This was my third time renting this property and it never disappoints. It’s so close to town but offers privacy and quiet. The hosts are so friendly and communicative. I’ll definitely be back. ❤️

This house was everything listed & more! It came with all the necessary pots, pans, utensils & other appliances that make eating in easy. A great location - walking distance to town (& close to the grocery store) but on a very quiet street & with a nice yard & amazing deck! Both ultra soft bath towels & huge beach towels are provided as well. Communication with the host(s) was super easy & they were very responsive. It's a lovely home & we would definitely stay there again.

Everything was great! The place was clean, well stocked kitchen, plenty of sitting area in the living room and porch. The AC is in the kitchen but there is a standing fan in one of the closets that we places in the hallway in front of the kitchen to blow the cool air into the bedrooms. The host accommodated our schedule and allowed us to check out 1hour later in order for my husband to have a business call. I would definitely stay there again.

This was one of the nicest VRBO rentals we have stayed in with our family! It was exceptionally clean, very spacious, and comfortable. It is in a perfect location within walking distance or a short drive to downtown Boothbay Harbor. It is also centrally located to take some short road trips to visit other parts of the gorgeous Maine coastal towns. Only about 1.5 hours to Portland and about 2.5 hours to Acadia National Park. Jaymes, our host, was very reachable and offered some great choices for restaurants. They also stocked the house with coffee, Tide pods, dryer sheets, and many staples for cooking, and left us some delicious popcorn as a welcome gift which my daughters and husband loved. I highly recommend for a wonderful stay in Maine.

This place is a real gem! Located in a quiet neighborhood it's a short walk to the shops and restaurants of Boothbay Harbor. Very clean and has everything you need to cook, enjoy the beach, do a load of laundry or just relax. We enjoyed having coffee and cocktails on the large deck. We would absolutely stay here again if they'd have us. Thanks!

This home was every thing that you could wish for. Beds were comfy. The kitchen was great. The host had every thing that you would need in order to have a great stay. CLEAN CLEAN CLEAN. The town is also great and the house is close to every thing. Nice next door neighbor also.

Roomy and comfortable home Quite and convenient

Where we did not win on weather or timing, the accomodations were GREAT! The home is most welcoming, clean and well-appointed without being overdone. It offers an "easy" space to be in; we all had our own spaces and comfortable spaces to share. Cheerful decorations echo the coast atmostphere and amenities/appliances were all helpful, very clean and user-friendly. We had some nice walks down to the waterfront, and the neighborhood was very quiet and peaceful -- very restful. Communications and suggestions from our hosts were also very prompt, helpful and we "cashed in" on a few of them. Very much looking forward to returning, seeing more of the area when it is warmer, sunnier and "in season" for us tourist folk. Thank you!

We had a wonderful stay in Boothbay. The house is located within walking distance of downtown so we took several nice walks around town. We also went over to East Boothbay to take a walk around the end of the point. One day it snowed all day so we stayed inside and were completely cozy. They shoveled and plowed us out in good time. The house had everything we needed for an enjoyable vacation. We hope to come back next year!

Convenient location with everything we needed. Great location close to downtown even came with a decorated Christmas tree! Well stocked kitchen with every appliance, dishes & utensils imaginable. Located in a quiet, nice neighborhood, large deck, nice yard and bonus washer & dryer. Communication with Jaymes was excellent throughout our stay and even though we lost power for a few hours during the storm, the home kept comfortable and heated back up and everything worked fine when the power was restored.

We had a wonderful time staying in Boothbay. The location of the house is perfect. Close to enough to downtown to walk in for a coffee mid morning at The Red Cup. We also walked up to the nature preserve at the top of the hill. The Boothbay Halloween parade was a great surprise. As always the house was clean, comfortable and well stocked. The beds are the most comfortable beds I have ever slept in! Can't wait to visit again

I could not recommend this property enough: great location close to the harbor and to fantastic hikes, spotlessly clean and cozy, extremely well stocked kitchen, high quality linens and towels, and very responsive owners. Everything was perfect and we hope to be back.

Our experience was fantastic. The house had anything and everything you would need and then some! It was super clean and beautifully decorated and furnished. We are so happy that we already booked for next year. This house fit all of our needs. If I could rate everything a 10 I would.

This home is IMMACULATE. The photographs do not do it justice. It is immediately like home. Well equipped for all of our needs. Walking distance to town, great restaurants and pubs!! Great communication prior to arrival. Since we didn’t need a thing while we were there we did not communicate with owner but I am confident had we needed anything they would have responded. We've been going to Maine for about 25 years now. We usually rent a cabin but this time we decided to rent this very comfortable, gorgeous house in Boothbay Harbor. The house was equipped with everything you would need. Kitchen completely stocked with pots/pans/dishware/glassware. Beds were so comfortable, we felt like we were at home. Very close to downtown, shops, bars, restaurants. We thoroughly enjoyed the covered deck, sitting enjoying the beautiful weather. We will be back for sure. We had a wonderful time.

We had a wonderful stay in Boothbay Harbor at 11 Montgomery Rd. The house was beautifully decorated and very clean. It was close to the town center so great exercise for anyone interested in walking to town. We loved spending time on the covered porch with comfortable chairs and table for eating. The host was wonderful and answered our questions promptly. We highly recommend staying here. It's perfect!

Second time here and we loved it ! We brought our little dog and he was so comfortable he didn’t want to leave! Perfect for a small family and small dog! The only thing missing was freezer packs and a veggie peeler but we ended up not needing them this time around. The house is so so perfectly clean and cozy, the location is great! We took some day trips and discovered new places to eat. Locally, we visited Sarah Scoops a lot because they have pup cup ice cream. :-). Appreciate the new air conditioning unit and the awesome owner. We will probably come back in the fall and definitely next summer!

This property was very comfortable and well-situated in a quiet neighborhood within walking distance of downtown Boothbay Harbor. On warm days, the air conditioning and fans kept it nice and cool inside. We loved sitting on the porch to eat some of our meals. Everything was very well-organized and the kitchen was well stocked with nearly everything you might need. We would definitely stay again!

Great home and easy come and go location either by car or on foot. Walking access to town. Comfortable and clean with a lovely porch for reading, eating and visiting. Quiet neighborhood with little traffic. Loved our time in Boothbay Harbor.

House was very clean and perfect for my family. This house felt like home. We enjoyed the front porch and spent a lot of time on the porch. The kitchen was well equipped and we cooked all days we stayed. We walked to the harbor most of the days. Our pup enjoyed the stay too. Great neighborhood. Also, boothbay region itself has lot of offer. We did a Puffin boat tour and lobster fishing boat tour. Definitely will come back to stay again.

House was clean, cute decor, and well stocked. Kids loved having room to spread out and not be cramped in a hotel room. We felt very much at home!

We had a fantastic weekend exploring BBH and celebrating our anniversary with family. This property was exquisitely designed, extremely clean and very comfortable. The neighborhood is adorable, very quiet and location allowed us to walk downtown and to the grocery store. We will absolutely book again soon!

This VRBO was outstanding. From the time you walk in the door. It was so clean and inviting. Well stocked with anything you need or would need. We were amazed. A close walked to town which we did several times. We would definitely stay there again.

This home was absolutely perfect for my parents, husband and I (and our family dog). It had everything we needed to enjoy a meal at home, and had a delightful porch for coffee in the morning and adult beverages in the evening. The home is beautifully decorated and the bedding was wonderful - softest sheets I have ever slept in! The home is walking distance to lots of shops and restaurants on the water and short drive to the botanical gardens and other lovely places to visit. We loved staying here and highly recommend it for others considering a visit to Boothbay. Owners responded immediately on a couple questions we had, and took really good care of us.
