Wonderful home on 1st fairway of Palmer Private Course @ PGA West. Three Bedrooms -all with own bathrooms . Great Kitchen , living room and very large Patio with nice pool and spa

Everything About This Place Is Beautiful. The Inside Of The House Is Just So Big And Nice. The Pool Was So Fun. And The Mountain View Was Just So Awesome.

The house is beautiful and the fact it has it's own pool is great.

This is the 2nd time Staying at this rental. It truly has everything you need. The rooms are spacious and the entire house feels so open and bright. Our family loves coming. The ONLY down side is the bedroom closest to the laundry (smaller room) it is soooo hot! The AC doesn’t cool it off enough. We called Maintenance the first time we stayed and it didn’t make much of a difference. This time it was a bit cooler but still not as cool as the rest of the house it gets really hot in there other than that this house is wonderful. Even with that one small downside it is still a five star.

Had a great time poolside majority of the days. House very large, room giant with enough space for kiddos to sleep in huge walk in closets and ensuite bathrooms in all the king rooms. Back bedroom and kitchen AC did not work well and so those in the back bedroom had some uncomfortable nights. A LOT of crickets but harmless.

This is our second time renting this home as the view is spectacular. Home layout is great for 3 couples with 2 true masters & third on-suite smaller but best view. Kitchen well stocked & beds are very comfortable. Even thought u r right on the golf course you still have privacy while in the pool.

We had 5 people staying at the house during the American Express golf tournament, and it was the perfect size. Nice kitchen, outdoor grill and fire pit, hot tub and pool. Plus 3 king beds and 3.5 baths. I would definitely rent here again!

Beautiful location, house had nice layout, somewhat dated furniture inside and out. Very clean. Did have issue with crickets, esp in back bedroom.

The home has a great view over the course to the nearby mountains. Very private and peaceful. And, btw, very clean and well kept.

This vacation home was nourishing for the soul. Everything was clean and functional. Every amenity was available. Very quiet and peaceful overall. We highly recommend this home!

We thoroughly enjoyed the house and it’s accommodations for three couples and three young children. The location within PGA West overlooking the Palmer private course was ideal. Each bedroom included it’s own private bathroom. The kitchen stepped down into the dining room area which was perfect for our family dinners together every evening. The outdoor area was beautiful and we took full advantage of the pool, grill, and fire pit. The home A/C didn’t keep the entire home cool and rules dictated to not lower the temperature below 76 degrees. It was uncomfortable at certain times of the day. The kitchen refrigerator didn’t work and never got below 60 degrees during our stay. Some of the living room furniture was outdated and uncomfortable. We enjoyed our stay at the house and would recommend this listing to others and would certainly consider staying here again during a future visit to the desert.

Amazing house luxury at its best!

We chose this home because each of the 3 bedrooms have king sized beds, attached private bathrooms - all with walk in showers and TV's in each of the bedrooms. All the beds were comfortable. The home was clean and well stocked with paper products and cleaning products (laundry, kitchen soap, bath soap etc.) The pool was fabulous as was the outdoor space. Our only suggestion would be for new cushions for the outdoor chairs. the BBQ area was perfect and the gas grill easy to operate. the home is very very spacious with lots of super comfortable seating. There are black out blinds through out the home - which really help during the hot days. We had to contact the Vacasa team early in our stay for a few minor issues - they had someone out to the house in an hour! I cannot say enough positive things about Sam and the rest of the team we spoke with. I would recommend this company to anyone looking to rent in the area. top notch customer service! Everything about our stay was wonderful!

The home was very comfortable and spacious. The service we had from Ari at Vacasa was outstanding.

The house and layout were great. A little dates but good. Watched the pool guy come by…5 minutes to add chemicals and a quick skim. Vacuum???? Needed it. Sent notes to vacasa. No coffee filters, pot for tea was not working. Pretty minor but should be there. A basic necessity. I would stay again but a little TLC would make it great. Chair in back yard was broken, told that there is no Smoking however saw some cigarettes butts on the grounds. These are minor. Thanks

House was walk in ready. Exceptionally clean. Rented for my mom’s birthday treat who thought she was in heaven. Check in was easy thanks to our Vacasa guides.

Beautiful, well appointed home. Very comfortable. Clean. The lighting, the decor, gorgeous. Management very responsive, special thanks to Roxxy for getting the sprinkler issue addressed quickly and completely on a weekend. We had a great visit. Highly recommend.

We had a wonderful time staying in this beautiful home. The breathtaking view added to our relaxing stay. The amenities were nice. The only issue we encountered were the many crickets in the home after dark. Even though we made sure to keep patio doors closed the crickets seemed to come out of the sink drains after dark.

Location and scenery was perfect. Kitchen was well stocked and the outdoor grill and pool were spectacular. It’s perfect for three couples, each with own en-suite bath. Patio cushions need updating. Minor issues with breakers and TV; but we’re handled efficiently. Would definitely stay again.

Everything described is 100% accurate. We had a great time with a group of 8 ladies! This is more of a 3 master suite type house plus a pullout couch just off dining room. Bikes in garage were alot of fun to tour the property PGA West.
