We enjoyed the little cabin’s vibe . The cabin was clean and fresh paired with a cute farmhouse decor . Enjoyed the plush mattress the cabin provided. We felt secure and our car was right outside of our door . We enjoyed the sound of the local train a few times as it added to our memories. The location was nicely positioned to our destination of The Creation Museum and The Ark . I would definitely recommend staying here .

We did as we were told and put the sign on the door of items we needed . We needed extra towels and coffee. They never showed up and we were there Thursday to Sunday. Housekeeping never showed up the whole time. If you say something for guests they need to be accommodated. That doesn’t look good and probably won’t stay again because of it.

It was perfect for a one night stay.

Our room hadn’t been cleaned. We had to wait for someone to come and get us into another cottage. We enjoyed our stay when we got settled.

Nice little place to stay away from the busyness. The train was interesting but not a problem. Very clean, efficient, couldn't use the TV b/c the batteries were bad but that was handled. Overall a good place to stay.

Perfect cabin for 2 of us! Spotlessly clean, private,modern, comfortable bed. Everthing you need. Close to many restaurants, stores, and gas stations. Would definitely book with them again.

Overall this was a clean cute place. The only downfall was not knowing what to do with our trash or dirty towels. When we asked for towels they didn't bring them so i had to call the next day and they finally brought some but didn't take the dirty ones or empty the trash. There is a check list to check what you need but no place to put you need trash emptied and trash bags. I found an outside trash can and emptied it myself and used recycled grocery bags to put back in the can. Just need a little more effort with housecleaning. Also, when we got there we found a pair of prescription glasses that someone probably misses...i called and let them know and they said they would send someone to get them but no one did...I sent a picture of where i left them in case we were gone. When we checked out I left them in the same place. I hope they find the person they belong to. Overall it was a good stay just need better housekeeping.

Place was nice and close to the Ark Encounter and a perfect place to stay for my visit. There is a grocery store near by and a couple place to grab food. Water temp in the shower was fantastic!

This little cabin was cozy and cute! Close to the ark encounter, local library, and dollar general for any items we needed. Great little space for two!

It was just as lovely as it looks online. We loved the cottage. We did fill out and post our request for items as instructed, but didn't receive them. Otherwise our stay was great! (You would think the trains would be irritating, but they didn't keep us awake.) We would definitely stay here again.

We loved the tiny cottage. It is small but you have everything you need. Did not need to communicate with property manager.

We read the previous reviews and here is what we found: Trains: They to not run all night. There are about 3 between 4:00pm and 11:30 pm the next one is about 6:30 am. Towels and Trash. They have started a new system with a check list that lets you check what you need done. You place that check list on the outside of the door before 12:00pm and it will be taken care of for you. Basically we had a good time an slept well.

Enjoyed our stay and very clean and easy access. I did not read the print about being close to a train track. We just laughed about it when it did happen. We weren't in cottage very much so didn't bother us too much. Other than that, great place to stay.

This was the perfect little getaway accommodation. Absolutely adorable no doubt, and very clean with the exception of just some small things (nightstand needing wiped down, sink taps needing wiped and trace lotion crusty)- possibly just my own OCD. The shower however did not get hot…just warm whereas the sink could like burn you, but the warmth was tolerable especially for our short stay. However, if you are a light sleeper the trains will likely keep you up. Tracks are literally right across the street. Overall this is a very nice place to stay and again is just cute as can be!

Had a lovely time. The property is adorable and well kept. FYI it is near train tracks so if you are a super light sleeper this could be a problem but I am not.

We had no issues. The code to get in was sent to our email and we had no trouble getting into the property. It’s a little small but we had what we needed. It was a great location for to the Ark Encounter. Depending on which cottage you get you have to walk a short distance to get to it. There is just one large parking lot for guests to park in. The cottages are not far from the parking lot. Our cottage was right at the parking lot so we were able to park in front of our cottage. Would definitely stay there again.
