Excellent facilities with lots of thoughtful extras

Our stay at the Lagoon Seaside Villa was superb! Our family of 3 generations consisted of 6 adults and a 2 year old and there was absolutely nothing more we could have asked for as everything had been thought of and supplied. Manolis, the owner, met us at the villa he was so helpful and charming throughout our stay nothing seemed too much trouble and he always had a smile on his face. He gave us excellent advice regarding restaurants and the local amenities. An excellent welcome package of food and drinks was awaiting our arrival, the villa was beautifully appointed and spotlessly clean and all the facilities shown in the photographs were even better in reality. The items available for our granddaughter were amazing: a pushchair, baby listening device, plastic bowls, plates & cutlery, a bib, a potty, stairgates, a rubber ring & arm bands for the swimming pool and so much more together with the amazing garden play equipment. The position of the villa is perfect. It was an easy short stroll into town (almost a village) where there is an excellent new bakery, several restaurants (we can recommend the Locus Deli Restaurant), small supermarkets and a handful of tourist shops. The beach was even closer or you can walk down further to the tiny harbour for some sea view restaurants, also accessible from the town. Manolis and his wife were so kind at the end of our stay they gave our pregnant daughter and partner a gift for the baby and also a jigsaw for our Granddaughter. We loved it so much that we intend to go back and that is the highest praise of all!

Excellent position within the village. Very easy to get to all the amenities. Liked the layout as it provided us with private areas and areas where we could be together as an extended family. The small children loved the garden and the swings and climbing frame which they used every morning and in the evenings when it was cool.The kitchen area was very well equipped and the welcomed pack was very thoughtful and generous. All the bathrooms were superb, the beds comfortable and there was plenty of storage space. The pool was excellent and everywhere was spotlessly clean and well-maintained.

There was no toilet/changing area accessible from the pool without going through the house

Kids loved: pool - perfect size and depth/ backyard for workout / table tennis table. Modern and tasteful interior design. All kitchen appliances you could need. Basic groceries provided on arrival. Outside seating cosy and large external dinning. Perfect size villa for 8 people. Gorgeous view of sea and only 2 -3 minute walk to small local sandy beach ( with some stones) amazing clear / clean / warm water. Basic taverna on beach with great service and food and drinks. Panormos is a quaint small village with plenty of restaurants and small shops. The owner Mr. Manolis was a great help and available to advise in any situation. He has a very professional and responsive approach. We had older kids but 2 things for smaller kids are very well thought out. Mini pool for toddlers and stair gates on all floors.
