We were happy to stay in a home centrally located to all of Durango’s activities. The game room provided great fun for all and cable worked well. Unfortunately the pots in the kitchen were peeling and dirty. There were mice in closets and spiders in the beds. The gas knobs on the stove turned on with the slightest bump…dangerous. 2 of 3 burners on grill worked, likely because it was so dirty. The shades in my room did not work, had to hang a sheet for privacy. This listing has much potential but needs TLC

We celebrated my birthday there! My whole family came. Everybody had a bed! Wonderful outside spaces. We had a great time.

The property is spacious and can host large groups. The kitchen is not very big but can accommodate the games have broke.
Half of the games pieces were broken or missing otherwise we enjoyed what was there. Be heating and air conditioning on opposite sides of the house where either freezing cold or stifling hot.

We had so much fun! We cooked in and played games every night in the game room. Comfortable beds too!

Great compound! Beautiful home, and the owner has updated the furniture in the game room! VERY CLEAN, and I loved the rustic pine furniture. Oh and the photos in the game room are AMAZING! You will definitely enjoy your stay in this home.

This was the perfect place for me and my friends..so much room and an ideal location between the city of Durango and the Ski Resorts. Will stay again!

This is our 2nd Thanksgiving staying with family (adults and teens) at this property. The game room is great with kids and the rooms/house are comfortable. The proximity to Purgatory is nice for skiing, but you are still close enough to town to make for easy travel.

This property is a great launching point for all your San Juan mountain adventures. We hosted a family reunion at the big house and it was great! The house has ample space for bigger groups and the host is excellent!

Fantastic home. Plenty of room and very accurate listing. Vita was great to work with. Extremely responsive in a timely manner and polite.

We took our family and my brother's family. Everyone had a great time. Ages ranged from infant through college age in terms of the "kids" and all had fun. Rooms are fairly spread apart which allowed for a quiet space for the infant an his parents. The teenagers and college kids all had fun playing games in the game room and enjoyed the big circular couch. It is good to be aware that 2 of the 3 bathrooms are separate from the other rooms so everyone will be sharing bathrooms.

My family had a wonderful time staying here! We had kids ranging from 5 years old to 14 years old and all enjoyed their stay. I'm not sure if the kids liked the game room or the shower with 6 shower heads more! Vita was very accommodating and helpful throughout our stay.

Wonderful stay!!
We truly enjoyed this beautiful house. The owners/ managers went above and beyond to accommodate us and our family. The house was well stocked which is always greatly appreciated.

Great house with great views
This house was large and all 5 adults got their own bedroom. Some of the games in the game room don’t work or are damaged but we didn’t spend much time in there. There are two large tvs and a second refrigerator for drinks. Overall this is a great property for a weekend getaway.

The house was great, we had a blast hours of entertainment with all the games. Tons of room, very clean. Great communication!

Family Vacation
We enjoyed our 4 night stay with family. The home was perfect for our kids and family. The game room was a huge hit. The pool table, ping pong, and air hockey kept the kids entertained. We had two families staying on the property and there was plenty of room. The only hiccup we had was finding the main house on the property. The house number was hidden by some bushes. The house was in a great location for us to hit up the train in town or play in the snow. Everything was perfect! We would stay again!

Great place to stay! Spacious, clean and comfortable. Beautiful time to be there to experience snow during the holidays. Cable tv and dvds/player are provided, yet, next time we would bring a Roku or some streaming device with us.
