Large space. Great location. Everything worked.

Couple of small suggestions: Maybe have a little coffee available for the first morning? Providing an umbrella would be an excellent addition.

Convenient location and well-equipped kitchen. Appreciated the limited number of steps to the rooms. Also a great view!! Was just the right size for our group.

The furniture was a bit uncomfortable. Even the pillows were hard. Could not find a comfortable place to sit. Also, the shower in the master bath was a disaster. Very slippery. I had to shower with one hand since I didn't dare let go of the grab bar. Also, the water barely came out of the showerhead. I understand the other bathroom was not as bad, but it had no grab bars.

Location was near to everywhere. Has 2 beds, 2 baths, a kitchen, fireplace & the view from the dining room & living room is nice. Lockbox meant no need to interact with anyone for check in or checkout.

1. poor Cleanliness- popcorn kernels on the floor, kitchen utensils not washed, fireplace left unclean 2. awful Customer service- it was difficult to find to reach or get answer to where we can park a 2nd car before we got there. When we got there, there were only 3 dishwasher soap, 2 paper towels. I called the number on google & it's was not easy to reach anyone. When I reached someone, he sounded unwilling to help & accused me that there could be more people in the apartment than what is in the booking. There were 4 of us like mentioned in the booking, I hung up & bought everything instead. He could have just said that that's all they provide & not be accusatory. 3. Noises at night- the pipes were making sounds at night and there were crickets on the ceiling that it's difficult to get a good night sleep after a tiring full day of skiing. Mattress was also hard.

The location has a superb view and is very comfortable (I can't judge the pool or the general facilities, they were closed). There's a Deli close by and the recreation path can be accessed easily. The stay was during the pandemic, but due to the key lock and the information one gets beforehand, there was not even a need to see anyone. I'd go back anytime!
