We have been going to Hilton head for many years, but this was by far our best trip. The condo was large and beautiful. The pictures looked really nice, but the property in person is even better. We love the convenience of staying on the first floor, and because we were so close to Coligny, we could walk to all the shops, restaurants, and even the Piggly Wiggly! I would definitely recommend Seacrest to anybody and we will be going back next summer.

This was the perfect condo for our family vacation. Amazing location where everything is within walking distance. Will definitely stay here again.

We absolutely loved the unit. However, the fire alarm went off 6 times in 5 days. Causing my 6 year old grandson to be totally traumatized! We stood outside the first time for 30 minutes at 8:30 at night my daughter in law had to call fire department then I had to call again 8:30 the next morning when it happened again!Then it went off 4 more times. It took a long time to get our grand son calmed down.

We were extremely happy with the unit. The location is unbeatable in regards to dinning and shopping but as well as the beach. The walk out patio was extremely convenient and made coming and going very easy especially with children. We are definitely going to come back.

This was our second time staying at 100 Seacrest and we were so excited to return for our second summer. We were bummed upon arrival to find the unit was not adequately cleaned (mainly hairs and sand left in bathroom). What was more upsetting was a lot of the furniture was dirty and seemed like it needed replacing. The rug in the living room was covered in stains and the patio furniture was in need of replacing. While we were there there was a leak in the master bathroom shower. Management was professional and came to check on it immediately but no one ever cleaned up the drywall that spilled into the shower and let us to deal with it... not what you want on vacation. Overall the property is still beautiful and you can’t beat the location and convenience of the space. We would probably consider staying again if we knew they did some refreshing of the space. It’s a great unit, just seems like it was tired after a busy season

Always a great experiences. I would recommend carpets cleaned due to staining and normal wear. Refrigerator was dirty and I noticed some of the cooking Utensils we’re dirty. Other than that we love the place.

We stayed for a week and it was perfect. Nice and close to both the beach, pool and grocery store, as well as some other stores. It's beautifully decorated and was clean. The property manager was very friendly and quick to respond.

This property was stunning, the layout is larger than it looks in the pictures and everything about it was perfect. The kitchen is huge and beautiful, the porch was the prefect place for coffee and evening cocktails. The ability to walk out your back private entrance and into the gardens and to the beach was so easy. Easy walk and bike ride to shops and restaurants. We hope to be back in the summer. THank you!

This condo is perfect in every way! It is huge - massive kitchen, huge bathrooms, and spread out. We brought our 2 year old son, rented a crib, and it was everything our family needed.

My family and I traveled to Hilton Head for my 2 year olds first beach vacation. 100 Seacrest was an absolute dream. Location was prime. Directly across from colony shopping center where we would take the 1 min walk to get our nightly ice cream. Less than a 5 min walk from the back door to your beach chair. My son loved to look at the turtles and fish along the way and my husband loved to stop at Pool Bar Jim’s and get a cocktail. Once you were in the condo you couldn’t tell you were in the heart of things. Beautiful decorated and setup with everything you could need. One small note is that you can hear your upstairs neighbors footsteps but it really didn’t bother us. Overall a perfect stay and we can’t wait to come back next year!

House was immaculate and large enough for my party of 6. Each room has a large king bed with separate baths with double vanities. Each of my guest felt special like they were living in luxury. The walk up to the private villa took the cake! It was a skip to the beach where we had our photo shoot and to the pools. If I had to recommend anything it would be to change the sofa coverings. Other than that it was a 5 out of 5. You won’t regret your stay! I wish we could of stayed longer.

We loved everything about our stay--location, unit, cleanliness, amenities, etc. We'd say it was a 10 out of 10, but if there was a way to lock/unlock the porch doors from the outside, we'd give it a 12!

We have stayed at Sea Crest before, but Villa 100 is by far the most outstanding villa. In addition, Mark, Susan and Molly are wonderful to work with. The villa is gorgeous, clean, and stocked with everything you could possibly need. I highly recommend this vacation property and we hope to return next year.

Fabulous property
The apartment was exquisite. Too large for my adult family of three. It coulad accommodate three families as each bedroom was a master with king beds and private bathrooms. Kitchen had high end appliances and was fully appointed.
Private entrance to beach is only one on property.
Will look to return here many times.

We were 100% completely satisfied with our stay! It was our first time to Hilton Head and we'd definitely stay here again. We had one issue with the electronic lock failing during our stay and the Host2Coast staff did an excellent job getting it fixed for us!

Beautiful property! Will come back "in season" so use of hot tub and pool is available. Very well maintained and lovely. Only complaint is that address does not show up in GPS easily-- we needed to contact Uber driver to narrow down pickup spot, but that has nothing to do with the property. Great visit!

Great getaway/beautiful accommodations
We had a great time and our villa was very clean and spacious. Even though it was off season, it was still 40 degrees warmer than New England. Everyone we met was very friendly. I would not hesitate to recommend.
