The first thing that hits you is the filthy carpet that should have been removed 20 years ago. The carpet runs thru the whole condo including the kitchen and bathrooms, which smelled like pee. The master bathroom could not be used because of the smell. The sofa had stains and we had to cover it before we sat on it. The master bedroom comforter had soiled stains and the room smelled of dust and odor. I do not recommend this condo at all. The owner needs to do a complete gut job!!

Owner and manager were very nice and helpful. We had 2 issues well 3 but one was beyond their control. They were shingling the condos across from us so we couldn’t sit outside and enjoy the time we were there. The other 2 were the beds were terrible luckily we got a 2 bedroom so we each slept in our own room. And the toliets in each of the bedrooms were about 1ft off the floor very hard to use

Nice size for the 3 of us. Everything is very dated. Mostly clean. Sofa had soiled spots. Killed one bug inside bathroom. No A/C BUT quick to cool down with open windows and fans.

Dark. Needs freshening and brightening (except bright yellow bath sink counter). spiderweb/dust bunnies on walls. Toilets need updating. Who carpets bathrooms??? Fry pans need replacing. Picture shows BBQ grill and it was no where to be found.

The carpet was old and musty and everywhere. The toilet in the master bedroom was very tight and low. It needs a face lift. The kitchen was well equipped but tight. It was my son and I so it was all we needed. Price was very good for the the location. I know it sounds like I’m talking this place down but overall we had a great time, a convenient location and a good price.it just needs some updating which might bring the price per up some. Kathy was always available and helpful and our experience overall 4 out of 5.

Great for a quick getaway. Bedrooms were comfortable and spacious. Living was a little tight but cozy. Large personal ski locker was a plus!

Great location - Terrible bedding and old carpet
Owner and manager were accommodating when we needed to change dates due to illness if within 2 weeks. Location is amazing. The old carpet has years worth of everything you can imagine. Carpet is everywhere including next to toilets. The 25-30yr old couch was the best mattress. Bedrooms had awful beds. Holes in blanket and no sheets for sofa sleeper. Remodeling above us was very NOISY for an entire day and into the night. Do not stay here is anyone has allergies to dust, we paid for 6 nights and had to leave after 3 due to unbearable conditions.

Angel Fire Getaway
Heat issue first night, found heater breaker off and turned on.. Good rest of stay. Not much in Angel Fire but good base for gallivanting. Older unit but in our comfort zone, so we were happy.

Quiet & Relaxing
Just what we needed. A great location, centralized so we took full advantage. Scenery in every direction, awesome fall colors! Everyone we met made us feel right at home!

Better for a short stay
We rented for 1 month and departed one week early due to discomfort of living room seating. Best feature is the large flat screen TV. Dishwasher did not work for first week and a half. Uncomfortable and outdated furniture and dirty carpet. No vacuum cleaner in unit. Linens are poor quality. No table and chairs for dining and husband had to repair bar stools to be safe to sit on. Property Mgr. was always responsive including sending a repairman twice for the dishwasher. Entire place could benefit from some upgrades.

Easy Access to Lots of Fun
Exactly as stated and pictured. We had no problems and had a wonderful time taking day trips out in all directions. If you don’t mind a trip back to the early 80’s and can appreciate your grandma’s place...you will enjoy this stay.

Location was great. Cleaning staff does not pay enough attention to detail cleaning 🙄 There were coffee grounds left in coffee pot and pot not cleaned, pans very greasy/dirty and had to be washed before use, kitchen trash can was very dirty, not enough bath towels available for a 3 day stay, tater tots found in ice trays in freezer, one dish towel not enough for 3 day stay....$$$$$$ cleaning fee TOO MUCH, we had to clean before, during and prior to check out. :(

Angelfire ski fun
This property was cozy but a smidge outdated. Everything worked well. Our only problem was not being supplied with shampoo and garbage bags. Location is great, and technically you (if in shape) could walk to the lifts. We, as flatlanders, took the shuttle, which is also super close.

This was a great property! I highly would recommend. A nice and cozy little cabin with a lot of older appliances/dishes. It's like an 80s cabin style.

Great place in Angel Fire
My family and I really enjoyed our stay at this condo in Angel Fire. It is located less than half a mile from the ski area, and it had all of the amenities that we needed. It was just the right size for our family of 6. The host was quick to communicate and answer any questions we had.
