We can’t say enough about this beautiful home and our fantastic hostess. There was not one thing missing in this lovely townhouse; anything and everything one could need was available for our use. HIGHLY RECOMMEND this unit.

We couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay! It had everything we needed & more! Pool & beach accessories, washer/dryer and even extra kitchen essentials! Communication and check in/out was easy. The owner was always a text away if we needed anything! It felt like home away from home! I couldn’t have asked for a better experience!

Everything was perfect. The condo was immaculate, the location was superb and the owner thought of everything we needed for an amazing stay. It was fantastic to be such a short walk to the beach. Fine and thoughtful details by the owner made this a truly memorable vacation. We will definitely return.

We just finished up a 2 week vacation and it was so hard to come back home because Oksana's condo was really starting to feel like home. She has provided everything you need in order to feel like a home away from home. The condo was clean (I am a clean freak and I felt totally comfortable here) and it was stocked with everything you could need in the kitchen, bathroom (even a step stool for my little kiddos), and everything for the beach. We were surprised to see there were good quality beach tents and a wagon there so we did not have to rent everyday which definitely saved us some $$. My 4 year old daughter loved that there was even a little chair for her! The location of this condo is great! This condo in specific is right next to the pool, so it is very convenient. I love that there is a grocery store and CVS close for quick trips. The beach is close enough to walk to, especially since Oksana provides a wagon. There are restaurants, stores, and bars within walking distance. This is a laid back area so you do not have the same hustle and bustle which we love. Overall a great place to stay. Oksana made the check in and everything so easy. The condo was clean, safe, well stocked, and great location and we will definitely be back.

We truly enjoyed our stay at this property! It's located within walking distance to so many different places. Therefore, having a car is not a necessity, unless you're going to be doing stuff that is not close by. The house has everything you need... to cook, relax in the house (or on the porch), go to the beach or pool, or anything else you probably can think of doing. The amenities for the residence are a great bonus, although we didn't use all of them. This property is perfect for families or a small groug of friends.

We had a wonderful time in this location. The unit provides EVERYTHING needed for a beach get away! Chairs, umbrella, beach toys, and more! They thought of everything and have it ready to go. My teenagers enjoyed having the freedom to easily walk to shopping, eating, and spending time at the beach. The pool was lovely! Slightly heated so very comfortable to swim anytime of the day. Also really appreciated having two bathrooms in the unit. It was cleaner and nicer than expected, for the money!

Since our last years vacation was cancelled because of Covid-19 we decided we were gonna go this year. Oksana's place fit the bill perfectly. The condo was well equipped with everything you need. We had a perfect beach week with family. I will be coming back. Thank you for everything

Oksanas condo at the Madeira Beach Yacht Club has everything you need for a perfect, relaxing vacation.The condo was spotless when we arrived and after a long day of travel we were greeted with a bottle of wine and chocolate. The beds were comfortable and the condo was well stocked with all the essentials- paper towels, dish soap, laundry detergent, etc. The kitchen was well stocked and had basics like cooking spices, olive oil, flour etc.While the condo itself is lovely, the best part of all was the location. There is a grocery store across the street and the beach is just a short walk. Of course, Oksana has equipped the condo with a beach wagon, beach chairs, beach towels toys, everything you need! You do not need to rent a car here! Everything is within walking distance. There are two beautiful heated pools at the condo and multiple fishing docks (we were so pleased to find fishing poles and supplies in the closet). There is a great park and fishing pier right across the street. Okasna is the perfect host. Her instructions were clear and easy to follow, She contacted us before our trip to send photos and ideas for activities. She checked in via text periodically throughout the trip to make sure everything was going well. She was very quick to respond to any questions we had. We had the best vacation here!
