Property was absolutely perfect. This cabin is 2nd to none. The 8 of us enjoyed all aspects of the home and wether going to casino, fishing or just relaxing, you can’t beat this property or location.

Plenty of space very nice cabin. Very clean and maintained. Will definitely be staying here again.

This is the third time we have rented this beautiful cabin! We love the views from the huge porch and it is close to Cherokee and the entrance to the Smoky Mountain National Park. Bryson City is so charming and we like to ride the train. In the summer we go tubing on the river and go fishing. The cabin is clean and beautifully decorated. The 4 queen beds are comfortable and there is a pullout sofa in the lower level game room. The sofa bed in the loft is only a sofa now but a new one has been ordered and is due in a few weeks according to the rental company. There are 3 air mattresses available so you could sleep up to 12! Nothing was broken or in need of attention. Since our last visit, there was a new dishwasher and washer and dryer. Outdoors has a great fire pit area in the front and has a brand new grill also. The hot tub is very nice. We have already scheduled our fourth visit!!

Reviewer Comments: My Family's experience while staying at Bearadise Lodge last week. Although the cabin was beautiful inside & out, the back of the couch in the living room was broken, we found a used razor in one of the bathrooms, the oven handle was broken off, so it was hard trying to open the hot oven door and the roaches were so bad in the kitchen that we were afraid to leave any food sitting on the countertop. We were not able to use the Keurig coffee maker because of the roaches crawling out. The roaches were also bad on the bottom floor, my niece had some crawling on her clothes in one of the bedrooms and in the bathroom. Also, I'm not sure if you use a cleaning service because the countertops, the kitchen table & the microwave was dirty, we had to clean those before using. I know we were charged a cleaning fee! I was so grossed out by the bugs that I actually was going to leave but decided to stay only because my nephew drove from Minnesota to be there. I feel like the property could have been cleaner & it should have been a bigger place to put trash. The location was great, the view was great! If we didn't have the issues above it would have been great!

House beautiful, location was good. The bad there where roaches all over the house. Spoke to property manager claimed no one else ever complained but if you look in the guest book there where multiple complaints about roaches and bed bugs!! There was roach houses put out so obviously there was a problem with roaches. Due to roaches we did not use the kitchen! Hot tub did not work properly and smelled bad! I have pictures and videos of all the roaches that came out at night when you turn on the lights. Will not use this company again!!

First issue was the presence of a few roaches one in the downstairs shower and a couple from under the stove when turning on the oven, oven handle broke, outside grill not clean or functioning and finally Netflix wouldn’t connect to the internet. Overall, the experience was GREAT.

Close to everything we wanted to do. Time with our kids! Mining, fishing and shopping were day activities with naps and playing games in the afternoon. It was just awesome!

This was a great cabin to stay in. Great location. Close to cherokee and Bryson City. We stayed with 2 other families and there was more than enough room for everyone. The game room was fun for everyone. We would definitely return to this cabin.

When we got there, the one was totally unsleepable and the living room futon when folded out was shaped like a roof sloping down on both sides. They tried to sleep on them one night and both had sore backs. I called and they were moved to another cabin up the road. Thank you for that, but still do not advertise what isn't usable.

1. Internet does not work....no streaming, no computers will work so don't expect wifi while you are there. 2. The couch in the living room is broken so there is no seating. There were only 2 chairs in the living room to accommodate the 12 people in our group. It is also not stable enough for anyone to sleep on. So don't count it as a pull out that sleeps 2. 3. The loft pull out couch does not pull out. (And apparently this has been broken for over a month...see previous review) This left one of our family members sleeping on the floor. 4. The overall cleanliness is a problem.. The toilets in the master bathroom and the main floor bathroom both have feces in them. They have not been cleaned. There is also a large amount of hair hanging from the lamp in the living room. 5. The bottom floor bathroom door doesn't close properly so there is no privacy in that one. 6. The master bed is a queen, not a king as advertised. We rented this house based on the amenities that were advertised. This house DOES NOT SLEEP 14, IT SLEEPS 10 AT BEST. 7. The hot tub does not work. Apparently after Googling it, we figured out it was in sleep mode. We returned it to normal mode but it takes 2 days to heat back up. It was of no use to us during our trip. 8. And now that we are home, one of the family members is covered in bed bug bites. It appears based on past reviews, this has been a problem at this property. I saw the review, but assumed that SURELY the problem was resolved after the first complaint.... clearly it was not. The house itself is good, but it seems the management of the house is horrible. No maintenance, poor cleaning, and they clearly aren't resolving problems as they arise. I emailed the management company as soon as these problems arose. I got reply saying someone would call me...haven't heard from anyone.

The only issues we had were the sofa sleeper in the loft was broken when we arrived and there were no blankets for the sofa sleeper. We had to go buy blankets. Other than that I would definitely go back again. Driveway is a little steep but I would expect nothing less in the mountains. Very close to Bryson City and Cherokee.
