This is our 2nd time renting Diggin’ it. Very clean and had all the amenities we needed. We had a great week of full sun and awesome memories. Loved the short walk to the beach along with the handy convenient store across the street and the restaurants within walking distance. The pool & hot tube made the afternoons and evening very relaxing. Thank to the owner who was very responsive to all our questions and needs. 5 star rating!!

This was the best house for our 55th birthday trip! Plenty of rooms & bathrooms. We LOVED the screened in deck! Spent every morning out there having coffee, looking out at the beach & people watching!! Hot tub & pool were just perfect & kept clean all week by the very friendly pool guy!! Location is AMAZING! We walked to dinners, got sandwiches at stop & shop, & enjoyed a short walk to the beach!!!! Our host was awesome too! Always quick to reply!! 5 out of 5! I would definitely recommend this house!!!

Diggin' It was everything it was advertised! The layout of the house was perfect for our family vacation. The kitchen was large enough for all 6 of us to eat together and play games at the kitchen table. With the 4 decks, there was plenty of room for all of us to get outside and have privacy in the morning and afternoon. I was very happy with the views of the ocean from the deck. Carrie was great to work with and reached out to us to let us know when the house was ready for our arrival, and checked in with us to see how we were doing. My entire family commented on how great the house is, and felt this was one of our best vacations. Thank you Carrie for making our week amazing!

Location is outstanding. Some of the door locks need attention as some wouldn’t work correctly. Could never get the front door to take the code. Code would take but lock mechanism did not engage.

GREAT house, perfect location. Total comfort. Our long weekend consisted of Mother Nature being ugly. But the amenities provided & comfort of being “home” was amazing. The pool & hot tub were utilized-even though the cold & wind tried to prove otherwise. For us, the location couldn’t have been much better. I would recommend this home time & time again!!!

Enjoyed our week at ‘Dig it’! This was a repeat booking from 2021 and we do not have any regrets. The location is perfect and we enjoyed both driving and riding bikes to grocery store. When we needed something immediately, the beach store right across the street was perfect! We brought 2 bikes and rented one for the week from the bike store right across the street. We ate at Dirty Dicks, Sam and Omies, and Sooeys barbecue - and were not disappointed. We got carry out from Pigmen’s barbecue and I got your crabs - both were good. The water got rough and there was no swimming the last 3 days, but we spent some time sitting on the beach and at the pool. The new table and chairs in the screened in porch were wonderful! From last year, we did not have adults sleep in the bunk bed and instead used the sleep sofa on the first level. We really enjoyed our week away (6 adults and 2 dogs). The dogs loved running in the yard. The house has something for everyone!

This property was exactly as described. The location was absolutely perfect. The beach was just a short walk across the street and the Stop and Shop/Exxon next door had everything you needed. We loved being in this location as it was so close to all the activities and restaurants. Carrie was a wonderful host and was responsive and very easy to communicate with. We would happily stay at her property again!

We loved everything about this house. Proximity to the beach, the stores, the grocery stores, everything. House was extremely clean and the owner was very responsive.

House is excellent! Pool and Hot tub were great! Kitchen was great! Owner was very responsive with any issues! Only caveat is that the main road outside the house is quite loud throughout the night. Trash pickup at 4AM and was loud and twice during the week.

We had 7 people total, including 3 kids between 4-11 years old and there was plenty of room for us all. We were in the pool every single day! Close enough to tons of activities, short walk to the beach, a few things on hand for beach goers including a folding chair. We were surprised to find a few pool toys as well. Super easy locking system for main door. Would stay again!

Can’t say enough about “Just Diggin it” love the screened in porch area, the pool was great for the kiddos after playing at the beach all day, and everyone woke up with smiles on their faces from sleeping so well on the comfy beds. Looking forward to staying there again.

The property was exactly as advertised. Our host Carrie was available and attentive. A great family experience, we can't wait to go back. We've been vacationing in the OuterBanks for a number of years. This house was by far the Best!

We very much enjoyed our stay at "Diggin' It". The house was exactly as pictured in the ad. The pool was great for everyone, especially the kids. I in particular enjoyed sitting with my early morning breakfast and coffee on the front deck watching the awakening world go by. The house was clean and the beds were comfy - we certainly felt at home after arriving. The fenced-in back yard was great for the fur babies as we didn't have to worry about leashing them everytime they went out. Thanks, Carrie, it was a great vacation!

This is the second year that we rented Digginit and we had another fabulous experience. Beautiful house, very clean, very well equipped and overall perfect for our family! We will be returning next summer 😎

The cottage was very clean and well kept. The owners were very accommodating making our stay wonderful and answered all questions we had.

We absolutely loved Diggin It !! Everything about this home is awesome. We will never have to look for a place in the OBX again.

The house was really close to the beach and very spacious with a ton of decks. The yard was perfect size and pool and jacuzzi were great!!

I can’t say enough good things about our stay here! This home was perfect for my crew of 6 plus 2 fur babies! Plenty of room for times we all wanted to be together and for times that we didn’t. Great layout. The house was very clean and well decorated. Towels, linens and all kitchen utensils were provided. The lower level was great with the bumper pool and foosball tables. Great area for kids as well… and they had a good selection of board games for all ages. The backyard being completely fenced in was wonderful for my 2 fur babies. I could let them out and not worry about having to keep them on a leash. They had plenty of room to run and play. Carrie was absolutely wonderful! I had a question for her when we arrived and she seriously responded back to me in less than a minute! The location was great. You are right there at the beach. Shopping and restaurants are all right there too. Having the Stop and Shop directly across the road was super convenient as well. I really can’t say enough good things about “Diggin It”! I would highly recommend it to anyone!

Had a great time. Weather was gorgeous all week except rain one day. The storms out in the ocean cause several days of riptides; thus, no ocean swimming. However, we enjoyed short trips to the beach then hung out at the beautiful pool. Yard provided great space to have dogs outside with us (without leashes) since yard was fenced. Finally on Friday night we moved the corn hole boards outside and enjoyed some competitive play! Lovely house, good location, great to have linens provided, and kitchen well stocked with all dishes/pans/appliances needed; very comfortable and met needs of everyone. Took advantage of the outside grill a few days for lunch and dinner. When we needed to communicate with the owner she was very responsive. If there was any downside, it would be that the bunk bed double was not real comfortable (for adults), but we shifted to the first level pull out bed and it was better. We had a wonderful time and will certainly lay consider returning again! All around, great week and great VBRO experience. Thank you for allowing us to enjoy your property!

We booked online, was able to get in contact with homeowners throughout the entire visit. The house was clean and well maintained.

If you don’t need to be beachfront this is a perfect location just across the street from the beach. A small store with everything from sunscreen and flip flops to deli meats and eggs and butter just across the street. And a bike rental shop on the other side. The house was clean and the owner quick to responds with any questions. We had 6 adults and 5 kids it was perfect size. I wouldn’t recommend more than that. Great vacation

We loved staying at Diggin’ It. It’s so close to the beach. I enjoyed drinking my morning coffee watching the ocean waves crash. We loved having the pool and hot tub at the house. The fenced in backyard was perfect for the furry member of the family. Carrie is a wonderful host and very responsive. We will definitely stay here again!

This was our first experience renting a home and first time in the outer banks and this house did not disappoint! The cleanliness, space, balconies, location, so close to the beach made everything perfect. Carrie was so easy to get in touch with and so responsive to all my questions. We loved all the balconies and windows around the house. We brought our small dog who made herself right at home. The fenced in back yard was private and spacious for all of us. We highly recommend this property!

Wonderful house to spend quality time with family. The beach, dunes, etc. were all nearby. It was a good central location. It was nice having the Exxon Station across the street to get newspaper, misc. We enjoyed the experience as a replacement for a cancelled cruise. Highly recommend.

Diggin' It is a fabulous beach rental. The house is modern, immaculate and well decorated. The pool was the perfect temperature with ample chairs for all. A hot tub, corn hole boards, multiple decks, outdoor shower and washing machine/dryer are other property bonuses. The beach is a very short walk. The pictures posted on VRBO are accurate. Ms. Coker replies quickly when contacted. She is so pleasant and helpful. I can't say enough positives about Ms. Coker and her property. I would definitely rent this property again!
