little broken. Very few power outlets for an apartment that can accommodate so many people. The access ladder to the upper floor should have a protection to prevent a person from hitting with the head. In general the apartment needs some maintenance.
