Excellent home. Carpets need changing very soon but other than that this location and house in awesome. Provides 2 separate master bedrooms. Accommodations were excellent. Please consider changing the carpet soon.

This property was perfect for our camp at NAU. Close to campus, spacious, and nice neighborhood.

We loved this house, and it suited our needs perfectly. If you travel with kids/teenagers, this is the place for you. The extra hangout area downstairs was perfect for them to play games and hang out. The kitchen was well stocked; we had plenty of towels and extra blankets. We will be staying here again!

Spacious bedrooms and great views of pine trees. Private, clean, and modern. Nicely decorated in a quiet neighborhood. No hassle check in and check out. We highly recommend.

Attractive home with nice landscaping and a great front porch to enjoy the breeze. This home would be great for large families are multiple family groups - several seating areas with large TVs and lots of places to sleep! Beds are comfy and house still has that nice new smell. Thank you for sharing your lovely home!

Great spot for multiple families
Very spacious, can comfortably fit several people. Great spot. Only negative was lack of towels. No hand towel in bathroom and only one kitchen towel.

Beautiful Flagstaff retreat
Home is as advertised. Spacious home with 3 levels of bedrooms and living space. Excellent condition, clean, newer appliances and ample parking. 10 minutes to downtown Flagstaff with easy access. Definitely would rent again. NAU Graduation party with family was a great event.

We very much enjoyed our stay at Ponderosa Heights. The home was perfect for our family vacation. Proximity of the home to Sedona & Grand Canyon was ideal. The home had plenty space for our family & the amenities provided at the home made our stay very comfortable.

Great for a family weekend getaway!
My family and I enjoyed our stay! We had a large group (14 total) and it fit our needs perfectly. Location was great, close to restaurants, groceries, and the snow play area. Would definitely stay again!

Perfect family home
Came to Flagstaff for a wedding and our family stayed in this home. Beautiful home, clean, well taken care of, every need available. Neighborhood was a beautiful location. Bedrooms and home are just as described. Exceptionally clean.

Great place for large groups!
This house is spacious! I stayed here with my daughter’s and several of her mountain bike teammates and their moms for a race weekend. We had plenty of space. The house is very clean and conveniently located near trails and our race venue. Check in and check out were simple. The property manager was quick to respond to any questions. I would definitely stay here again.

Family Fun in Flag
Beautiful property in a beautiful neighborhood. There are trails nearby that were perfect for all ages. It is conveniently located near all the fun family friendly things that Flagstaff has to offer. The house is very accommodating to a large family group. It has three levels which helped make it feel spacious. This place was great.

Great Flagstaff Getaway
This was a very clean, well-equipped and comfortable home. Worked perfectly for our needs - a few families staying together for a long weekend soccer tournament - with lots of room to spread out. The neighborhood was also nice, with a path behind it for taking a walk- with the only negative being road noise in the morning from the main road below, that can be heard with the windows open - not a big deal if you don't care about sleeping in.

Nice, spacious property
This property was well appointed for my family and my sister's family with plenty of room to spread out. We didn't have a hair dryer, called the property manager and he brought three, one for each bathroom, by the end of the day. Great service!
