My wife's first questions to me: "can we stay a month? or could we buy one like this?" The property really is everything it is advertised to be, and we did not initially realize how close it was to the Kolea Beach Club (it's across the street) and that was also the walking path to the beach. Many properties say "minutes to the beach" and are being very optimistic, but Kolea 10B is not kidding. A great complex and a very well equipped unit.

Location, views, amenities - all as good as it gets! You get the view of the bay even from the (huge walk in) master bath shower! :) And welcome touch with a fruit basked was really nice! Would definitely stay there again for as long as it fits the budget. :) The only slight problem was ants in the kitchen. As soon as they sense any food (water?) they show up despite of the traps which are set up there. So keep your food neatly organized. And you'd want to eat as much as you can on the lanai since with that view and space you really would not want to leave the villa. We used the grill every night except for one since the Lava-Lava restaurant cannot be missed!

Loved our stay at this Kolea condo! The lanai was the icing on the top to a wonderful condo location! The individual elevator, spacious layout, fully stocked kitchen, and indoor outdoor living was top notch! We will be back!! Thank you Wendee!!

We spent a week here over spring break with our four kids. The condominium is roomy, well-equipped, and super clean. We spent every morning and evening sitting on the lanai enjoying the beautiful views. The pool and beach are super close. And there are two great shopping malls and a grocery store within walking distance. We highly recommend this beautiful property and plan to return ourselves someday soon.

Fabulous, fully-furnished and stocked 3 BR, 3 BA Condo with forever ocean views. Just steps to the beach, pool and gym.? This was our 50+ trip to Hawai’i renting high-end properties, and this was the nicest property we’ve seen. We’ll definitely come back.

Our stay at Kolea 10B was quite simply the best! The location was unbeatable with the pool and beautiful beaches of A-bay just steps away. Easy access to everything and anything you may want or need. As for the unit, it was stellar. Everything was beautiful, clean and comfortable. Although we stayed busy with activities all around the island, we often found ourselves being drawn back to the condo to sit on the lanai for an evening of cool breezes and brilliant sunsets. We enjoyed Kolea so much that we actually extended our stay an extra day! Our host Wendee was wonderful and accommodated our every request. We loved every minute of our stay. In fact, I hesitate to write this review because I would like to keep this gem a secret!

We had an amazing stay at Kolea 10B! It was a prime location in terms of the view and close proximity to the beach and pool. The kids loved the pool. Sunsets on the beach were incredible. The condo is luxurious in a modern style. The lanai is huge with floor to ceiling sliding doors that slide all the way open. Each room has an attached bathroom and then another bathroom in the hallway. We had small kids who couldn’t reach the sinks in the bathroom so we asked the property manager for a stool they could stand on. They didn’t have one so she bought for us the next day, which we appreciated it. We would definitely stay here again!

This property is phenomenal, from location, to cleanliness, to all the little extras, the outdoor patio, the beautiful kitchen, it was all fabulous and made our stay spectacular!! We can't wait to return to the island!

Beautiful condo. Spacious. Close to shops. Excellent first class amenities. Clean. Easy. A no brained when you want to spread out and have a luxurious vacation. Would definitely come back!!

We all enjoyed our stay very much. The location was perfect. Everything worked in the unit. I must say we were a little confused on getting the correct control unit and selections to watch TV. Yes, I know we are on vacation and should be watching TV but it was nice laying in bed and relax watching it a little. Overall, we would without hesitation rent the unit again.

Pictures don’t do justice, place is stunning. Perfect location in the complex to pool, front gate, beach, shopping, etc. lanai + view doesn’t get better then 10B. Wendee our host has been prompt with question responses and accommodating for needs with beach equipment and propane replacement for Lanai grill.

This property is everything advertised and more. We have only previously stayed in resorts on other islands in Hawaii. This was a bit of a last minute booking for us when a condo we had booked associated with the Four Seasons and Elite Pacific Vacations fell through/was cancelled due to maintenance issues and we were so fortunate to find Kolea 10B available. We snatched it based on photos and reviews and felt like it was a blessing in disguise. It's so well stocked from cookware to beach gear and towels, even sunscreen. Everything is so close - beach, pool, shops. And the host, Wendee, is incredibly responsive. We've rented a fair number of VRBO properties and I don't think I've ever had someone as responsive as her. It's hard to imagine anyone would be disappointed staying here, and it will definitely be top of our list if we go with a condo again when we return to Hawaii.

Beautiful condo. The pictures online are nice, but the actual experience is even nicer than expected. Amazing views, great condition, and very short walk to beach and pool.

My family rented several units throughout Waikoloa and everyone agreed that this unit was far and away the best. A private key takes the elevator to this units "lobby". When you open the door you're greeted with an open living room, dining room and kitchen with wall to wall glass panels to the patio. The patio is spacious enough for at least 16, with a built in BBQ, mini fridge and sink. The view overlooking the bay is spectacular. The kitchen is well appointed with Viking appliances and everything you'll need to cook up some great meals. There's counter top seating and an 8 person dining table There are 3 bedrooms, each with their own bath and another half bath in the hall for guests. The 2 master suites have wheelchair accessible showers (with was the reason I chose this unit) and the rooms are large and spacious. I spoke with the property manager, Wendee, several times prior to the trip who helped with special needs and dinner reservations for a group of 30. She was attentive, caring and a wonderful person. I highly recommend this unit for families visiting The Big Island. You CAN'T be dissapointed.

Granted that A bay is not the nicest beach on the big island, Kolea 10B is simply awesome with 24/7 views and ambiance. We hope to be back soon. I highly recommend Kolea!!

Everything was exactly as pictured and our only complaint is that we didn't stay longer! The views are beautiful, the pool and beach access couldn’t be closer and the condo is incredibly well stocked with everything you could possibly need. We had an issue with one ac unit and they had someone over to fix it in no time. Would absolutely stay here again!

This condo was gorgeous! It has 3 bedroom suites, each with their own private bath. Great for traveling as a family or friends with plenty of room to spread out & even have a little privacy. The lanai had a beautiful view of the ocean, nice barbeque area & comfortable seating. The door to the lanai is a full wall of sliding glass doors to open up the entire living space. The kitchen has very nice upscale appliances that making cooking in a breeze The property management was very responsive & helpful. We texted them with a couple of questions/issues during our stay & they responded immediately.

My family and I agree that this is one of the most exceptional properties we have ever enjoyed. The views of the crystal clear blue ocean waters and the access to the pool and beach right out the front of the unit makes it perfect for vacationers. The unit itself did not disappoint and the photos in listings like this are often better than the real thing. In this case, the property is first class and the furnishing and overall quality of the finish out in side the unit are fantastic. The grounds themselves for the overall community are gorgeous but it does come at a small price. Lawn guys were carefully manicuring the grass, shrubs, and rest of the landscape 4 out of the 5 days we were there. Beauty comes at a price and a small one at that. This is a wonderful place to stay and we plan to return. 5 stars all the way.

Nice and roomy accommodations. The view is incredible from the balcony, where the kitchen flows out onto the patio when opening the 6 sliding doors !!! Nicely decorated and plenty of stocked items to make our experience quite enjoyable.

The unit was beautifully appointed and the view from the large lanai was breathtaking. Plenty of restaurants within walking distance and great shopping too (including a Costco!). Would definitely stay here again.
