Our field crew stayed in the house during renovation of a Chik Fil A and enjoyed their stay. They did make comments about being downtown and the neighborhood.

Nice property within a short walking distance of many downtown restaurants/bars/breweries. The interior of the house was very nicely remodeled at some point, and the owners clearly put some time and effort into thinking about little things for your stay. I would highly recommend any of their properties.

The hosts are Amazing. They had thought of everything one may need when staying for a few Days like toiletries, breakfast items etc.

House was perfect for our golf weekend in Gull Lake!

We rent houses all the time for vacations, and we do it 3 to 5 times a year. This place surpassed anything we’ve ever been to! Beautifully decorated, comfortable, and every enmity is provided plus you get an entire floor of arcade games! This house is absolutely spotless. If I could give them a higher rating I would! Our family from out of state wants to come back soon! We do too! The hosts need to go into business training other hosts how to do it! They are incredible! Following up with their guests after check in to make sure everything is right too ! More than once! That’s is service!

Rented this house for a boys weekend for some teen and adult hockey players. We had a great time visiting Kalamazoo, and enjoyed our stay at the house. Didn’t need much from Katie, as our house was fully stocked with everything we needed. Would 100% stay again, and already planning for next year. Thanks to our hosts for a great stay!

upon entry I was actually much blown away...The pictures do not do this place justice. This owner obviously takes pride in his property. I think more impressive than the expected things were the little touches. Touches such as umbrellas at the door, fireplace on when you open the door, lights on so that you are not searching for a light switch in an unfamiliar place, a bucket with little items that travelers often forget such as phone chargers, toothpaste and more. The game room was a hit with family members both young and old and the fridge was stocked with a couple of breakfast items so that I didn't need to go out first thing in the morning and find a grocery store for a quick breakfast. My family arrived close to 11:30pm after traveling from the west coast and then driving from Chicago. So these little touches were very much welcomed. The communication with the owner was awesome. Whenever I messaged the owner he replied pretty much within the hour, most of the time within minutes. This meant a lot to me as I had a few questions that popped up as my arrival date got closer. The neighborhood was actually quite and seemed to be very safe. My wife felt safe enough to go out and complete a morning run on two of the days we were there and I wasn't too worried about her safety. I would definitely use this place again should I need to come back to Kalamazoo. I would recommend this place to anyone who ask me for a place to stay in Kalamzoo. Great Job, Great home and Great owners.

House was great and had everytbing we needed.

We stayed here mid-November, and despite the blizzard and an icicle falling on my car, it was a great stay. It was exactly as advertised and they even went above and beyond and shoveled the snow three times in our two night stay. We will definitely be back!

This is the only way to vacation going forward

There was a discrepancy with the online listing, not the owners fault! When we arrived, it was an issue. Called Jeremy the owner and he actually arrived at the house within half an hour and took care of the issue! The place was unlike any other I have ever rented! Attention to detail, beautiful comfortable furniture, any kind of utensil you could want, and everything was very clean and modern! Would rent this home again in a second! Our group of eight golf girls walked to several restaurants and attractions downtown at night. Awesome place!!!

I highly recommend this property. It was as described, clean and well appointed and stocked. The location is great and the neighborhood is okay - no issues. The owners were extremely communicative. We are a family of 8 and our kids loved the arcade on the top floor. We had plenty of room in this house and they loved everything about it. I would definitely stay here again if in the area.

We had a family of 5 adults and the house was a perfect home base. Super clean and the house is exactly as pictured. Quick walk or drive to Belles or other downtown spots. Lots of room to spread out and the arcade level is very cool. Modern clean baths and kitchen.

Worked out wonderfully for us. 8 guys golfing, needed a place to relax after the rounds. Close enough to walk downtown and get food and drinks.

As you pull up to the house, do not let the unassuming outside deter you. Inside sits a modernly appointed space with everything you would want in a stay. Let me start with the decor. Very stylish. New flooring, cute furniture. Each bedroom has its own smart TV and 'theme'- there's a room with a single twin, a room with two twins, a room with a twin and a full, and a room with a single double bed. Perfect for 6-8 guests. Bathrooms are updated and there were plenty of towels, TP and even a hairdryer and flatiron in one bathroom. The living area is cozy with a comfy couch two wonderful recliners, a game bench and karaoke machine. Nice dining table, and well laid out kitchen. Coffee pot and Keurig, dry breakfast (granola bars, Poptarts), frozen waffles were available. We didn't d any cooking so can't comment on what was available. A bonus was a freestanding filtered water unit. The third floor has a complete arcade. Game units, rocker chairs, you name it. This house is within a 10 minute walking distance of the Kalamazoo Mall with restaurants and shops. I lived in Kalamazoo for 30 years and my son, his college roommate and I were back visiting so he could see some of his HS friends before they all go their separate ways with jobs and grad school. After hitting the town, coming back to such a wonderful home was everything-- they hit the games in the arcade, sat on the beautifully lit porch. it truly was the perfect spot for our needs. I would recommend this house for friend weekends and families. If you get a rainy day this house is perfect to keep the kiddos of all ages occupied. It's not a fancy neighborhood, but it is safe and so convenient to major roads and within walking distance of everything downtown Kalamazoo has to offer. The hosts were wonderful, quick to reply and you can tell really put their hearts into this home. I will definitely book here again!

This was a return trip to the property and it was again outstanding! The hosts were great and the home had everything a traveling family would need— even a pack-and-play! The arcaded is a source of continuous joy for my boys and being close to downtown gave mom and dad a chance to have fun too! Thank you again- we will be back for sure!!!

Everything was very comfortable we felt right at home.

The house is great! And it’s so walkable to the great spots of Kzoo. We loved seeing the town and the fun things in the house including karaoke machine, PAC-Man & the front porch. Book it!

We came to town for a show and this property was perfect! Clean, homey and inviting! All the girls loved the place! We are already planning our next adventure so we can come back! I highly recommend

This home was very clean and provided everything we needed. The cleaning staff was very nice. We had a vehicle malfunction when checking out, and it was going to be over an hour for AAA to arrive. It was 14 degrees outside and very windy. We knew the cleaning staff needed to get in, as the home was booked again that day. We asked them if we could stand just inside the door and not bother them. They begged us to come in, watch some tv, make some coffee. They didn't make us feel rushed or like a burden at all.

Truly beautiful! Lots of planning was put into this property to make sure the guests have everything they would need. Highly recommended for Ladies weekend getaway. Families would have fun here too. Love the decor & arcade games too.

Our family had a great time. The games were fun for whole family. Close to downtown. Lots of food and entertainment. Owner provided breakfast food, filtered water, coffee... It was great!
