Great location and price! The space amd layout met our needs. Overall we had a great stay but the two negatives were all the stains on the carpet/ furniture and the furniture was old and broken down. It was very challenging for my elderly parents.

Loved the 4 bedrooms with the private bathroom for each. Would highly recommend for large families abd groups. Its not a new facility and carpets definitely need cleaning.
The couch was saggy and hard to sit on and we used the porch chairs for extra seating. It worked great just needs some updates.

This property had everything we needed to enjoy our stay. There are a few things that could use updating, but everything was clean, and we had a great time.

My only complaint is that the sofa, chair, and one mattress needs to be replaced ASAP….very very poor condition

Wonderful location and easy to find! I did have 2 complaints however….the storage drawer under the oven held all flat cooking pans and mice droppings! 😳 Also, I was looking so forward to a relaxing bath in the tub with jets but the tub would not hold water. 😞

One lavatory drain plugged another lavatory handle stripped & difficult to operate, foot tile in kitchen cracked looked attempt to glue cracks & look un sanitized for the money you would expect more

This is a great place for multiple families to stay. Each person gets a king bed with bathroom that allows for privacy. Great location, close to everything.

The location was centralized and easy to access the entertainment. It was great having 4 beds and 4 baths for our party of 9. The water pressure and hot water worked great and the beds were comfortable. We used the pool during our stay and it was very clean and directly behind the unit. One thing we did not anticipate is the kitchen was not stocked with general staples which we’ve had at other VRBOs such as salt/pepper, cooking spray, extra trash bags, spices, etc. Make sure to pick those items up during your grocery run.

This was a nice roomy property for a family or group of friends. The location is right around the corner from all attractions.

Thousand Hills 4 bed/4bath condo building 5
The price wasn’t bad at all for 4 couples staying for 3 nights. The beds were super comfy but the condo was NOT clean or stocked well. It was very outdated also. The location was good and we loved the screened/glass porch patio. We love the Thousand Hills golf course and the area.
