Enjoyed our stay in Townsend. We love the Smokies but hate the crowds of Gatlinburg & PF. We normally stay a little farther into Wear's Valley. We wanted to try Townsend for the closer proximity to Cade's Cove. Too bad for us it was closed due to downed trees for our entire stay. We enjoyed the cabin, it was clean, easy to find and as advertised. One thing of note is the narrow spiral stairs to the loft are a tad tricky if you need to come down during the night. But I managed fine! We would stay again & recommend.

Quiet little cabin in the woods. For a couple, it’s a perfect cabin. We enjoyed the outdoor hot tub. Close to town but far enough away to still be in nature.

Love the location near Cades Cove and the Park. The cabin is very open and the hot tub was very relaxing. We did have an issue during the weekend with the a/c and they had someone out to work on it within an hour of us calling. Will definitely stay here or one of their other cabins in the future.

My wife and I wanted to get away for our anniversary. Although it rained a lot while we were there we had a wonderful and relaxing stay. I would recommend this to my friends.

This was a very cozy, very quiet place. We woke up to rain hitting the roof and it just made the whole place that much more inviting. Fell in love with the shower in the front bathroom. Actually, fell in love with a lot of things. But I have to say, the metal bear with the pine trees on the wall . . . . . early morning light hits it and WOW! I am now searching for one for me. Thank you for a wonderful place to stay.

This home was everything we needed…comfortable, spacious, beautiful, peaceful…all nestled in the mountainside. The keyless check-in and departure was easy, binders/magazines full of useful information on the tables was helpful, comfortable beds and bedding and grateful there was on site washers and dryers. Visited the pool twice-which was nice and clean..the few bugs I saw the skimmer was there to use. I would recommend this peaceful retreat to all!

We loved everything about our stay! The cabin was fabulous and hot tub was perfect. Everything was clean. Beds were so comfy! We will hopefully be back.

The cabin was perfect for the 4 of us to relax! The jacuzzi felt great and the community pool was fantastic! We enjoyed our 2 day stay very much and will possibly go back soon.

Nice place to stay. Everything was clean and ready as promised. Super easy keyless checkin process. It is in close proximity to a few other cabins. The trees isolate it fairly well but would likely be less private in the fall/winter. Location at end of road keeps it quiet since there is no traffic passing by. Location of the neighborhood is very convenient to Townsend.

You need to up front on all amenities IE: pool operations/ opening , fire place operations October to April. It would of been nice to use both during our stay

The family wanted a quick pre-summer vacation vacation so we opted to have an extended weekend near Gatlinburg. This cabin really fit the bill. It’s easy to find but secluded enough that it’s very quiet area. The cabin was tastefully decorated and there’s so much to do not only in Gatlinburg but in Townsend itself. We had a very bad storm come through the first night and lost power a couple times but it was brief.
The enclosed hot tub was nice, the beds were comfortable and the large windows bring in a lot of light in the morning. We had a very nice time.

Cabin was very nice and had lots of room. Spiral stairs to loft were really narrow. The area is very nice and quiet. Cabin is easy to find ,and is one of the easier to access cabins in the resort.lots of space on the deck also

Very nice. Clean. Comfortable home feeling. Loved the hot tub and enclosed screened area. Needed a light in the hot tub area and possibly a closed off fence door then you come around the side of cabin for security purposes. Bed was hard if you like a harder bed but I prefer a soft bed. But bed was very clean and big king bed and very nice clean cabin. Loved the big deck and view. All in all a very nice place to stay and clean. We enjoyed our stay in the cabin.

Wonderful location just outside of all the hustle and bustle of the bigger cities. Clean facility and easy to reach management if there are any issues. Only downside to this cabin was the stair to go to the loft. They are very narrow and made for people the size of five year olds and difficult to get bags up.

Close to horse back riding, caves, river, Pigeon Forge, and Gatlinburg close by. Plenty of of things to do. We had a good time.

We’re not from the area, and didn’t know what to expect. So when we showed up at night-unintentionally- to find our cabin, it was a little difficult.. but a nice hidden, peaceful place!!

Definitely exceeded our expectations. We stayed 5 nights. The cabin was very clean and tidy. The second bathroom was a huge bonus for ou family of 4. The swimming pool is within walking distance, which we enjoyed everyday. The town of townsend is the perfect location. Close enough to attractions, stores, restaurants but also far away enough to truly enjoy the outdoors. I would definitely consider visiting again.
