The rental home was set up great for our group of 7 adults and 1 toddler. The location was easy to get in and out from. Biggest complaint was the insistent barking of dogs on the other side of the fence - it was very annoying.

House location was in a good neighborhood. Home was clean and bedding very comfortable.

Loved this house. BUT you can tell no one lives there, only renters. There isn’t any carpet in the house so every single sound echos. We have four kids so that was a little wild. Washer & dryer were super loud too. And there was a slight layer of dust on most of the surfaces. But otherwise it was great. My kids loved the pool but there is no fence for security. Just a small latch on the sliding glass door. My toddler nephew was over for a few minutes before the park and he went straight for the blinds on the sliding door then tried to fly up the stairs. I was very glad my youngest is 8 lol. The pool table was sweet. So much fun. And the beds were SO comfortable. There’s also a cat. It hangs out in the backyard and will be your best friend if you give it any scritches. It will also give you a mild heart attack when you take the trash can to the curb. I think the neighbor may feed it but not sure. Overall a great stay. All of us really enjoyed the house & its amenities.

Great location and perfect for family getaway

The house was clean and neat, the beds were extremely comfortable. Ok where did you purchase the linens and bath towels they were fluffy and comfortable. We had a great stay at Harvard classic. Thank you.

This house was perfect for our long weekend getaway in Phoenix. Everyone had their own space, plenty of beds and rooms. The best part was the awesome patio and pool area!

We loved staying at this home! The pool was definitely a highlight for everyone. There were many pool toys and floaties left for our kids to play with. Everything was very clean and well maintained. Our kids loved that there were TVs in the bedrooms- they aren't used to that! All of the beds were very comfortable and extra blankets were provided in the closets. The kitchen was great! They had everything I needed to cook and then some. My husband and in-laws loved the Keurig coffee maker. Communication was great! We would all highly recommend staying here!

Even though the air temperature was in the 50's, the pool was warm enough to swim! Having the pool cover is a great idea. We really enjoyed the pool table and the putting green which was fun for our family of six. It's well located with shopping and restaurants nearby. We would definitely stay here again!

Great location close to groceries, bakery and shopping. Quiet neighborhood with exception of a few dogs barking at night. TV reception is poor. Could only watch shows using a HDMI cord and laptop which was disappointing as there were multiple tvs in bedrooms which could not really be used. Pool table was a blast!

We had a wonderful stay while in Gilbert! Our children and grandchildren joined us for a few days and the pool was a hit! A brother who is avid golfer stayed for a few days and lived practicing his putting before hitting the courses!! Property management was very accommodating and helpful!

I have family in the area and we rented this home to host our Thanksgiving Dinner and just relax for the week. It was exquisitely clean, well-equipped and stocked with everything we needed. This property is managed by an external rental management company who’s team was readily available for any of our needs. Our only complaint was the internet service was a disaster. On day two of arrival it went out and despite the response of the rental team, they were unable to resolve it prior to our departure. Thankfully I have lots of data for streaming and am also subscribed to Hulu plus so we were able to get our football games on the smart TV using our personal roku stick. It was a complete hassle, however, and therefore the TV’s in the bedrooms were unusable. That being said, the weather was unbelievable and we were able to keep doors/windows open to allow for good ventilation and lots of spaced out seating for our families. Highly recommend this home for a great family time!

The house was very clean. The pool was exceptional. Neighborhood was really quiet. The service was quick and really nice. We would stay again!
