The Lady at the counter was friendly and helpful. I had to give basic details in a register. Easy to find and easy access to reception.

I was informed that the keys will be in the post box. No keys were provided to open the post box. We had to first try and feel for the key through the slot - but could not get to it - then the lady behind the counter gave us a piece of wire to then try and hook the keys -after a few attempts we got the key. We also arrived with no power in the flat - as every south African, we thought it was loadshedding and left it and went out to dinner. When we got back - still no power, we investigated and found that the Prepaid meter wasn't loaded. Someone came after about 30min and loaded some money - then the power went off through the night again - we used NO power for cooking/microwave - only had the aircon on as it was boiling hot. They came to load more money - power then went off again at 8am while we were getting ready to leave. This is just not acceptable.

Greatly exceeded our expectation - It was our first time in Durban and having a great accommodation was important. Location is Great, easy to get around! the apartment had everything we needed to make our stay comfortable. It was family friendly. The host communicates clearly and was easily accessible. We enjoyed our stay!

Keys to the balcony. With small kids around and having them have easy access to the balcony on the 7th floor is risky. We had to close with the big couch.

I had initially booked a 3 bedroom apartment and received a 2 bedroom apartment. I waited 1 hour before I could get to my room because the key was “lost”. After going back and forth with the agents and security guard, I finally got the lost key. Very unprofessional agent/owner. Would not recommend.
