Nice house with beautiful grounds and pool area. My family has stayed here the past several years for a week. We have 12 family members and there is plenty of space. The home is spacious enough for all.

From chicken process it was terrible it said there was a locked gate with a code of park with no keypad available it took over an hour and a 1/2 and 5 different phone calls to different people to figure out how to open the front gate after traveling for 4 hours and having such bad instructions with little kids hungry and tired it was a disaster

We loved the layout of the house. The pool/spa were perfect for the enjoyment if all. The location is perfect, quiet and easy for walking/running plus close to hiking, parks and restaurants/shopping. There are several places outside to sit together while watching pool activities. We would rent this house again. The house is ready for some updates. Curtains need replacing in several rooms, kitchen needs some replacement items and rugs need cleaning. A thorough spring cleaning is needed.

This place was so well laid out, stocked and had so many great amenities. We had a few early issues, but the management team came out right away to resolve them and the rest of our week went swimmingly! We're looking forward to booking again next year!

Palm Paradise is truly that piece of paradise you hope to find in Palm Springs. The home was large enough for all of us to relax, enjoy and sleep comfortability. All the rooms are mostly all updated which give you that luxury feeling while still being true to Palm Springs decor. The outside is huge with beautifully decorated landscape. We even had a few bunny visitors who made us appreciate it even more. All in all a great place which we hope to stay at for future getaways. Highly recommend.

This is a terrific rental home. Great location, great backyard with sparkling pool and spa, multiple outdoor seating areas in the sun or shade, and 6 bedrooms all with King sized beds and 4 with en-suite baths (only two bedrooms share a large bath with two sinks). What more could you ask for? A responsive property management company would have been nice. The customer service was terrible. We had no WiFi at the house and we were unable to get help. We paid for pool and spa heat and despite calling two days before arrival to confirm, we arrived to no heat. We called immediately and every two hours for the next almost 24 hours and were told every time that someone was on the way. No one ever came. We finally had to ask to speak to a manager and after being on hold for almost an hour, we reached a manager who did refund some of our pool heating cost and assured us someone would come to assist. Eventually someone called us and walked us through turning on the heat to the pool and spa, but it should not have taken that long. We also had a closet with a light on a sensor that turned itself on and off all night long and made a clicking noise. We were told someone would come and address that, too, but no one ever came and we just gave up. We still had a great weekend at the house and the house really is terrific, but we were very unimpressed with Vacasa.

The house is spacious and gorgeous, lots of room to spread out; it had everything one could need except your clothes and personal stuff. Very clean, The casitas were lovely ! The only issue we had was that the internet kept dropping and went out completely which messed up our zoom party we were hosting for my sister’s 50th birthday day, the main reason we were there. Without the WiFi issues I would return again and again.

Older facility but great time.

Met some family from AZ that we hadn’t seen over a year and this house was just perfect. Kids had a great time and enjoyed the outdoor area. Definitely a beautiful and clean home.

We spent most of our time enjoying the very spacious back yard, and even front yard a bit too. Beautifully landscaped, with so many place to sit and relax. We spent the mornings outside the casitas enjoying coffee, the afternoon around the pool with the kids having the time of their life, happy hour at the bar after the sun dipped behind San Jacinto, and nighttime smores at the firepit. We heated the pool, which I recommend if you visit in April. We hope to be back soon.

House was great. We were 6 adults and 3 kids. Everyone had such a good time. House was described accurately. Lots of space for a large group. Beautiful backyard! Great location. We will definitely be back!

Thank twice when you book this property the owner has an asked for air-conditioning system that’s it for the temperature that they required to be in the house and you have no control of it unless they allow you Other issue we had with the noise control you can’t even turn on a quiet radio station in the backyard I’m not talking about having a party or listening to loud music . The cleanliness Of the property for a price that you pay could be much better including bedding

I will begin by saying my family had a great time DESPITE some issues we had. The outdoors pool side was beautiful and fantastic. Lots of towels and The house was spacious for 10 of us. The kids said it was one of the best getaways they have had. We did have some issues. Upon arriving there was an awful smell. The garbage was over flowing and rotting from the heat. I had to call to get it removed. They came the following day. The toilets in both bathrooms were blocked and had to call maintenance and have a plumber come snake the lines. Plumber said no fault of ours. Of course we then had to clean up after and mop the entire house. We were asked to remove linens before checking out. The mattress in one of the casitas was horribly stained and brown. I’m glad we didn’t see this until the end of our stay as this was really disturbing. The last day the owner showed up without calling stating that someone said we were playing music. She came opened the garage and was yelling hello into the house. She did not have a mask on. The TV was on and she asked what was she hearing. I told her there was no music and it was the TV. She never introduced herself and was somewhat hostile. I’m still giving this rental a 4 star because all in all we had a good time as a family and it’s exactly what we needed during this stressful time with Covid.

This property was an oasis of beauty. Loved the outside tremendously! Had an amazing time bonding with family in the swimming pool. The back yard exemplified a small paradise. I would love to stay here again with friends!

Loved this property. We were 10 and we had plenty of space. Will definitely go back.

Everything was as advertised. The rooms were large and people had nice personal areas to retreat to if they didn't want to be in the common areas. The pool and was lovely and the kitchen and bbq were great for preparing large meals. We had a really nice time and everyone was pleased with the property.

2nd time my family and I have stayed and will most likely come again. Great for large family.

This property is as advertised. Perhaps a bit better. Well maintained & well appointed throughout. 8 adults & 6 kids 5 mos to 11. Spent 4 nights and had a great time!

When we found out a week before Coachella Music Festival that our house we rented had fell through, my group of 9 was panicked! We called Vacation Palm Springs and they immediately sent us over "Palm Paradise." The pictures of the home did not do it justice! The home is truly beautiful inside and outside and more spacious than the pictures show you. The kitchen has everything you could need to prepare meals, the BBQ is electric and so easy to manage. The living room has a large TV (not that we spent any time watching television!) The backyard and patio area are truly the best part of the house. With tons of seating and lawn chairs and a salt water pool and spa. The pool and spa heat up so quickly and stay hot! The house itself is set up with three huge bedrooms with California King beds in each. Attached to the garage is a huge casita! The casita has a bathroom, kitchenette, California king bed and a pull out couch bed, a door leading to the backyard AND its own patio! The house is equipped with everything you need for a great vacation, pool toys, extra tables, cooking supplies and plenty of bath and pool towels. When we arrived at the house we were breath taken! Our stay here was so enjoyable and I can't wait to rent the property again. The website says the home sleeps 9 but it could easily fit many more. Great for friend getaways or a large family getaway! Thank you to the wonderful home owners who we were lucky enough to meet when we arrived. They have done a wonderful job with the home and I really appreciate them renting to our group!
