The house was beautiful and clean. It had everything we needed for a stay. The hot tub was amazing during the snow storm. Overall it was a beautiful location and fun stay.

This house is in a amazing location just minutes from restaurants and close enough to Wolf Creek ski area. The property is 3 floors and had lots of room to spread out, amazing views and was very clean. The property manager and Evolve was quick on responding and very friendly. Will definitely rent again.

I tried to get a hold of someone for a couple weeks prior to our stay to see if we could check in early. No one would reply to me. Finally, the day before we left they gave me info to contact the lady that manages the cleaning. She was very nice and tried to accommodate us.

The house and location are very nice. We enjoyed watching all the wildlife from the decks. Very relaxing! The downside is the property management. It lacks some of the personal touches you get when it’s owner managed. Communication with the management was terrible. We were missing some necessary items which took over 13 hours to get. When someone finally did bring it to us we asked why we weren’t hearing back from the manager…. we were told she was very busy and that we just had to keep trying and she would get back with us sooner or later. We would stay at the house again, but not as long as Evolve is managing it.

The property is very nice, well equipped. The lake is beautiful and we enjoyed it a lot.

Overall this property is a great location. It is easily walking distance to the lake. It sits on a nice large piece of land. It is well appointed with beautiful hand done woodwork pieces. The main issue is it lists it is 3 bathrooms. It is actually 2.5 as one of the bathrooms is a toilet and sink. There were no facial tissues and short on washcloths. The manager was willing to purchase more and bring them by. She was very prompt to clean up the trash. The trash cans were not secured and there was no access to the shed or the garage to put them out of bears reach at night. A bear did get into it and spread trash all over the property. She came over and cleaned it up and brought straps to secure the trash. She was very attentive to the needs.

This was a perfect home for our week stay in PS. We enjoyed kayaking and fishing the lake everyday. It is conveniently right across the street so not a hard trek to get the kayaks there. The house is beautiful and quite cozy. A perfect set up for our teens. They hung out downstairs in their own space during our down time while me and their dad relaxed on the balcony sipping an adult beverage enjoying the scenic view. The home is equipped with everything we needed. Our girls took advantage of one of the puzzles in the game/puzzle closet. One of our best VRBO homes we have stayed in and we travel quite often. We will definitely be visiting this home again.

My sister and I decided to escape from reality for a bit and did we luck out finding this oasis. The views from the many large windows look like you are viewing a perfect painting of a beautiful lake / mountains/ landscape. So enjoyed watching 2 baby fawns with a family of deer, and other wildlife just outside our windows. The beauty and scent of the fresh mountain air is just what we needed! Highly recommend! I definitely plan on bringing my 5 kids and husband back during ski season!

I originally booked this trip for a friend's birthday as she had never visited CO before. The trip included four people which made it extremely affordable as we booked for a whole week. It was located right across the street from Lake Pagosa, and you have the best view from the dinning room. The top floor is a loft with a table and couch, we used this to do puzzles. The main floor had a living, kitchen, dinning, half bath, primary bedroom/bathroom, and a balcony with grill and table. The lower level had a secondary living, two bedrooms, full bathroom, and a patio with hot tub and Kayaks. We used the inflatable kayaks provided on Lake Pagosa one day; I was not sure we were allowed to do this until we got there. This house is also about 8 minutes from downtown Pagosa, 25 minutes from Treasure Falls, and about 1 hour from Piedra Falls. The only thing I would say is to bring some extra bath rags if you are one to want a new one everyday. Overall, it was a beautiful get away and I would go back in a heartbeat.

My family and I had such a great stay! The location was beautiful, and the property itself was so nice and clean. Our kids enjoyed picking wildflowers, playing basketball in the driveway, watching geese on the lake, and kayaking. We hope to stay here again on our next visit!

Really lovely home in a great location with incredible views. The kitchen has everything you need. Comfortable beds and the house is very clean. The only things that were a bit of a bummer - this house has 2.5 baths, not 3 full baths as listed. There is one full bath downstairs, one full bath upstairs in the master, and 1 half bath off the kitchen. Also, the basement stays very cold when the upstairs is at a regular temperature. That doesn't change my 5-star rating, just kind of a bummer.

I can’t say enough great things about this host/cabin. The cabin is exactly like the pictures show - modern and elegant but still feels warm and cozy. The views are absolutely breathtaking out of the windows in the morning, I would venture to say some of the best views in all of Colorado. I ended up breaking my leg while skiing on our trip and the host did everything that they possibly could to help us out while I went through surgery. Can’t thank you enough and if we ever get back to Pagosa we will certainly be staying here!

We were looking for a change of scenery from covid quarantine, and this house did not disappoint. We wish we’d booked a longer stay. The house had stunning views of the lake & pond, and was situated off the golf course. It had everything you could possibly imagine needing on a trip. The kitchen was modern, open, with stunning views & extremely well equipped. (Blender, pressure cooker, confectioner oven, spices, tuber ware, etc etc etc.) We were more than able to cook an entire Thanksgiving meal. There was plenty of room for our family of 5 to spread out for alone time or to come together as a family for movies & board games. We enjoyed daily walks around the property (golf course & lake). I took advantage of the treadmill & bike. We were almost able to forgot about the pandemic. I’ve been coming to Pagosa since I was a child & now I bring my husband and kids. This is one the the nicest homes I’ve stayed. We highly recommend booking this beautiful home. We’re hoping to return when the weather warms up & we can enjoy the outdoors more.
