Great location; exactly as described. It is close to all the action; walking distance to all things on campus and downtown auburn. Will definitely stay again!!

Great location and very nice unit

Clean room, great location. A little loud until the bars close but we knew that because we’ve stayed there before and the property manager discloses this. But you can’t beat the location!

Great stay

There is sleeping room for 4, couch for 3 to sit, dishes for 4 etc. but a chair in family room or fold up table/folding temp chairs would have been useful/helpful. At minimum - seating for 4 in the main room. - adding a chair by the floor lamp! :)

Perfect location, noise was not as bad as I was prepared for. Perfect for a weekend. Couple things that could be improved. There was no towel bar in the bathroom and there were water stains on ceiling and cracked paint. Overall great place to stay.

The location of the property it surrounded by night life. If you’re needing to get rest, select something else. When we arrived, the bass line of the bar next door was so loud it was heard clearly in the rental and was impossible to sleep. We ended up leaving and getting a hotel room instead.

Tremendous location if you want to experience downtown Auburn! Ability to walk everywhere!

AUsome location. Property was described accurately. Clubs are noisy but we did not have any problems sleeping. Sound machines in rooms excellent touch. Very convenient to downtown/university.

Nice to be in the middle of everything. We would definitely stay there again.

Cute little apartment clean and updated it's right in the middle of everything so if you want a quiet peaceful night this isn't it lol But very fun atmosphere if you don't mind the noise. This unit had no parking and unfortunately my car was towed on the first night since we didn't make it to town till 9pm and everything was completely packed . My advice find the parking garage down the street and just walk with all ur bags. It's 1$ an hour in the parking garage but way better that 125$ to get your car out of tow. Over all we all enjoyed our visit and would definitely use this rental again . Only complaint is there should be more helpful information about parking in the area for out of town guests .

I love being right in downtown Auburn and the Magnolia building is always my favorite. Cute places with everything you need! Amanda is a great manager and communication is always clear. I think I’ve stayed there 5 or 6 times now — it’s always great!

Stayed here for my daughters CWE session. Location was perfect - right next to campus and restaurants.

We were in town for a swim meet. I wanted a place that we could park and walk wherever we wanted to go. This was the place! We were there on a Saturday and Sunday night. Our friends warned us that Skybar was having a great band and it would be really loud. We turned on white noise and I had earplugs. We slept great! No noise complaints.

Ummm... showed up 10pm, no key in lock box, no where to park. Waited in a loud dark alley way for 30 minutes for someone to let to get a key. She couldn't find it. After banging on the door, the man that was in the unit came out and we realized it was double booked. So there we were 2 moms and 3 small children alone in a dark alley at 11pm with no place to stay. Unacceptable...

This was a great spot. Super convenient.

It was good but it was a little kid on Saturday night.

Perfect location for alumni/return to AU weekend for mother and daughter. Unit interior was perfect, but exterior could use some refreshing - and more lighting (alley and especially stairs very dark and in need of spruce up).

Amanda was absolutely wonderful to work with. She was very understanding and accommodating with our stay! The description was accurate, the place was wonderful and clean. Amazing location to be able to walk everywhere we needed to go. Would definitely stay here again when we are back in town for our next visit!

Great place and perfect location!!!

The description of noise being an issue because of the noise level… that is 100% true so if you are not there to enjoy auburns downtown…… this is not the location. This literally backs up to two very loud live music bars that is crazy LOUD. The building was literally vibrating Friday and Saturday nights that we stayed. I have a really good Sense of humor about it and chalk it up to a future story… but great location to downtown everything and super comfy beds! Slept well the 2nd night because I was exhausted after the first night of downstairs parties. - go to Mo’Bay and try the Beignets! BOMB! Yum!

As reported there is noise from the bar down the alley, but there are sound machines in each room that help with it. The apartment was beautiful and comfortable. The days were very quiet and peaceful. It’s convenient to both campus and food.

This place was really nice inside and out. Location was good. We will definitely stay again when we come to town.

It is right in the middle of everything. One can park their car and walk everywhere. There is a couple of bars nearby, but the owners provide noise cancellation machines in each bedroom to drown out the noise.

Amanda's place was great for us! It was clean, comfortable and I can't imagine a place with better access to downtown Auburn and the campus. As others had noticed, it was next to a campus bar and the music was oud at night, but me and my party didn't find it to be detrimental. We were able to ignore it and had NO trouble sleeping. Communication with Amanda was excellent and I'd recommend her place to my friends. I'll definitely stay there again!

Property was super clean and just as described. Super close to campus. Excellent communication from host!
