It’s a really nice location. We really enjoyed our stay.

Clean, fully stocked, in a beautiful renovated neighborhood with a great view of the Indianapolis skyline. Extra touches were added to make this feel more like home. Us tired moms loved the coffee bar. We will definitely book again next year!

Our travel volleyball team takes us to Indy 1-2x year. This was a great place to stay with a few teammates and have a home away from home. We were especially happy with the neighborhood - many took walks in the unseasonally warm weather. Plenty of room for the kids to gather separately from the parents. Thanks for a nice visit, we are already plannig a return visit :)

When we arrived, Sarah left me a bottle of wine with a card welcoming us to her home. That was so nice of her! The home was very clean and beautiful! The only complaint I have is, there weren't enough toilet paper and trash bags available. But that is minor, I think. We brought some extra toilet paper with us. The location is nice, it's close to a school. It's also close to many things in the downtown area of Indy. The price was just right for our group of 13 women. We would rent from Sarah again if we come back to Indianapolis. Plenty of bathrooms too!

This house fit our large group perfectly! Close to down town but far enough away to be in neighborhoods. Super clean and easy check in and out.

Property was clean and as described. Hosts were very communicative and accommodating. This was honestly the best home rental we've ever stayed in. We'd definitely stay here again.

Exactly as described with extreme attention to the little details of decorations and comfort. Parking is on the street, but secure with plenty of spots. Can’t wait to stay here again.

Amazing property! Very convenient how close it was to downtown. It had everything we needed. The shampoo,conditioner and bodywash dispenser was really nice.

6 children and 4 parents. Traveling from Chicago for the Monumental Marathon. Beautiful property with plenty of space for the 10 of us. Just enough for the kids to do in the area and easy in and out. Local brewery was amazing. Will definitely book again!

We stayed here with six children four and under and it was a great layout and setup for kids! There is enough room in the bedrooms for a pack n play. Very spacious and nicely decorated. The location is close to the childrens museum and easy travel to some restaurants and breweries. Owner was easy to work with.

This home is perfect for those coming to town for a wedding at Neidhammer! Plenty of space inside. Very nicely updated!

Great proximity to downtown area and convention center. House very clean and comfortable. Neighborhood is in the midst of being revitalized and many homes have been remodeled or torn down and rebuilt, however there are still many homes that are in dire need of help..

Good experience. Neat house. Location is okay. Could use a few more towels for large number of guests and a few minor things around the house could use attention. Lots of pillows were provided. Overall, good place to stay.

We stayed for our son's graduation from Butler. Plenty of room for our family. Having the front porch & back yard was great for socializing. Pictures are accurate, everything in great condition, beds were comfy. Plenty of essentials, kitchen & baths well stocked. We had brought our own foĺding chairs so could definitely use a few more of those for outside use. While it is close to everything not really much in a comfortable walking distance yet we were able to order food & enjoy what we brought so we could just hang out. Nice place!

This was a fantastic place! We loved the extra’s like coffee, bottle of wine etc. Very convenient location. Sarah was very quick with responses.

Not a House but a Duplex - Surprise to me. I had more than 6 grown men that needed a bed and were short 2 as the 2 loveseats that are not pull outs downstairs were not options for a 4 day stay. It required us to make an emergency decision on sleeping arrangements to accommodate. At the end of a 14hour long travel day was not expected. In the end we made it work and enjoyed our stay. The house is well renovated. It had everything we needed to sustain life for the time we were there at a trade show. We liked it enough that we would absolutely book it again. Indy was easy to uber in and out of to do all that we wanted but just far enough away that we enjoyed ourselves.

Sarah was amazing and didn’t miss a step. The small details we just perfect, from the sweet treats, coffee and creamer selections, thank you and white board notes. The home was spacious and clean. Minor things that shouldn’t matter and not worth mentioning. Would stay again if I had another trip to Indianapolis.

Was a wonder house for a big family 👪. House was spacious and very close to downtown Indy !! Will definitely be back if in the area. We were in town for a Raiders/Colts game . Great place

We stayed here for a conference. There is plenty of room for your party to hang out and have a nice time. We could even have friends come visit without feeling tight. The house was decorated for Christmas which was nice. The kitchen is large. The whole downstairs is open and good for socializing.
