We’ve stayed in this development 4 times over the past 10 yrs, we’re always very satisfied as you can hit the clubhouse and pool or make the short drive to the beach and the Bethany Boardwalk

1st you have to pick up the keys at the rental office if you pay to use the pool gym ect you show the rental place the proof you paid through pay pal they give you key fob to use ,to gain access the pool house has a sitting room gym hot tub game room so much to do ...how to get there I asked a neighbor ,walk left of the house go on the path till you hit the street make a left red and white building . The house is big and by the pictures you would think it's closed off but it's not so many places to watch TV and play games comfy beds and couches great master bedroom it's giant we had 12 and it still felt big, a 7 minute drive to bethany beach cute little boardwalk ....so many restraunts around there ,ocean city md boardwalk was a 30 minute drive. Literally 30 seconds from the house is a supermarket ...also 6ish minutes is a Weiss and giant supermarket..perfect location beautiful house we had a great vacation in bethany beach.

The home #190 was a perfect fit for my family of five adults and four children. The kitchen was well stocked with dinner ware, utensils, pots and pans, everything you would need. The bedrooms were large and well furnished. Bathrooms clean and well stocked. On our previous vacations you had to bring your own linens or pay extra, nice touch to have linens supplied along with bathrooms supplies. The facilities at Bayside are extensive and everyone should have plenty to do when not at the beach. I would recommend Bayside Bethany Lakes to anyone.

Upon arrival the house was very dirty. Floors sticky , laundry left on washer. 😫 trash under bed in double room, soap spot on carpeted floor in that room also. Food left in dishwasher that was rotten and smelled. Internet was very slow, family room Tv after the storms was not connecting to the internet . Ceiling fan in full room needs replaced only works on slow speed and almost falling off ceiling, very dirty a/c return vent I. Ceiling of hallway. Could use a new coffee pot and pot/pans and some other necessities. Overall impression not that great. Many tickets placed for issues I found during our stay. Owner made aware of the issues.

This home was perfect for our extended family! The back screened in porch was a huge hit! We loved how close we were to the beach and the grocery store. We also loved the Clubhouse and outdoor pool! We will be staying here again!

The house was very spacious, clean, and comfortable. Everything about this house was wonderful with one exception. The WiFi was extremely slow, and with my wife having to do about an hour of work from home every morning it was hard for her to stay connected. Besides that there were no issues whatsoever

The house was clean, spacious and super close to all of the attractions like the beach, go carting, and restaurants, shops etc! I will definitely book again!

Family had a blast staying here. Unit was very spacious for our 2 families and in a great location. The neighborhood felt quiet and secluded which was perfect for isolating. My wife is very picky about cleanliness and she had little complaints with this unit. There were multiple playgrounds for the kids to walk to and the community center was a short walk as well. The indoor pool is on the smaller side but being off season was empty for us. Bethany was a short drive and a grocery store is located down the street for added convenience. Would not hesitate to rebook for our next trip.

I have stayed at several properties managed by VACASA in Bethany. The team there does NOT communicate and the 2 properties I stayed at there were not cleaned well and the condition was suspect. I stayed a third time just now using a different management company and the difference was overwhelming

Had a wonderful time loved ever min of it. The only downfall was the internet couldn't keep up with more then 5 people on it.

Just to let you guys know the blender was broken and the hinge on the upstairs bedroom door was loose.
