Very quiet and peaceful! Just a 30 minute drive to the Tail of the Dragon. The cabin was very clean and had everything we needed for a relaxing weekend.

Beautiful setting atop the mountain side with gorgeous view. Easy to find & amazingly clean with a feeling of being at home. Initially concerned about reviews saying you need 4wheel drive but our bmw handled it. Deborah was very kind & helpful with nearby attractions we may not have visited. We thoroughly enjoyed eating on the wrap around porch & listening to the mountain’s babbling brook next to the cabin. Definitely will be returning soon!

We enjoyed our stay. We were far enough away from the busy tourist areas but close enough that we could drive into the areas by way of beautiful scenic routes. The cabin was wonderful and had everything we needed. Our only complaint was the hot water was indecisive; one day it lasted for all of our showers and the next it only lasted for two people when we hadn't used it at all that day...kine of weird. Aside from that our stay was just what we were looking for. We would, and probably will, stay here again. Thanks for the quick assistance when we locked our keys inside the cabin Debbie. Our daughter said the snow yesterday morning was the frosting on her birthday weekend.

The property is well cared for by Deb and their husband. The kitchen is fully equipped with anything you can think of, if you have any questions about the property they are more than happy to answer you in a timely manner. Waste disposal and other important information regarding the chalet was well displayed and easy for us to understand. Debbie was the best host and even came to drop by a flyer for a festival that was happening the weekend we were there. I was informed of future plans for improving the property even more in the next year. Ultimately this was a great getaway for us to unwind and enjoy some quiet time that my boyfriend and I severely lack these days!

We had a long weekend mountain retreat at this property. The trees were changing colors and the cabin was perfect. The owner Mrs. Debbie had everything ready when we arrived and we really enjoyed visiting with her. The cabin was super clean and well stocked with basic household supplies. The kitchen contains all the dishes, pots/pans, etc you will need. There's a hiking trail next to the cabin that provides a good cardio workout. One of my favorite activities was sitting on the porch reading and enjoying the mountain view. Mrs. Debbie provided maps and brochures on numerous activities and places to visit in the area. We especially enjoyed Maple Springs Lookout. My husband and I highly recommend this property if you're looking for somewhere to relax with great views! I would rate this property more than 5 stars if possible.

Beautiful cabin nestled amongst the trees. Very quiet and peaceful. The cabin was very clean and had everything we needed. The host was great. Will stay there again. Highly recommend.

My husband and I visited the area for a wedding in the area. The house was just as pictured. It was so nice to unplug and unwind in such a beautiful setting. We will definitely be back!

Very clean, located close enough to civilization to get what you need, but secluded enough to escape from it all. An excellent place/way to unwind...

This cabin was a great little getaway for our anniversary. It was secluded yet close to activities. It also was very clean and was stocked with everything you’d need. Would definitely consider staying here again.

This property has everything we were looking for in a mountain getaway: beautiful views, quiet except for the relaxing sounds of the brook, hiking trails, convenience to local attractions and all the comforts of home!

Well equipped, private & perfect for 1-4 people. As per other reviews, the gravel road up to cabin was steep but you get used to it. Bring in some groceries for your first morning breakfast as it’s a 1/2 hr drive to the town of Robbinsville. While we enjoyed taking in the area sights, we especially enjoyed having a campfire & enjoying the sounds of wildlife around us. Bring dry wood & some fire starter as the wood (that might be there) could be wet. Lastly, the owner is personable & goes the extra mile to ensure your stay is great. Would recommend this place for a small family looking for a cozy place to stay.

I felt like I was staying with family. (The cool family, not your crazy uncle family) The property felt so homey! There were maps of the area, menus for local restaurants, wood for the fire pit, and the place was spotless. I would definitely stay here again!

The cabin is charming, comfortable, and in a truly beautiful location. Can’t say enough good things! The hosts’ attention to all the details made our stay so enjoyable. As other reviewers noted, the kitchen is very well stocked with anything you might need. We left the cabin already planning our next trip!

We loved the cabin! We wanted a place to stay so we could go hike the Appalachian Trail, go White water rafting and explore waterfalls. This place was perfect! Cozy, clean, peaceful and the most perfect back-drop and atmosphere! We loved it! Thanks guys! It was an awesome stay! We’ll definitely be back!

House was so clean! Blown away with attention to details. Feint porch and hiking trails were my all time favorite! Weather did not permit a bon fire... but I will do that next time!
