Location and cleanliness

Blinds at the main window didn’t block out much light , meaning we woke at 5.30 am

We liked the room as it had everything to cater for ourselves the bed was comfy and the shower was great very clean and smelt nice😁

We didn't like the bins outside the front door so full it looked lije a dump until we got inside but if I was to just go on arriving last minute I probably wouldn't have picked there because of how it looked outside with the rubbish

Parking was an issue being Disabled. The General cleaning of the the shower was way below standard. The panels were dirty as well as all the fitting. Their was a white towel hanging on the radiator with holes in it. You have Phyllis at the bottom of the page my wife dead six years ago or was this meant to be someone else clarity please

No towels available as expected and broken fridge door not closing fully.

It's not the first time we've stayed it's a good location and the rooms are spot on 10 out of 10 from us we will be definitely staying there again

The room is beautiful. very clean. Own private shower and toilet. Kitchenette in room which was a great bonus. Great location to all shops, beach and facilities near by. We even stayed an additional night.

The guest house was very clean and modern. Our room was on the back of the house (floor ground). We were in room 8. It has a garden which we enjoyed immensely. We'll definitely stay again

It's on a roundabout which is busy but we heard no noise. No parking. Luckily we had a lift to and from the guest house.

location ideal, Kitchenette very useful.

only thing missing - although has a kitchenette no cleaning cloth or sponge available to clean utensils after use.. saves cleaning staff having to do.. missing a tea towel missing a hand towel in bathroom … all very minor and may have just been missed .. other wise for over night stay would highly recommend.

Excellent room size: I expected a standard single room, but was "upgraded" to a marvellous double, with separate door access to the rear garden. Perfect for entertaining anyone, in a quiet spot.

It's always nice to know the name(s) of your hosts, as they were tremendous.
