The beds are very very confortable the area is nice only 12 min from down town salt lake

We came to Taylorsville for a week to play in a regional tournament. Our stay at the property was absolutely perfect for our family of 6. The home has everything readily available and the host goes above and beyond to make sure you have everything you need. He even offered to let us use his ice chest and lawn chairs for the tournament. If we make it back to the greater Salt Lake area we will definitely be staying at this property again.

We had a great trip! The house was really great. We had everything we needed. It was clean, updated and spacious for our two families of four. We enjoyed the hot tub and the BBQ. The neighborhood is nice and quiet but close to shopping and the freeway. The owner communicated everything we needed to know and was helpful if we had any questions. Would definitely stay again.

Easy to access from main roads, easy access to the property, everything was clean and ready for us to stay. The property fit our needs and was exactly as described on VRBO site. We had a great time in the Salt Lake City area and enjoyed our stay at this house.

We needed a place that my daughter and family, myself, and my mother could gather and enjoy family time as well as celebrate my mother's birthday and the 4th of July. This was a great choice. The owner lives downstairs and was so kind and accommodating. Beds were comfy, kitchen was well equipped, great tv, games and books, garage access, etc. etc. All was on one level with just two steps from the garage. We'll come back!

We had 3 adults in our family. Lots of nice upgrades done to this house; plantation shutters and kitchen. Very comfortable and safe. Everything was super clean and easy to use. Owner was very response to all questions, no matter how small. We hope to return for another visit.

We came for a graduation party. It was wonderful to be so close to my brothers home in Taylorsville. We hope to stay here again and again when needed.

The location was excellent. Near highways and easy to get around the city. 3 nice bedrooms and a good size living/family room for gathering. Hot tub is new and we’ll kept. Only issue is that you can’t really see the mountains from it. Host was excellent and keeps the house in great shape. Very clean too.

The owner is very friendly & responsive. The rental is clean and has a great hot tub for post skiing.

This home was very clean, well- equipped, and just plain perfect for our trip to SLC to visit our daughter. The location was about 10 minutes or so from the airport and close to the freeways that got us everywhere we needed to go with ease. The owner was an absolute gem- one of the kindest we have ever met. Communication was easy and helpful. And again - the house was perfectly equipped and set up for a great stay. Our group of 6 was very comfortable!

My friends and I loved staying at Cyd's place! It was very clean and nice when we arrived. The check-in process was very easy and straightforward. The hot tub was our favorite part. I would honestly come back again just for the hot tub because the setup was so nice. There is also access to all the movie streaming platforms! I highly recommend.

My husband, two adult daughters and I flew into Salt Lake City for a family funeral, and needed a clean, comfortable place to talk and relax between larger family events in other parts of the city. This place fit the bill perfectly. The home is in a quiet neighborhood, yet close to major highway access, and only about 15 minutes from the airport. Cyd was a thoughtful and welcoming host. He contacted us early, to let us know when his cleaners had finished and that we could check in early if we'd like. We had full access to the garage, backyard and hot tub. The kitchen was recently remodeled, fully equipped, sparkling clean and stocked with basic needs. The beds were comfortable, linens were great, and bathrooms were sparkling. The living room was large, clean and included a great selection of reading material, games, and cable TV service. This was one of the best VRBO experiences we've had. We highly recommend it.

There is no greater joy than spending time with your grand baby! We spent a week with our wee grandson and our daughter and husband. They live in an apartment near this property. We felt at home. That’s because our host, Cyd, maintains his property to a very high standard. Beautiful kitchen, fantastic living room with a fireplace and large flatscreen tv. Three bedrooms, two baths and a large hot tub with a tv on the deck! We also had use of the two car garage with remote openers. That was fantastic when loading the baby in and out of the cars. Really super on chilly nights and during the rain. Like I said, we felt at home. We have rented a lot of property’s over the years for family vacations all over the country. I highly recommend this property to someone searching the comforts of home when visiting Salt Lake City.

My friend and I came from Oregon to go to a concert at the Great Saltair. We chose Cyd’s property mainly because it had a hot tub and the pictures of the property looked great. Both Cyd and the property management company Evolve were super easy to work with. We were able to add an extra day to our trip with no hassle. The house was very clean and the beds were super comfortable. The hot tub was a crucial part of our trip as we used it nearly every night. The only thing “issue” that others might have with the property is air traffic. It’s not horrible by any stretch of the imagination but slightly noticeable at times. Regardless, we were super happy with our stay and if we find ourselves back in Salt Lake we will be contacting Cyd!

We enjoyed our stay and appreciated the good barbecue for grilling,the Keurig with various coffee’s and hot tub!

We were there for a basketball tournament and staying here was so pleasant for us especially after a day of playing basketball my daughter was able recuperate in the hot tub.

The kitchen is fully loaded and has everything you could need condiments ect. The beds are cozy and the hot tub at the end of the night amazing the towels smell fresh and the owner is very nice! We had family over for dinner since we all have gotten our shots great g ma is 93 and he was nice enough to come out and take a picture so I can send it to her. This was a lovely place to spend a few weeks. It is close to most ski resorts as well as downtown Salt Lake City. The owner was extremely cooperative & helpful and any time there was a slight problem, he immediately took care of it. The hot tub arrived the end of our 1st week and we thoroughly enjoyed it as well as the new grill. The rooms are all very comfortable and the kitchen is well equipped. It's the perfect place for a group to stay.
