This was a lovely, well equipped property, bedrooms and bathrooms were generous sizes, had 3 king beds and a kids bunk room.

Just a true pleasure. Better than advertised. Great, great communication. Beds and pillows were perfect for complete sleep. Kitchen had everything we needed. This was a super experience.

This property was just as described, and perfect for our big family for the holidays. Plenty of space, upgraded touches throughout the house, and clean upon arrival. The beach is just a short 5 minute walk from behind the neighborhood. Although it was too cold to use it, the pool was right in front of us!

Pros: - large enough for multi-family - good TVs in each room - comfortable beds - excellent towels - proximity to the community pool - kitchen well equipped Cons: - distance to beach - couches in living room worn - views of beach/gulf lacking - door lock was tricky The check-in process was easy--no need to drive somewhere else to get a key or passes. Lots of parking under the unit which we appreciated. The unit was clean and was roomy enough for our party. We only had 4 adults and 2 kids so there was more than enough room for us. The kitchen had pretty good dishes to choose from and everything was good except for the freezer on the refrigerator seemed to want to no open fully or get stuck. The bed, for a vacation rental, were pretty comfortable. They were soft but also firm. The towels were excellent; very soft! The location was both good and bad. In terms of overall location to Gulf Shores (restaurants, shops, etc.) I would say it was great. However, proximity to the beach and the views of the beach left a lot to be desired. We read the listing details and other reviews and while not incredibly far from the beach, by the end of our trip I was over walking. We typically stay beachfront when we go to the beach and that convenience was sorely missed. The wagon and beach items at the unit had seen a lot of usage. In fact, the wagon was pretty much rusted stiff and broken. Overall we enjoyed our stay here. If not for the distance to the beach we'd definitely stay again.

Beautiful beach house had everything we needed except a floor fan which was needed for the bunk room without a ceiling fan. Requested and received 3 days into the stay which was a little disappointing on response. This house is definitely for a younger group or family. My elderly parents had a hard time with all the bed rooms upstairs and the long walk to the public beach access. After first day, we decided to park across the street from the beach access which was $15 a day. First time in Gulf Shores, we had a great time but would need something closer and at least 1 bedroom downstairs next time. Thank you for our stay!

Overall we really liked the house. It is bigger than it looks in pictures. It is a close walk to the beach access. Nice pool although sometimes it could get a little crowded.The only downfall we had was we were sent a message at 4 pm that the house was ready and we could check in however when we got there the house cleaner was still there cleaning. She wasn’t finished cleaning until after 6 which really put a dent in our time for the first night. Management apologized but we all thought there was more they could have done to make it right. Also there are no hooks on the deck or through the house so we had to get creative to hang up wet suits n towels.

Highly recommend! Gorgeous & clean! Great location!!! Easy walk to beach. Pier is fun. Pool is great! Only disappointment was gas griddle, was expecting gas grill! Perfect house for family adventures at Gulf Beach! 😎

We loved this beautiful beach house! Beds we’re comfortable, it was very clean & it accommodated our group of 10 very comfortably! We would highly recommend this property! We will book in the future when we visit again!

A great place. We’ll had a wonderful time. Would suggest hooks in bathrooms and patio for towels and suits tho. No place to hang wet stuff. That was frustrating. Still rated five stars tho.

Very nice and clean home. Perfect size for our group of nine. We liked the layout of the bedrooms with a master a second bedroom with a dedicated bathroom and a third and fourth bedroom with a jack and jill bathroom. The pool was right outside the door basically and we were in short walking distance to the beach. Overall a great time and a great property.

We had a wonderful time. We got there later than expected Friday..so all we could fo was eat, shower and go to bed. We enjoyed beach before the bad weather came in Saturday. My grandkids didn't really get a chance to utilize the pool. Sunday checkout at 10 so we had to get up start getting ready to leave. Next time we will try to plan a longer stay. Everything was beautiful and we seen plenty we would have like to have did if we had more time. Most definitely would stay here again. Every question I texted I immediately got a response. I have no complaints at all

Very nice and great location!

We were a party of 12 that stayed and it never felt that way! There is plenty of room! Everything we needed for the kitchen was there and the entire house was super clean! The beds were comfortable, shower pressure was great and the location was amazing! If we had any questions we had a response within a few minutes and even had someone come and take a look at a TV we were having trouble with while we were there! We would definitely stay on this property again!

The only negative thing is the door didn’t lock.

This was our second year in a row staying here and it was amazing again! Great house with a short walk to the beach. If we come back to Gulf Shores, will definitely be looking for this place to at again.

This house was great! Location was perfect for either walking or taking a short ride to all your needs,food,restaurants, bars, and general stores. Pool is right outside your door and was used every day, beach access was about a 10 minute walk, or a short drive with free parking available. Overall a great vacation.

The house was beautiful. We missed in the property overview that the downstairs bathroom doesn’t have a bedroom and two of the bedrooms share a bathroom. That defeated the purpose of having enough bathrooms for each of us at night, but it certainly didn’t ruin the trip. We assumed each bedroom would have immediate access to a bathroom, but other than that, it was awesome!! FYI….the house does not have any cookie sheets for baking. 🥴We just do happened to have several to transport casseroles from Louisiana, thank God. I’d add a couple of those if it were my rental. 😉We had a great time!! 🙌🏽🙌🏽

Our extended family had a wonderful stay at this property. Our littles loved the pool and beach access is just down the road a couple of blocks or under the Lagoon pass. It is a safe and quiet neighborhood for those of all ages to enjoy. Most restaurants are within 3 to 10 miles depending on where you want to eat. Not really any food options within walking distance though. We would definitely stay here again!

This is the perfect spot if you are vacationing with multi families. We had pool view and you can see the ocean from the porch area. House was equipped with beach wagon (I was super excited since I didn’t have room to pack ours) and there is only a short walk down the street to the beach access. We also found the parking lot directly across was never full so we loaded up and drove down there because you know how beach traveling goes. The house was so clean and equipped with everything needed to cook. The customer service and communication was top notch. We actually ended up staying an extra day because they had availability. Be sure to check out the trails behind the housing. You can catch blue crabs and it has lower water levels to walk out on. Thanks so much for opening up your vacation house and allowing us to have the best time.

Our 2 families totaling 9 people stayed in this beautiful, clean home across the street from the beach. It was a very convenient and safe walk along the paved path behind the complex. I loved that the deck overlooks the pool. We also liked that there is a full-size bathroom on the main floor so when all the kids needed showers someone could go downstairs. Each couple got their own king-size bed and bathroom. I didn’t realize from the property pictures that the bunk bed room has a trundle bed also. That was an added perk for us because it meant my youngest 2 sons didn’t have to share the full sized bottom bunk. They each got their own bed. The property managers were super communicative. I got a welcome text the day of arrival. They also reached out to us the next morning (but not too early) to make sure we had everything we needed. The listing said there would be a wagon in the outdoor storage closet. We didn’t necessarily need a wagon but since they reached out to us I let them know there wasn’t a wagon. I didn’t want the owners to think we broke it or took it. They delivered a new wagon within hours! I was shocked at the level of responsiveness! I would definitely recommend this property. Our only regret is not being able to stay longer!

I can't say enough wonderful things about our stay. Check in was seamless. Communication exceeded expectations. The property itself was perfect. The pool was right outside the door and the beach was a short enjoyable walk away. We always found places to take pictures along the way. We had three families and the house was spacious, clean and well taken care of. Plenty of parking too. My only complaint was that we didn't stay longer! I don't think any of us wanted to leave! Highly recommend and hope to be back sooner rather than later.

So nice and spacious. Our unit looked out over the pool, and we could watch the kids play from our balcony. TVs in every room kitchen very well furnished. My st a short walk to beach.

We loved staying in this house. It was the first time we vacationed in Gulf Shores and it was wonderful. The listing was very accurate and the house was gorgeous. The pool is right down stairs and was a huge hit with the kids. The neighborhood is very small which was nice and a very short walk to the beach and lagoon. We have everything we need while we were there and the kitchen was stocked with everything. The layout was great with our entire family of 12 guests. We really enjoyed our time there and we will be returning.

Beautiful and spacious!!

Clean, very roomy, four full showers! Fairly quiet location if that’s important to you. Lots of stair climbing, so keep that in mind if there are elderly among you. Slight hint of cigarette smoke, which some of us sensed upon arrival, but then the rest of us realized when we unpacked our clothes after getting home. Still, a very good place for a group of eight or more!

went with a bunch of friends and with the costs, it was a great deal. across from the beach, quick walk, and not too far of a drive from other places. We would stay here again!

This property exceeded all of our expectations. We had 6 adults (3 couples), 2 4 year olds and 2 2 year olds. This property was immaculately clean and very spacious. Each couple had a King bed and the kids all stayed in the room with the bunk beds and trundle bed. The house more than accommodated our group. The view of the pool from the deck was beautiful and we could even get a peak of the gulf from the deck. The kitchen had anything you could need to cook with and prepare meals. The grill was nice to have as well. Parking under the house was great for our vehicles and trailer. Extremely highly recommended all around.

Big enough for all 12 of us 8 adults and 4 kids. Rooms were really nice and clean. Fully furnished Would definitely stay there again.
