Property was great. Home was welcoming and perfect for our family! Wish there were a few throw blankets. Got a little chilly but loved having the breeze come through. Thanks for a great stay!

We all enjoyed the condo. Great location, comfortable, clean, beautiful view. The only thing is that the pullout sofa bed wasn’t very comfortable to sleep on. Still, we were satisfied!

We had a wonderful stay at the property. The ocean views were gorgeous and the location was ideal- steps away from beach, hot tub and pool. Also, the house is well kept and the host was extremely responsive.

We spent the week and the location was great and convenient. 40 minutes to Monterey and 15 to Santa Cruz. We golfed, beached and relaxed. We will be back.

Our stay at Seascape was awesome! The accommodation was just as described and had a beautiful view of both the pool and—most importantly—the ocean! The rooms were clean and the kitchen well-stocked with what we needed to make our meals. Our host was very responsive and we were able to add an additional night with no fuss at all. We would definitely stay here again! Thank you!!

The unit was beautiful, clean and well prepared for all my family's needs! Everyone on the resort were very kind. The view is very beautiful, so is the walk to the beach with all the lush garden all around. I will definitely be coming back.

Apartment is outdated quite a bit but the place was clean. Views and location are beautiful.

So glad I booked this property for the holiday weekend. Apartment is very clean, fully stocked, and comfortable. The sheets on the bed are oh so soft! it's the little things =) The apt has a nice view to the ocean, and is located within walking distance to restaurants and grocery store. Would definitely stay here again.

The only short fall was mattress in bedrooms need to be upgraded.

This condo is very comfortable and clean. It overlooks the pool. We really enjoyed this resort. Property management company was very responsive on behalf of the owner.

The condo we rented was very spacious and clean and was everything it was advertised to be….
We had an awesome view of the ocean and firework show as we were there July 4th-8th. We will definitely visit and stay at Seascape Resort in the future.

It's Seascape at it's best, very clean unit, well equipped and beautiful views. All as described. Very close to the pool as well, we had a really nice time with our grandkids. Can highly recommend and would love to come back soon.

We loved our stay yh there. We Walked on the beach a lot. Then when coming back took a dip in the hot tub and did few laps in the Heated pool. Good restaurants are very close. This is our second stay in a month at seascape resort. We love it.

Stayed with a few friends as a moms getaway. The unit was clean and comfortable. Great view of the ocean and your just above the pool. There is coffee shop, market and Mexican restaurant across the street and you are only a 15minute drive to Capitola

Us ladies do a yearly trip to Seacape and always have a great time. This is our first time in this condo and we absolutely loved it, the only negative would be the lack of actual Beach/Pool Towels they were more like bath towels.

I’ve came here with my partner and our friends, and honestly this resort is EVERYTHING!!! The cleanliness is immaculate, there are dishes and pans that you can use for cooking. Probably our favorite thing was the view. Overall we recommend this place if you want a small getaway :)

It is a lovely property with easy parking, a store nearby, get little pool, and a lovely trail down to the beach. HIGHLY recommend.
