The house was great. Clean and comfortable in a quiet neighborhood. Property manager was quick to respond to an issue with the heat. When we are in Louisville again I hope to book again.

We recently planned a trip to Louisville with 4 friends to celebrate a 50th birthday. This house was perfect for our trip. 4 full bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms were was just right for the 4 of us. There was a spacious basement with comfortable couches and a nice back porch. A quick 10 minute drive from downtown, this place fit the bill!

House was great place to stay while we were in town working!

We were in Louisville for a bicycle racing event, and needed a rental home with sleeping for 10 and this property was perfect. Very clean, everything worked perfectly, and the back yard and deck were a great place to relax. The neighborhood was quiet with low traffic and everything was well maintained! We would definitely stay here again!

The house was as described and beyond. Beds were awesome and Kristen made it extremely easy to check in and leave. House was very put together, ample space for everyone to spread out, all the utensils or dishes to cook a meal. Centrally located so we were able to get to all our destinations.

Property was very clean, but could have benefited from some minor upkeep (lots of loose door handles). Property owner was very responsive to any questions that we had. Location was very convenient. Every place we visited when in Louisville was about a 10 minute drive from the house. We would stay here again.

Amazing amenities, clean, close to all we needed.

This property worked well for 3 couples during our Derby weekend visit. The place was clean and cozy, and communication with the host was great. We felt safe and the neighborhood was easy to get to, even though it was a little removed from the Derby action and we had to make a short drive to the restaurants we dined at. We weren't at the house a lot, since we were mainly here for the big event, but there was space to spread out and relax and what looked to be a nice outdoor space to hang out. The only challenging things were finding good lighting when we were getting fancy for the race and one day (oddly, the other day was just fine) where the hot water in the shower didn't last very long, but those were minor and not a big deal. Plenty of towels and bedding were provided. The host also left us a thoughtful Derby gift. Would recommend to others looking for an easy, comfortable stay!

Very nice house, as described, very clean, perfect for our family outing. It was easy to get downtown or anywhere else we needed to go. Thanks for helping us enjoy our time in Louisville!

The property manager was fantastic at getting back to us within minutes of any communication. Most of the property was great, and when we had some issues (some broken/missing lights, a brief power outage in the neighborhood), he responded right away. There were a few things that could use improvement (some doors that didn't shut all the way, a large pan missing a lid that fit, single-ply toilet paper). But by and large it was a well-managed vacation rental, and I would consider renting it again if I'm ever in the area.

Could not have asked for a better place to stay during the derby. Not too far from the track, and the nice quiet neighborhood was nice to come home to after a long day of work. The host was very helpful/communicative during the stay and the property was exactly what we needed!

Very convenient to the Bourbon Trail, bars, restaurants, shopping, etc. Location is in a safe and family-friendly community. Clean and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The master bed is super comfy!

This was a very nice clean house in a quiet neighborhood. It is within close proximity to many restaurants. Was nice to have the full basement also. Had all the extras one would need. The only small detail was the master bedroom lighting was dark, would recommend a lamp be added. Overall would stay here again.

We booked our stay fairly last minute considering we were traveling for a large event and I was so happy to find not only somewhere to stay, but the perfect place to stay! Our plans originally were a hotel room for 4 adults but when we added a traveler I looked for a VRBO listing to accommodate everyone and this house was perfect! It’s updated and renovated, with a full kitchen and two beautiful full bathrooms! We watched movies, played games and made some meals together at the house. We felt right at home and had everything we needed. Our National rabbit convention is back in Louisville in 2 years and we would love to stay here again!

Our family of 4 (two kids 13, 10) decided to explore Louisville for our October break. This house was perfect for us. There are three bedrooms upstairs, one with a king size bed. There is a full bathroom on the main floor but also a full bathroom in the basement that we used when we were all getting ready in the mornings. The huge couch downstairs was a nice space to watch a movie or get a little separation from others in the house. The kitchen had everything you might need for a long stay. The neighborhood was quiet and safe and in close proximity to major highways for getting around. Plenty of dining options nearby as well. The front door code made it extremely easy to check in and check out of the house and the owner was quick to respond with any questions and follow-up.

The house was great. It provided two separate living spaces and 3 bedrooms. That made a great place to stay for a week. Way better than staying in a hotel room.

Great location for hitting all the stops on the bourbon trail. Property was clean and comfortable. The floor from the king bedroom into the hallway does squeak a little bit it could just be the time of the year and the humidity causing it.

This is a great place to stay in a nice little neighborhood. We stayed for a week with 4 adults and 2 kids, it worked perfectly! Plenty of space and we loved the back porch in the evening. Pretty close to everything!

This house was perfect for our family! It is extremely clean, updated & adorable!! The location was great & very close to the airport, which was convenient for us. I would definitely recommend this house for a group of 5-6.

Our stay at Barrett’s home was amazing. His home was very inviting and with modern updates. Very thoughtful touches Including extra throw blankets to enjoy the sectional couches and frozen beer mugs in the freezer. Barrett was so kind and communicated well and quickly. We hope to stay again soon!
