I highly recommend this property. Very clean and comfortable.

We spent eight nights and immediately felt at home. The house provided all we needed for a pleasant stay, complete with a lovely patio and yard. We spent our days touring the Medford area, Klamath Falls, Crater Lake, Redwood National Forest, and of course wine tasting. The house is conveniently located in a nice quiet neighborhood. We loved our stay and are already talking about visiting again.

Property is very nice. In a nice area. Very comfortable to stay in. Check in process is easy. Host in an excellent host and great communication. Made sure we were happy with our stay. Hight recommend!

I chose this VRBO because of the comfortable and cozy look. The furnishings were very comfortable and the home was exactly as posted. The fireplace added lovely ambiance!! The beds were very comfortable and we had what we needed for our 10 day stay. The location was very convenient and everything is very close by, including grocery stores, shopping center, restaurants etc. Sheri was very accommodating and very helpful. Easy access and available for questions. It was a pleasure doing business with her. We would most definitely return.

Fantastic experience! Beautiful, cozy, home in a great location with all needed amenities, and lots of extra touches for a perfect stay! Home owner is fantastic! Great communication and super easy check-out. The home has been very well cared for and is in immaculate condition. Most comfy couch I’ve ever been on…perfect for relaxing by the fire with a glass of local wine. Comfortable bed and a very sweet little yard with lots of birds to watch. Loved my stay and highly recommend!

This home was exactly what I hoped for. It was beautifully appointed, with comfortable beds, lovely furnishings, clean and although it is on a semi-busy road we could not hear road noise and it had a quiet and private back garden. I could not have asked for more!

Sheri, Thank you for a wonderful stay in your beautiful home. It was perfect for our visit to spend some time with my son who goes to SOU. It was close to the airport without the noise if it and just a short drive to everything. I used the kitchen a lot and really appreciated having everything I needed in it. The bathroom linens were great quality and plentiful too. We used your beautiful outdoor area to enjoy the sunshine relaxing and eating meals. Your big “L” leather sofa and large TV the as a plus too. We felt right at home!

Sheri and this property were EXCELLENT! We have stayed in numerous VRBO facilities and this was one of the very best for sure. Wow! Everything about our experience was top notch. From communication with the property owner before arriving until we left, we were so impressed. We have a child who has high support needs and Sheri helped ensure the property would meet our safety concerns. The furniture was great, the beds were incredible, everything we needed was available. This home is amazing and has so many kind, thoughtful touches. We were in town for our son's SOU graduation and we enjoyed being in Medford in a quiet neighborhood. The back yard was lovely and comfortable to hang out in as a family. Great location to everything we wanted to do. The beds were incredibly comfortable as was all the furniture. Well stocked kitchen and everything we could possibly need was provided. We really appreciated being able to stay in such a lovely hosted home.

Mountain View Ranch 2023 Country Music Festival was going on out at our ranch. We needed a place for our 3 adult kids to stay. They loved it! Would book again I in 2024! Thank you for having us and see you in 2024

Everything about this place is as good as the other reviews say it is. It is a lovely, almost new home, that is spotless, and the owner is very helpful and very prompt in responses. It was a perfect spot for four first time visitors to Medford, on a wine tour. We will be back.

We had a great experience from before we even checked in. Communication was exceptional and the place was more than we could have imagined! Everything was very nice and clean and had everything we needed and more to be comfortable. Sherri was very responsive any time I had a question. She checked in on us to make sure check in went smoothly and encouraged us to reach out if we needed anything. Would recommend this place!

This is our third time staying at the property, and it continues to be a consistency high quality experience. Impeccably clean and well appointed. As someone who likes to cook and makes full use of the kitchen, I'm especially impressed and appreciative of the well supplied kitchen. Good pots and pans, sharp knives, and a selection of spices, oils, and other items that you often don't bring along with you for a short visit.

Sheri did it again!! This was our second stay in the home and everything was perfect. Sheri has a way of making her guest feel welcome, cozy and at home. Well stocked and top quality, quick to respond. Thank you again for being so flexible. Looking forward to our future stays.

This is the second time we have stayed here. Sheri is so easy to work with and extremely accommodating. The house is always clean, well maintained. She even decorated for Christmas for us. The house is very comfortable. Love it!

We once again enjoyed our stay at this property. Immaculately clean, just like our prior stay. Well appointed kitchen with all the pots and utensils you'd have in your own home; which I really appreciate as someone who likes to cook. It's always a disappointment when you rent a place and there's nothing but one dull knife and a worn out pan; that is definitely not the case here. What really impressed me on this visit was that they'd taken the time to spruce the place up for the holiday season. The house a holiday tree and lights and decorations, so you felt a part of the holiday instead of just staying in a generic rental. A very nice touch and much appreciated.

It was perfect for our group, we had an on line training event, internet worked perfectly. The kitchen was well equipped. I will stay there again.

First off, I would like to say that I have had many experiences with vacation rentals. I have stayed in many across the country. With that being said, I wish that this rental had an ability to be able to give a 6 star rating. From the communication with the owner, to the cleanliness of the home...just WOW! The furnishings are very nice, along with the incredible bedding along with the ambiance of the whole home. It truly feels that the owner cares about you and wants your stay to be the very best during your time in the Rogue Valley. We will be staying here again!! Do not hesitate to book this home, if available. You will not be disappointed!

Had a great stay while helping out at the local hospital. VERY comfortable beds great for sleeping days when working nights, nice kitchen for cooking, easy check in and check out process!

We absolutely love this this place . Best Vrbo we have stayed in so far .!! Great communication with host/owner . I came to Medford to have neck surgery and needed a place to recover . Sheri was very accommodating. Felt spoiled and was an excellent experience and place to recover . Each room was very comfortable with plenty of blankets , beautiful clean back yard with plenty of outdoor furniture .

Sheri was a great communicator and very accommodating, letting us arrive early. The beds were great, the water hot, and furniture comfortable for our whole group. Location was convenient to explore the area and a few wineries.
