My kids were so excited to go visit the “tree house” and we really made a family trip of it! Great showers. Love the setting. And space. With that said, unless you are planning to travel to play golf this place is not worth it. I was surprised it was a free-standing house that slept six and had a kitchen counter but NO sink except the bathrooms. The kitchen cabinets were completely empty without any amenities at all except for four coffee cups, one roll of paper towels, and no dish detergent or anything. There was a giant 65”-70” tv on the wall though, so you could at least watch HGTV or something. It was set up more as a hotel room with a huge TV, but honestly I’ve stayed in standard hotels that were more convenient. This rental is NOT friendly for a family who plans to bring in groceries for in-house basic meals such as sandwiches and cereal for a two- three day stay while visiting the Asheville area. There’s not a convenient grocery store nearby and not really any restaurants either. There was also hair on the floor when we walked in and it could use a broom/dustpan.

This property is about 40 min drive time from Ashville. The place was very clean. Has AC and full bathrooms. Perfect for a weekend getaway.
