We truly enjoyed our stay because we were able to enjoy the pool and pier .

Very friendly staff. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. Unlike some motels, this motel cleans your room every day you are there, unless you direct them not to. Breakfast included sausage and eggs, along with traditional breakfast fare, so you have a "real" breakfast to start your day.
I can't think of anything I didn't like.

Very friendly staff. The fishing pier was also very nice. I would stay there again.
Some of the people fishing left their trash on the pier. Not the Inn's fault, just people being trashy.

This place was a nice surprise. Very spacious, room and bathroom super clean, king bed comfortable. Room has vinyl flooring, which we much prefer to carpet in other hotels which can retain dirt and odor. Room felt airy and fresh. Hotel is in a quiet area, just outside the edge of town... a perfect spot for a three-day base to go out for day trips to other sights. Breakfast was good. Staff very friendly. We enjoyed relaxing out on the dock in the morning with our coffees. Highly recommended.

Breakfast was great, pier was amazing, hotel staff was very accommodating and friendly. Wonderful location! Would definitely come back here. Rooms were spacious and clean! Pool was great too!
Shower head in bathroom was spitting water outside the shower all over the floor. Beds were a little hard and when you sat on them or would roll, the metal thing underneath them would make a bang noise. My non-smoking room was next to a smoking room and the people next to us would smoke and our whole room smelt like smoke for the night.

The room was very clean, beds were comfortable. Breakfast was hot and staff was quick to restock. Love the pier for fishing or watching the sunrise.
Location was convenient and we love Rockport! For the price, overall a good vaue.
People sitting outside their rooms smoking. Cigarette butts along the sidewalks. The covered patio is designated area for smoking.

Breakfast was modest but was very good. Would suggest perhaps some hash browns as well. Staff took extremely good care of the breakfast food! Location was convenient and the early AM views of the bay were amazing.

We love fishing so fishing pier is waking distance to your hotel, I love that dog fee is only $20 per day, barbecue area , pool, breakfast, rooms are big, shower pressure is great.
Breakfast ends at 9:30 so u need to wake up super early to catch that,

Location away from the hustle and bustle of downtown and still on the waterfront.
Some parts of the room could have been cleaner like the mirrors and some floor and door trim, but all the bedding and surfaces we touched were clean.

Private fishing dock was nice, cameras everywhere so felt very secure, room was fairly clean, no funky odors or broken furniture, lady at the desk at check out was super nice, good breakfast.
Breakfast hours weren't posted anywhere. Breakfast ends at 9:30 sharp. Showed up at 9:32 and everything was put up - make sure you show up on time!

Got to motel on Friday afternoon all good, Friday night ice machine broke down, Saturday no ice, Sunday no ice, Sunday morning NO HOT WATER !!

bed and pillows were very uncomfortable. Table and chairs were sooo pathetic. Could clearly evesdrop on conversations through the walls.

visible stains on the floor, walls, windows. the beds are super uncomfortable- only redeeming thing is the pillows and down blanket. walls are super thin! you will hear everything including the tv, regular conversations, luggage rolling around, and the worst if you’re stuck next to rambunctious kids or adults. signs up at breakfast saying you have to eat there.
