My family of 8 enjoyed every minute of our stay. We didn’t even use all the bedrooms so if you have an even larger crew you would have plenty of room.

We absolutely loved our stay at this amazing house! It was so well-designed for multiple families, and we couldn't believe how thoughtful and helpful the hosts were. They had literally thought of everything to make our stay unforgettable. The kids had a blast with all the fun activities available, and we all enjoyed taking a short walk to the serene lake. We even got to hear some lovely bird calls and unwind in the peaceful backyard. We highly recommend this place and can't wait to come back next time we're in the area. The house is huge and easily accommodated our 12 person bachelor weekend. It provided a great place to get away and just spend time together while also being close to grocery stores and restaurants when needed. Plenty of sleeping space with large kitchen, dining, and sitting areas. Albert was very responsive and was easy to work with. For a group this size, I highly recommend this home!

We loved our stay, and it was exactly what we were looking for - close to our home in N Texas, lots of fun stuff for teens to do, in a relaxing rural setting. House is incredibly equipped with almost everything you might need. Hosts are great communicators and very responsive. Teen girls enjoyed hot tub, whole family enjoyed movie room, all sat around fire pit where we also grilled hot dogs and s’mores, skipped rocks on the lake….. very enjoyable time! Would definitely consider returning.

They really have thought of everything and provide more than enough amenities and basic necessities for you to enjoy your stay. The movie/playroom was perfect for us to relax while the kids played. The backyard was amazing, and the walk to the lake was enjoyable. The bedrooms and bathrooms were more than accommodating and comfortable. And the hosts were excellent with quick and efficient responses. This may have been one of the best VRBOs we've stayed in! We will definitely be coming back!

I would highly recommend anyone staying at this house. All of the beds are very comfortable, and the house is very spacious. This house is perfect if you have a family as well, there’s so much to do. I have stayed at many VRBO locations, and I have never stayed at a house that was so well put together and organized. The lake is very close to the backyard, and the water toys were amazing.

Stayed here during Spring Break and everything went great. From fire pit to media room, everything worked well. Would definitely stay here again.

In Texas for a memorial. The house was perfect for several families to be together. I think the house outdid the pictures. Everything was great. Well stocked with everything we needed. Clean. Gracious hosts. No problems with any part of the house. We did not use any lake toys so can’t comment there. Only tip I have for future stays is maybe bring a couple of extra dish and hand towels. We had a full house and could’ve used a few more. There were enough but extras would’ve helped.

Great property and awesome communication from the owners! Everything was in perfect condition and my family loved the home. We were in town for my son’s wedding at the Olana so the location was only 10 minutes away. I would recommend this home highly.

This was the perfect property for our families to get together. Plenty of room for everyone to spread out, as well as multiple fantastic spaces to come together. Even though it was late November, we spent plenty of time outside and loved the fire pit and lake. The theater room and the game rooms were other big hits. Communication with the hosts was exceptional, with very rapid help with any questions or issues. We were also impressed with the quality and organization of all the extras and accessories (indoor and outdoor games, AV systems etc) - the owners have gone the extra mile to make everything high quality and easy to find/use. This is a comfortable house close to Dallas and D/FW, with access to the lake. We were a group of 7 adults on a mini-family reunion and had plenty of space to spread out, both inside and out. The house is very well-equipped for children, which we did not have in our group, but we could see it would be wonderful for them.

You cannot go wrong in renting this property if you’ve got children, or grandchildren. For babies they’ve got PnP’s, high chair, baby bath, and sit-up seats with trays, baby gate, baby monitors. My children travel with lots of baby items, but were able to leave the bigger items at home. We brought a folding play mat for the babies in the living room. (viewable from the kitchen) Toddlers have their own playroom, and tv. Our 2.5 year old grandson practically lived in the playroom. Our 5.5 year old granddaughter enjoyed the playroom some, but especially enjoyed the movie room. They enjoyed the teeter totter in the front. They would have enjoyed the playhouse as well, but I wasn’t made aware of the spiderwebs that made them afraid to play in it until the day before we left. Teenagers would enjoy the movie room, the game room, or the many yard games, and water toys for the lake in the shed. The lake access is a shared space, but we were the only ones using it when we went down to the lake. The house has beach towels, and a washer and dryer if you need to clean them for the next day. Five bedrooms all spread out gave every individual family their space. Three and ½ baths with multiple sinks were sufficient for people to get ready. Plenty of hot water since the property has two water heaters. The walk-in pantry kept the groceries for the week stored out of sight, but easy access. Two refrigerators allowed for food in one refrigerator, and cold drinks in the other. The kitchen was well equipped. Be careful using the thinner oven mitt it does not protect from hot pans. I will advise the owner of this issue. Once I located the grill mitts I used those for the kitchen, and the kitchen mitts for the outside grill. The fire pit for smores is nice. We didn’t spend much time doing that since the heat was still high at 8-9pm in the evening. If you enjoy a hot tub at night to relax before bed, they have that too. This house is also great if all you have are adult couples traveling together. The owner is very responsive. If you have any questions, or issue, don’t hesitate to contact. Great house with lots of games/lake toys. Would recommend

I booked this property for a weekend getaway with extended family. We had 12 people on the property and the size was perfect! I would highly recommend this home, especially if you have children. The media and play rooms were huge hits with the kids (ages 5-13). Although we didn't need it, they had everything you'd need for smaller children as well (PNP, high chair, etc). The home was very clean. We all enjoyed hanging out in the back and around the firepit. The owners have all the lake toys you could need and we took advantage of them. The private lake access is great! It's not really a swimming area right now but the kayaks were perfect. There was an issue with some of the lights in the back not working, but Albert came right over with a latern for us. I have no doubt that if the previous occupants had told him about the lights, they would have been fixed prior to our arrival. He was extremely responsive and a wonderful host. We loved the home and are already looking forward to booking it again!

I just can’t say if the swimming area near the home is good or not, I imagine it’s great. The house was very clean and fully stocked for all renters needs. Also there were a lot of bed options which was so great for us and the kids. We definitely hope to visit again in the future!

This home is very well maintained. The kitchen was well-stocked for cooking. There was coffee and smores supplies left for us. Beautiful and relaxing back yard - we really enjoyed our time here!

Above and beyond....the owners literally thought of everything...aside from the home being amazing...I appreciated the extras from soap to first aid kit to smores waiting for us on arrival. I wouldn't stay anywhere else at the lake.
