Amazing! That is the word that I can think of that encapsulates both Arman, the host, and our experience staying in his home to celebrate my brother’s surprise 40th birthday celebration. Arman was very responsive to my questions and helped me identify great restaurant options in the area. The house had EVERYTHING our group needed and more and everything was as described in the listing. Our relatives, consisting of three separate families, felt very comfortable and at home during our stay. Plus, the house was very clean and spacious. We also spent an afternoon at the beach and found plenty of chairs, towels and other beach equipment available to use. Fantabulous! From the moment we walked in, we were impressed by the cleanliness, the amenities and the spacious and private porch and yard which was perfect for the kids to play football and wiffle ball. The beach gear was phenomenal - more than adequate for our group of 11. Enough chairs, umbrellas, towels and wagons. Easily walking to the beach and restaurants. Kitchen had everything we needed to cook at home, bathrooms all new and very clean on arrival. Arman was very attentive to any questions before and during our stay. The grandkids said it was the best beach vacation! We hope to return for another family reunion.

Nine family members aged 29 to 87 stayed in this delightful home for 5 days and we hated to leave. The house and property had everything we needed and the location was perfect! We could walk to the beach or to restaurants. Plenty of towels, games, Adirondack chairs, etc..

If you are looking for a family/friends gathering, this is the place in Narragansett! My son graduated from URI and we chose this house as our graduation weekend gathering to celebrate with our family and we could not be more pleased with our experience. All felt comfortable and instantly at home in this beautiful home! Arman was the perfect host and thought of every convenience you may need to make your stay enjoyable and was so responsive to every email or question, just perfect! All of our family said the they, "Slept like a rock and the beds were super comfortable!" Thank you so much for the great memories that your home made for our last weekend in Narragansett with our 2023 graduate from URI!

This is the second time we stayed and we really enjoyed it. Walking distance to everything in Narragansett.

We had the best Christmas celebration with our family at this large beautiful Narranganssett house. Everything we needed was provided for us and the home could not have been more comfortable in every way. Beds were comfy, linens and towels were new. All rooms furnished comfortably and beautifully. The kitchen and dining room had everything we needed for our large family to cook and serve our holiday meals and gather in one space. Although it was freezing outside, we enjoyed some fun walks down to the beach. We would love to stay at this beautiful house again, and highly recommend it for anytime of year.

Our wedding party stayed here before and after our Newport wedding. The house was spacious, well-furnished, and very clean. We all had plenty of room to eat meals and be together, and there were more than enough bathrooms for everyone to be comfortable. Arman was easy to get ahold of and gave us everything we needed to know in plenty of time. I’d highly recommend this property!

The house was perfect to accommodate extended family for my niece's wedding. Location could not have been better being within walking distance to the wedding. BRs on 2nd & 3rd floor allowed folks to retire while others stayed up gathering in the kitchen, DR & LR. Dining Room had a built in side table which worked great for laying out buffets and plenty of seating around. We also celebrated my father's 80th birthday the next day outside using the porch and yard. A few minor issues with the house but Arman was quick to reply and most likely resolved before the next guests arrived. Definitely recommend for any weddings at The Towers or Coast Guard House!

I am from East Greenwich, RI & needed a large rental for 15 women friends traveling from all over the country. We gather together every year for a reunion, thus we have stayed in many houses. This house is beautiful!!! Very comfortable, large, private, (even though it is right in town & among other houses), has gorgeous very large yard , beautiful wrap around porch, with more than enough outdoor seating, & tables, beautifully appointed inside, extremely clean, comfortable pretty beds, nice white new towels, a TON of beach towels, new clean large fridge, plenty of seating in the living room & dining room. The kitchen has every type of utensil , or pot & pan needed for every type of cook. Plenty of wine glasses , coffee cups. Dish sets for 20 people! Plenty of EXTRA toilet paper, hairdryers in every bathroom, boxes of tissues. Bathrooms are new & beautiful. Lots of seating outdoors. Easy walk to beach & shops. Great outdoor shower, even in October. Also in the garage he has special beach carts (3), to load/pull all your beach stuff. New washer & dryer off the kitchen. Truly Arman thought of everything. We were all very pleased , & I have to admit, we are very discerning women. Arman was so very gracious & helpful & answered & responded immediately to all & every question. Thank you again Arman for a delightful experience. I hope I will be fortunate to be able to stay in your lovely home again. Stay here, I promise you will not regret it. Sharon Hanlon

We stayed at this listing with family for a wedding happening locally. The house was perfect for our large group with plenty of beds and bathrooms. The kitchen, living room, and wraparound porch were great areas to convene. We loved the convenient location close to the beach and shopping. The owner was easy to communicate with and helpful with questions while staying at the property. We would highly recommend for a group staying in Narragansett!

What a great house and location for us to gather for our daughters wedding. Plenty of space and room for all of us to get ready along with areas to socialize. Arman was excellent to work with and offered great insight on what was in the area. Highly recommend the house.

The property was very nice, but like other large houses we have rented over the past 7 years it only had one refrigerator! We had 12 people and it is VERY hard to store food for 12 people in one refrigerator, even with our 4 yeti coolers for drinks! This refrigerator had a flex option that were did not know about until all our ice cream melted! The yard was great for games, deck was good for gathering and reading and it was a short trip to the beach but there were only 5 beach passes! Over all need light bulbs, multiple outlet plugs especially near beds to allow for charging and a clean mop for the floors bc those were sticky and slightly dirty… overall I’d recommend !

This home offered everything we needed to enjoy our week away. The kitchen was stocked with the items we needed. We had enough linens for the week we stayed. Beach items were clean and organized so they were ready for immediate use. There was clear and immediate communication with the owner. We look forward to retuning next year.

The house was exactly as described and very well appointed with thoughtful extras such as beach gear, plenty of outdoor furniture and a wide range of cooking utensils. The property owner was helpful and very proactive reaching out before we arrived and checking in during our stsy. The house was impeccably clean and overall we had a wonderful experience. The location of the property was terrific-close to beaches and restaurants but not too close. Enclosed large yard perfect for games and fun for all ages. Owner is very friendly and accessible

A beautiful property in the heart of Narragansett. There’s plenty of space for everyone in this we’ll appointed home. Every detail has been considered to truly make this a stress free vacation. Arman is a great host who was in contact with us when needed and a always provided helpful information. We will be back next year.

Couldn’t have asked for a single thing more! Comfortable, massive, beautiful, and clean. Everything we needed, including beach towels, a wagon to help walk items down to the beach, grill, extra chairs & lawn games were included. The House fit our family perfectly. We wanted to celebrate our parents 60th wedding Anniversary and had some additional family members come for the day on Saturday to celebrate. Even though the weather was a bit cold and rainy we had a wonderful time the house was big enough to accommodate us all and my parents had a wonderful time surrounded by their children and grandchildren♥️

We had a wonderful time! The property has 7 really nice bedrooms with comfortable beds and plenty of space. We cooked lobsters and enjoyed a great meal in the large dining room. The house has a very charming classic appeal. Walking distance to the beach, the coast guard house restaurant and other amenities. The host was very responsive. Hope to be back!

Needed to get away for New Years and love Narragansett. Au Ciel is a fantastic property for families that just want to cook, eat, laugh and play some fun family games! Unfortunately, we couldn’t do many activities outside because of the rain and mud on the property, but I’m Sure it’s absolutely perfect In the summer Months. I would recommend bringing a portable grill for your stay if you plan on BBQ’ing. Prior guests must not have kept up with cleaning the grill after use and it was a real pain for me to clean. Used easy off and steel wool, but couldn’t do the job. Other than that the house is massive and has plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms to accommodate. I look forward to seeing what the owners do to the property in the coming years. We’re going to try to make this a yearly tradition of staying at Au Ciel. Thank you for letting my family enjoy your beautiful home in Narragansett.

Really enjoyed the home and space to accommodate multiple adults. Enough room for smaller groups of folks to spend time together, larger groups and plenty of space to find quiet time. Great location close to restaurants and you can walk to the ocean!

This property exceeded our expectations. Clean and comfortable. The owners were attentive and a pleasure to work with. Plenty of room for gathering and socializing. Lots of bedrooms and bathrooms to meet our needs. We loved the old house feel with modern up to date kitchen and baths. A place we hope to visit again. So grateful!!

Our 3 families had a wonderful time! Plenty of space to sleep and hang out. Loved the side deck. The house was clean and very comfortable, we couldn't have hope for more. Susanna was very responsive, thoughtful and helpful. Would love to come back again next year!

Our daughter's wedding was just up the beach from this house, which was perfect for a big family and spouses. Spacious and clean, this charming and well appointed house fit the bill comfortably. We appreciated all of the bathrooms to get ready for the big event and evening activities. The back staircase to the kitchen was popular with the night owl snackers. Close enough to the beach for a walk or run in Narragansett, a delightful town.

This rental was perfect for merging 2 families prior to the wedding! It was spacious enough to spread out yet perfect for large family mealtimes!

We enjoyed a wonderful stay at this well renovated colonial. All the photos accurately portray the bedrooms and bathrooms. We enjoyed the yard for walks with children around the little pond. The host was very responsive (e.g. got back to us about the beach supplies that were available; answer = plenty). Thank you for a lovely stay.

We rented this home last year and it appears little was done to repair screens on porch or railings and flooring on outside deck since then, those items should have been repaired.It truly is a beautiful home but it should be tenant ready.
