We had a lovely time

This home was wonderful from the moment we walked in the door. Was extremely clean, inviting, comfortable, and beautifully decorated. The shower was amazing. We used either the fire pit outside, or the fireplace inside every night:) The view from both the back and front were delightful. It was a great location, close enough to downtown, Crystal mining, the mid-American science museum (our kids LOVED this place), and the botanical garden (also a must), but out far enough where you can catch some fresh air and just hear the wind and birds chirping in the back yard… and that’s it. Little piece of paradise. The hosts are organized and very friendly. Thank y’all for a great stay!

Our stay was amazing! The house was very nice and very clean with a gorgeous view! It was close enough to town but out of the hustle and bustle of it. And the cookies they left for us were amazing!!

This was exactly what we were hoping for!! It’s was like we had the whole mountain top to ourselves and still just a short 10 min ride back to downtown for everything Hot Springs has to offer. Amazing to see what the house once looked like and now what it is today! All new up to date everything to make a perfect stay, will be coming back again next fall.

This house is perfect for a weekend getaway to the horse races and Hot Springs attractions. Perched on top of a hill with unobstructed amazing views for miles. Exceptionally clean and well appointed. Loved every minute of it. Thank you!!

This was our 5th trip to this beautiful and relaxing home. We invited my daughters family to enjoy this relaxing and peaceful place with us. Thank you sooo much mindy for the special little touches you left out for my grand babies. And muffin really enjoyed her doggie treats. Took a long weekend with family from another state and wow was this place amazing..the views, the house, everything was beautiful. We had an amazing time and can't wait to come back!!

This incredibly high quality renovated home is impeccably appointed with all modern conveniences. It sits on a hilltop that affords beautiful views morning and afternoon. On wooded acreage you feel secluded but are only minutes from town and so many activities. Communication with our host and check in/out was seamless and so easy. This was a place that truly felt like home, or visiting a friend. One of my most pleasant and enjoyable rental experiences.

Our family of 6 adults and 2 dogs thoroughly enjoyed our 3 nights at the Ott house. VRBO is our go to source for family getaways, and this was the best so far. Some words to describe the property: conveniently located, secluded, immaculate, spacious, welcoming, well equipped for cooking and entertainment, and beautifully furnished. We will return!

This house was perfect for the six adults who stayed here for the 4-day weekend. Everyone had plenty of room and it was great hanging around the fire outside with an awesome view. The house was super clean and the owners went out of the way to stock it with essential and take lots of pride in making an excellent place to stay. And the snickerdoodle cookies were a warm welcome! Our stay could not have been more perfect. My husband, 4/5 children and fur baby had the best time and did not want to leave. We even ended up staying an extra day because the kids begged to stay just one more day. It was the best reset and escape from our busy lives and allowed us to refocus and spend quality time with each other (which is difficulty with kids aged 6-13.) The house is beautiful, clean, and situated nicely in an exclusive area up in the mountains. It truly was exactly what we needed and more. We will definitely be back!

Our family loved this house, it had everything a family could want and more. Very peaceful and relaxing. The kids did not want to leave. My two 4year olds cried most of the drive home asking to go back to the blue house. I would highly recommend this house to anyone visiting the Hot Springs area. I hope we get to visit again. I cannot say enough great things about this property and our experience! It has been beautifully renovated. We were greeted with delicious snickerdoodle cookies on arrival. My kids loved the tv room, and they loved the yard. They enjoyed both swings, did crafts on the picnic table, and road their bikes in the large driveway. We stayed on the 4th of July and got the added bonus of seeing fireworks all around for miles, thanks to the amazing view from being up on the hill. The front of the property has the beautiful views, and the back has a beautiful and serene large patio space. The beds were very comfortable. The stay was so relaxing. We can’t wait to go back in the fall/winter when the kids can explore even more outside! Would recommend for adult or family get away!

This property was perfect for 3 families. It definitely exceeded our expectations. It has everything we needed and so much more. The view is stunning and the yard was perfect to hang out and entertain kids. Great location just outside of town. Hosts were very helpful! We do lots of traveling and staying at houses, by far this is the best one! We've never had a house with the views that this one has. They keep their house exceptionally clean, which is a big plus and another is how organized their kitchen drawers and cabinets are! Most places, cooking utensils are just thrown in a drawer. We really appreciated the organization. It has a split bedroom design which is great for privacy. The big picture windows in living room gives a great view of the mountains, for as far as you can see. We used the grill, fire pit and swung on swings!! That was fun.... Another touch is all the snacks and especially the cookies Mindy left (yummy!!!). We are making this our yearly July 4th trip to Hot Springs off-road park!! Thank you for opening your house to us and for the great hospitality. See you next year.

Beautiful location! Extremely clean and well-taken care of. You can tell that Jon and Mindy really care about their property and about creating a nice stay. Everything we could need was provided. We really appreciated all the special touches (treats for our pup, treats for us, soap being provided, firewood provided). Would definitely recommend and stay here again!

Beautiful house, amazing views, very peaceful and private and just a short drive to town for all of the attractions. The house was very well equipped and the owners paid attention to so much detail in the decor and welcoming us with a fresh plate of snickerdoodles cookies and snacks. Pantry had spices, foil, plastic wrap, baggies, coffee etc. Loved all of the outdoor areas. The hammock is fabulous. My grandkids enjoyed the swings and the media room, we all enjoyed the games that were in the closet there was something for everyone, we all enjoyed the firepit and my son-in-laws enjoyed the grill. It was the perfect house and plenty of space for all. Thank you for being so helpful and thoughtful. We definitely would return again for a stay. We were all not ready to leave we could have stayed longer. My daughter told me this was the best house that I have ever picked for our yearly family vacation.

This house was perfect! Anything we needed and more was provided. We spent so much time by the firepit and playing yard games. The weather was perfect! The kids loved the swing and having their own TV area inside. The house was a short drive into town and all of the fun spots. We will definitely stay here again!

The booking process was very easy. The property manager sent an immediate message confirming everything. As the date approached, there were more follow up emails to ensure the ease of checking in and locating the property. Words cannot describe the beautiful scenery and stillness of the property. You can hear yourself think on top of that mountain. Priceless. The home was very clean and modern with detailed instructions on how use items in the home and important contact numbers. We actually forget a clothing item in the washing machine and Mindy reached out immediately to let us know. We were not to far down the road and turned around to retrieve the item. Mindy is super friendly and very thoughtful. Highly recommend this property. It’s about 5-7 minutes from the Historic downtown shops and eateries. You will Love it!

This was the most beautiful house and property. We absolutely felt completely at home from the moment we walked in. Everything was so clean, all necessities were provided, and the home was very comfortable. Jon and Mindy are incredible hosts - from the fresh, homemade welcome cookies to immediate response to any messages we sent. The master shower and jet tub were particular favorites! We really enjoyed the privacy and natural surroundings. Our dog loved the low windows for watching birds:) We enjoyed walks around the property and saw several deer!! The location was especially close to hiking at the West Mountain area and historic old town Hot Springs. We highly recommend this property as a vacation location!!!

We are repeat visitors ! And, just spent our second Christmas holiday here. It’s a fabulous house with fantastic views. The layout works perfectly for our needs. The outdoor space lends to entertaining. And, the owners are great! We will be back🎄

We had a great weekend get away with our adult children exploring the hot springs area. This house is in a great location and offers a lot of privacy. The home is VERY clean and the yard is also well maintained. We really enjoyed staying here and will definitely stay here again!!

Definitely plan to stay here again when we visit Hot Springs! Two families of four comfortably fit in this cabin. Plenty of beds, bathrooms, living space, large kitchen, pantry, laundry room, and a ton of nice outdoor space. This cabin was also very secure. Close proximity to everything you would want to do in Hot Springs.

Our stay was amazing! The property itself is beautiful. The home is immaculate, laid out perfectly, and it so quite. I haven't slept that well in a long time. And the view? Wow! We will be coming back for sure!

We all thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Ott house. The views were spectacular. The home was beautiful and clean. The owner communication was wonderful. The house was well stocked with towels, blankets, and kitchen supplies. I would recommend this home to anyone!
