We were able to comfortably fit 8 people and had such a nice time staying here! It’s super close to everything downtown and only a short drive to all the wineries. There were quite a few bugs that kept managing to get inside, but it’s summer in Texas and that’s not that outlandish. Overall really great time!

We stayed in Absolute Charm to have a quiet, relaxed, kid free weekend. Close to Main Street with lots of food and shopping. We enjoyed our time at the house and away.

The fan in the back bedroom didn't work when you turned on the switch and one of the windows in the same room didn't lock. The master bedroom got very hot , and of course the stove didn't work without lighting it yourself. The house was a little dirty (the chairs in kitchen had bad stains etc) plus just small cleaning details around the house. Other than that it was a wonderful and cute home and we all enjoyed our stay at rest haus! Hopefully I will be back again!

Rest Haus if in a quiet area and centrally located in town. The house has great space for hanging out with friends and ample space for sleeping. The backyard was cute and cozy for hanging out on the occasional cool evening in Texas. We cant wait to stay here again!

We had a great time, hiked Enchanted rock, visited Lukenbach and visited the shops and restaurants on main. I do wish it was a bit closer to main st as we did choose to drive and park on Main St.It would be a bit far if you were laden with packages!

The house was absolutely perfect for our family of 5! Location is close to everything and easy to get to, house was super clean, not an item out of place. Beds were on the firm side. We would stay here again in a heartbeat!

This house is so cute and very clean. The owner needs to address the severe foundation problems. So many places in the floor have the appearance that you might fall through. Plus the master door drags across the floor and the front bedroom door doesnt close all the way. This house is way too cute to let deteriorate.

Went for my sister's bachelorette weekend. We had a blast! 8 adult women stayed there very comfortably. The home/kitchen had everything we needed. We enjoyed the hot tub too! We were able to walk to Main St very easily and enjoyed the cute home and neighborhood very much! Would definitely recommend!

This house is everything you would want and need in vacation rental. There were only 4 of us and we had more the enough room. The house is charming as is the quiet neighborhood it is located in. Also the house is very conveniently located to shopping and dining. We had very enjoyable and comfortable stay.

The house was very nice. It is in a quiet neighborhood. The beds were very comfortable. The bath and kitchen has everything that you would need. If there was a problem it was taken care of immediately. Would definitely recommend this one.

We had a wonderful stay. A few things, a couple of the windows were broke and would not lock. The fridge is having trouble shutting. It didn’t stay completely cold cold. The coffee cups were a little small for the Keurig. I, Brenda, lost an erring that was blue in color if it is found. Thank you guys! It was great.

Everything was more than expected. Clean and new. Enjoyed the hot tub, sitting outside having morning coffee and the kitchen. The neighborhood was beautiful and quiet. Only a few blocks away from Main Street but not close enough to walk yet easy to get to. Definitely would love to stay there again.

A beautiful home in the perfect spot
My girlfriends and I had a fabulous time!! The property was just perfect. Large enough for all 8 of us and we enjoyed our time on the patio as well. A short 10 minute walk from downtown and close to all amenities. Easy to find and a beautiful and quaint neighborhood! VRBO lists that there is a washer and dryer, but there is not. It was not big deal for us as we were only there for three days, but may be important for those who are there for a week or so.

65th birthday celebration
We brought the whole family to celebrate a milestone bday. The check in process was easy and there was plenty of beds for everyone. We had to send a message on the hot tub (wouldn't get hot) but someone responded and set it for us. It still took a while to get warm enough but we spent the day in Luckenbach and it was good enough for the grands to get in that night. The kitchen could of been a little better organized but we eventually found everything we needed.

We loved it. There were 5 girls and we never felt crowded. Super cute house. The showers and bathtub were so nice!
