The place was nice and clean. I thought it would be on the ground floor but it wasn't. Hard to tell with condo's from the pictures sometimes. The biggest problem was all the marketing text messages and emails trying to sale me show tickets and stuff.

Great for 4 couple annual Army Reunion, locatuin was great and had everything we needed.

The location and the layout this condo was ideal for our family. The unit needed serious cleaning. The floors were so dirty that my grandsons feet turned black from going barefoot. A couple of the ceiling fan lights didn't work. One toiled ran continuously. The dining table legs were loose. The kitchen cookware needs to be replaced. The unit in general needs updating (low vanities/toilets.)

A great place for our family of 7 with ample space for everyone. It was so close to everything that we wasted no time driving around. We were able to walk across the street to play mini golf so that was very convenient as well. We would definitely stay there again.

It had a nice size kitchen as well. It was right in town behind the strip, very easy access to whatever your heart desires, we will definitely stay here again.

Overall our time was nice, and there was sufficient space for our group of 9. We forgot our cot we normally travel with, so my son slept on the hide a bed, he sleeps well on our cot and would have preferred it. The indoor pool was nice, and the kids enjoyed there time swimming. It would be nice to have a gas grill and the only pan was junk, but Walmart and price chopper are very close so I bought a pan for us to cook with. I should have bought a cheap spatula also... There wasn't a decent one on sight... My biggest complaint is the outside lights won't shut off and there is only blinds (that don't block out the light) some simple curtains would be great... The last thing is the windows will not lock, one of latches is also broke so I didn't feel like the place could be secured. I sent a text, but found out I sent it to the activity concierge instead of the property manager. Despite these things we had a great time, and were so busy enjoying SDC etc... That I never reached out to management. I would still recommend the place, a couple improvements and it would be an excellent review

We had a group of 6 in a 4 bedroom place, and it felt quite spacious. Really liked the living room couch/sofa area. Kitchen amenities were nice and everything was clean. A very good deal for the location!

Nothing but good things to say about our stay. We had to be moved to another unit when we got there because of the stairs but they were super sweet and professional about the whole thing. The shows were phenomenal and the shopping, Christmas lights and sight seeing are always fabulous. Thank you for your hospitality.

We enjoyed the location of the condo. It was close to everything but off the strip. We were pleased to have plenty of table space and sitting space for our whole family to enjoy. Great condo!

It was perfect for our group of 4 couples with a bedroom and bath for each. The unit is down two set of outside stairs. However there is an elevator which was helpful for check-in and out. Would definitely stay here again

We were there for a girlfriend trip so the 4 bedrooms and 4 baths was our main draw. The condo was extremely clean! We were all impressed with the wonderful bedding and towels. The decor was very updated and stylish. This condo has it all. I definitely will stay here on my next trip. Just a note, I thought it was ground floor and no stairs. It was posted in the listing that there are stairs but I missed it. That was not a problem for us but it might be for some.

We really enjoyed our stay at this spacious condo. We had 6 adults and 1 fifteen year old and there was plenty of room for all of us and we all had our own bathrooms. The kitchen had everything we needed to make meals and a big table that seated all of us. The location is close to everything - food, shopping and attractions - my kids even walked right across the street to play mini golf. My adult kids also used the indoor pool and some of the guys played the golf course (which was described as short but challenging, and in great condition) and ate at the clubhouse grill. The fitness center is right out the door as well. Check-in and out was super easy and professional. Neighbors were friendly and loaned us their cornhole boards. We would definitely stay here again if we return to Branson! It was perfect for us.

We had an issue with blood stained sheets in one of our rooms. I called twice to get new ones and both time I was told they would take care of it but they never did. Everything else was very nice just poor customer service.

It felt like being at home, with bedrooms for everyone, a place to cook, and lounge space for everyone to hang out. Plus a porch to sit on and watch the world go by. Unfortunately, the one drawback is that there is no sound proofing between the floors, so you hear every step the upstairs visitors are making.
