This place was so nice for my family. The location of the beach was quite and awesome. The view from the living room and balcony was great! Will stay again for sure.

I needed a short 2 night stay for a group of friends on the back end of another trip, and even offseason many ocean front places do not offer 2 nights in the Fernandina Beach area. This one did and we are super pleased with our choice. Beautiful oceanfront balcony view, spacious 3 BR and each with its own bathroom. Everything was cleaned well and ready for us. We liked that It was an easy walk/quick drive to the Ritz for lunch or dinner, but had plenty of good kitchen supplies to eat at home, too. I always got a quick response back when I had questions. Would highly recommend!

Stayed her for the Mayo CME event at the Ritz. Great property, clean, courteous staff with easy check-in and out process. Good beach access and walking distance to the Ritz. Book early. Price was above average for comparable properties but we had a great stay!

We loved this beach condo on Amelia Island. It was homey, quiet, clean and had a beautiful view of the beach. It was walking distance to the Ritz, where we spent one day at the Ritz spa and pool. Perfect, easy girls get away!

This was a great place to visit for our girls vacation. We loved the island and the VRBO was beautiful. The view was amazing, lots of room and a comfortable setting. The balcony is great for your morning coffee. We would definitely love to come back.

The condo itself was decorated in a cute fashion, and looked pretty close to what was shown in the photos. The parking was right in front of the building, the key entry into the gate worked like a charm, and the building appears well maintained. We also enjoyed the easy access to the pool and the beach. Our 3 year old could do the beach walk over on his own without a wagon or stroller. The unit also had lots of fun beach toys for the kids to play with, which saved us packing them! However, there were some things that we thought could have been a bit better. The floors, bathrooms, etc. were clean, but the air filters/returns had significant buildup of dust on them, and are very visible (one is right next to the front entry way). Similarly, we felt the dishes/coffee cups, etc. were not plentiful enough given the stated occupancy. Admittedly, we didn't raise these issues during our stay because, ultimately, they did not hinder our enjoyment of the property, but it could have affected others. Finally, the location in general on the island is great. We are life-long visitors and have stayed in many different locations across the island, this was centrally located. Other reviews and the description mention this property is walkable to the Ritz Carlton, and this is technically true, but may not be a walk all would choose to make. The options are to walk the beach or to take the path along Amelia Island Parkway. If you're going for a dinner or something, it would be OK in flats. However, we were attending a conference at the Ritz, and the two options available weren't really do-able in a business suit. The drive was short enough, that we could drop off the conference attendee with little issue, but thought others would appreciate the information. I will also say, we appreciated that the owner/owner's rep took the time to return two items we left behind (Kindle and beloved Mickey stuffed animal) and were very communicative throughout our stay and afterward. For the rate offered, we couldn't have asked for a better stay!

I could not have had more fun. My only regret is not having more time. I could listen to the sound of the ocean while falling asleep, and wake up to the beautiful beach. There was plenty of room. We could stay in or go out. Definitely want to come back!

Spacious, cleanly, and quiet condo on this beautiful Island. Incredible beach view from 6th floor (elevator building) Town is easily accessible by car. I would definitely stay here again.

I was excited to get a place with a pool but Hurricane Ian went thru just days before our trip and the pool was way to cold. I want to stay on this end of the island next year and although this place was good I may pay more to stay at one with a heated pool. With a 3 year old, the beach was a bit much with the waves being so rough. The Kitchen was tiny with the large washer and dryer. But overall our stay was great. We look forward to our next trip.

The condo is beautiful with plenty of room to sit and enjoy each other's company. The view is amazing and easy walk to the beach and pool. Would definitely stay again.

Perfect quick stay for large family!

1.shower head was not installed it was left on the floor. 2. called property management regarding disposal not working, never came and fix issues of shower head and kitchen disposal.

We had a terrific stay! The unit is spacious and well appointed, with the most spectacular ocean views. Host was great to work with and was flexible. We definitely hope to be back!

Great family friendly beachfront condo! Condo is beautifully furnished. The kitchen had anything you needed for cooking. Beach chairs and sand toys if needed. Very nice place! We enjoyed our stay very much!

This condo was right on the beach, great for morning walks. View was beautiful and the accommodations were perfect for our family of 5.

Nice condo and stay could have been very pleasant, BUT main bedroom sliding door is not sliding and handle was broken off. Mattress has a big blood stain that shows through the sheets. No Mattress cover. Dishwasher is totally unusable due to mold and never been cleaned. At this point it is not washing but swooshing around mold. The kitchen drain got backed up and had to be de-clogged. Luckily the property manager was very helpful and tried to get people in to fix the problem, but if you are only there for 4 days, the problems get solved when you are leaving. The fact of the matter is that it needs to be regularly maintained and there needs to be eyes on the place and people need to be kept accountable. Pitty.

My friends and I enjoyed staying in this condo for multiple reasons. Our visit to Amelia Island was for an annual car event held at the Ritz Carlton hotel. The condo was right next door which made the location extremely convenient. Another feature of this property is the views. By being on a high floor, you get amazing views of the beach. During our stay we communicated with Chad about various questions. He was always very quick to respond and very pleasant to work with. If you are planning a trip to this area we highly recommend considering this condo with Chad and his team: We certainly plan to stay here again.

Loved it! 3 bedrooms., 3 bathrooms, Sunrise over the ocean greeted us every morning...the beach is amazing! Security drove up and down the beach from early morning to late at night. So many unique restaurants in Fernandina that we ate and shopped daily.. We will be returning.

The condo was everything we hoped it would be. It was spacious, quiet and the ocean views were fantastic. It is decorated with all the right touches and would be someplace that I would highly recommend to stay if you are looking for a beach front condo. We had a great time and definitely would stay here again.

We stayed at this beautiful, super clean, well located apartment during winter break. We wanted to get away somewhere warm that was not as crowded as South Florida. This beautiful, beach decorated apartment was spacious and all 4 of us ( me, husband and two teens) had plenty of room to find our own space. There were a few things that could be fixed that I notified Chad about. The slider handle in the bedroom to the balcony is broken off so that door cannot be used , however there is another door off the living room, so not a big deal. Having beach chairs onsite and in the closet was so great, because it meant one less thing to take with us . We definitely will visit and stay here again!

The space is clean and the view is amazing. Plenty of room! Bring wash cloths and towels. 3br (5beds) 3ba condo was just what we needed. Will definitely try to stay here again.

This 6th floor 3 bedroom/3 bath condo was perfect for a 3 sister beach get-away. The views are spectacular from every window and both the pool and beach are steps away. The resort is beautiful and well maintained. The condo is very nice and nicely furnished. The beds were all comfortable and each bedroom had it's own bath, which is great. The kitchen & porch are small, but worked fine for the three of us. There were a few small maintenance issues but nothing that impacted our stay - just be aware the one door to the porch is very difficult to open. Just take your own garbage bags and paper towels and all will be well. Communication with the condo manager was through the VRBO app. They always responded right away, but not always helpfully. But, all in all we would definitely stay here again. What's not to love about Amelia Island y'all!

We had a wonderful stay at this property. The condo was clean, plenty of room for all 9 of us, and the beach and pool were perfect. All communications were answered almost immediately. We had absolutely no issues, it was terrific!

Nicely renovated condo directly on the beach. Loved morning coffee on the balcony, waking up to a beautiful sunrise. Property had everything we needed, was clean, had comfortable beds, each bedroom had it's own bathroom, short walk to quiet uncrowded beach. Very enjoyable!
