Everything we needed was in this home!

We traveled with a large group of family and friends with kids ranging from 8-18 and we loved every minute of it! It was enjoyable for everyone who attended and we would definitely stay there again!

We loved swimming in the pool while enjoying the ocean view!! Pool was perfect for kids! Dolphins will be coming up right near the dock—you have to be looking for them. Came at different times but I think early morning was best for us! Beach was not as close as it looked on google but not bad and everything about Rockport was so clean!!!! Home was very well equipped with most of what ya needed! We cooked and ate out! Our first trip to Rockport and this beautiful home was perfect for us!

We absolutely loved our stay! Beautiful home, views, pool, location! Our family loved being able to take our boat and cruises in the area along with some coastal fishing ! We hope to return and highly recommend this beautifully decorated and comfortable Rockport home! Fabulous !

I've stayed in dozens of vacation homes on the Gulf Coast and around the world. This has been my favorite vacation stay thus far. The great photos still do not do the property justice. Its perfectly and tastefully appointed, very large, and in a great location. The home was clean and well suited to our family and small group of friends. The pool was lovely and the family really enjoyed grilling outside and watching the sunsets and the dolphins from the boat dock. The 2 bars, fireplace, and game rooms were greatly enjoyed. We couldn't recommend a better home.

Best Rental and view in Rockport
This was by far the best rental property ( 2 years in a row) I have ever stayed in and I have been renting houses for 30+ years! The dolphins visit ever night and your view is the Ocean and the canal where they play. The house is gorgeous with a nice pool and well equip for families to enjoy their vacation on the island with many amenities and space. The host Rob is always there to be of assistance in any way. I highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a wonderful vacation home!

Beautiful view
Wonderful stay over easter weekend. Kids had fun in the canal with kayaks and floating pad, adults enjoyed the spacious house and patio as well as the very nicely appointed kitchen

Amazing home
The house is spectacular. The outdoor dock, pool and balcony with rocking chairs were enjoyable form all. Our group ranged from 20 to 80. Everyone had a wonderful time.

Summer Family trip
The property and the home and view was amazing. The new pool was just completed and perfect for our family. We had a wonderful and fun filled reunion time. The lay out was perfect for us and would definitely recommend this beautiful home.

Stunning home
This is a lovely and spacious home that is decorated beautifully in a modern and sophisticated manner. The layout is great and the views are amazing. Once the necessary renovations are complete, I can’t imagine a better rental on the entire island...and we have been renting for our 25 years!
