Estuvimos sólo una noche por su ubicación cercana al aeropuerto. Colchón muy cómodo, precio asequible para cualquier economía con desayuno incluido preparado por el simpático anfitrión italiano. Todo bien.

David was very generous with his time in helping us to figure out early morning transport possibilities. There is also a beautiful view of the sunset. It's a ten minute walk from the nearest bus stop, which was very convenient for us. The walk there is safe and well lit at night. San Isidro is a fun town to explore if you want a taste of somewhere less touristic.

The rooms could be better sound-isolated. Perplexingly, the most unusually loud family arrived at 2:30am and started making a lot of noise (jumping and shouting) in the other room. Obviously this isn't the host's fault but this B&B could be a place where people come and go noisily in the middle of the night.

The owner was very kind, the room was clean and has a good breakfast with cappuccino

Keine richtig gut abdunkelnde Gardine, viel Plastik beim Frühstück (einzeln verpackt, Becher etc).

Pulizia e simpatia host. C'è tutto il necessario ad un buon soggiorno anche con armadietti e appoggi vari in bagno. Parcheggio gratuito su strada pubblica.

Purtroppo la struttura è utilizzata soprattutto da persone di passaggio per una notte e spesso ......arrivano a notte fonda

Schon zum dritten Mal hier, auch diesmal sehr zufrieden, Gastgeber sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Die Unterkunft ist super. Im Wesentlichen war alles in sehr gutem Zustand, wie man es bei weitaus teureren Hotels erwarten würde. Das Personal ist freundlich. Kostenlose Getränke. Alles top.

Die Umgebung ist sehr schmuddelig. Stark vermüllt und mit sehr vielen Hundehaufen überall. Viele Nachbarn haben kläffende Hunde, die aber alle gut weg-gesperrt sind. Das Hotel ist zu Fuß sehr schlecht erreichbar, da ein Barranco den Weg versperrt. Am besten gleich ein Taxi nehmen, wenn man nicht mit dem Auto unterwegs ist. Das Frühstück ist unterirdisch schlecht und auf Papptellern. Empfehlung: Von vornherein sagen, dass man kein Frühstück möchte und stattdessen beim Supermarkt um die Ecke (5 Minuten zu Fuß) una Barra de Pan, Jamon, Queso, una Tomate und Aceite de Oliva kaufen und damit in den Frühstücksbereich gehen. Das ist überhaupt kein Problem. Der Vermieter ist super-freundlich. Für so kleines Geld kann man einfach kein gutes Frühstück erwarten.

Отзывчивый хозяин, который организовал нам удаленный доступ в номер и даже оставил завтрак, потому что рано утром мы уезжали. В комнате есть все для того, чтобы переночевать. Рядом остановка общественного транспорта, оттуда можно уехать в аэропорт на автобусе.

Окно в стену, но это мелочи, если ваша цель - просто провести ночь недалеко от аэропорта

Nice and relaxing.

We liked everything, great place to stay. Very handy for El Medano and places in the south of the island. Staff are great, breakfast really good, beds very comfy and showers fab. This is the 2nd time we have stayed here and will do again. We do not use a car, it's only 10 mins walk from the bus stop and 15/20 from San Isidro centre. San Isidro is a busy town with many shops and eateries., very good bus connections with other parts of the island with a few supermarkets. Would recommend Kiki Vivienda. Cheers 😁😁

Clean, comfortable, short walk to a nice restaurant and quick taxi to airport. Owner shared great hospitality with us.

Neighbour played loud annoying music but turned it off at 2300 and we had ear plugs.

Limpieza, amabilidad del Sr. Luciano. Està en una zona residencial muy tranquila, aparcamiento fàcil. A unos pocos min. de TFS.

No hay gel de ducha/champù en la habitaciòn pero es suficiente solicitarlos para que te lo proporcionen (sin gastos añadidos)

La maison est très bien entretenue et la chambre est très propre . Idéal pour passer une nuit en fin ou en debut de séjour car elle est située à 4km de l'aéroport . Bon petit-déjeuner , avec vrai jus d'orange. Environnement calme.

La chambre n'était pas très grande mais suffisante pour une nuit. Le quartier est un peu triste , un peu loin des commerces et restaurants

Really close to the airport and good spot for travel point if you’re interested in going everywhere. Very nice and polite staff. There was no problem with a key to the room even when we came just before midnight. The key was left in the safe box with code.

Clean, simple accommodation very close to the airport. Good breakfast, friendly host. V good pizzeria 10 mins walk away.

Nothing to mention

Breakfast was amazing with different options. The host is very friendly, he was open to help for a chat or even printed a map for us. And he drive us to the bus station in the end. The room was very neat and clean

Taxi struggled to find exact location.

The room is small and simple, but very comfortable, logically arranged, functional and above all everything is very, very clean. We stayed only for one night and felt very good and rested. Although it is a small room, there is enough storage space. It even has a mosquito net! The bed is comfortable and big enough for two tall people :) Only thing we would recommend are bigger pollows, but that's it. The breakfast was also very nice, prepared by the owner. Eggs, ham, cheese, butter, jam, croissant and tea/coffee - very nice and tasty. The owner is great, friendly and helpful. Although we arrived very late, he welcomed us and helped us with our bags. All in all highly recommended!

clean, convenient and well maintained. couldn’t have asked for more for a night’s stay from the airport.

The accommodation was at a really nice little village and close to the bus stop (7min or 20min walk) to get to other towns. The room was very clean and the host was super helpful and friendly. Comfortable double bed and private bathroom.

Our room was located on the reception floor, so it was a little bit loud in the morning, but nothing too bad. Breakfast is not suitable for vegans, but there are many shops with good vegan products nearby in San Isidro so you can still buy some breakfast.
