A nice property by the sea

Next to Sand Bar grill, the smell from their up blast kitchen grill was relentless, smelled horrible all hours of the day! - even into the condo, furniture was as cheap as cheap gets! Security was good on compound and the unit however. Almost broke my arm sitting down on a cheap plastic chair on balcony, it broke into / fortunately my arm did not.

Comfortable place. Everything we needed in the kitchen. Having bikes and beach chairs was a big plus. Very quick walk to beach, bars, restaurants, stores, etc. Nice bike ride from the condo thru Ft Clinch.

Very nice property. Many extras. You don’t expect. Too bad. The weather didn’t cooperate with us and was very windy and cold. But we still enjoyed our stay. Coffee maker was not working right when we were there. We called management, and they were back with a new one in no time at all.

The condo was wonderful - 2 minute walk to the beach and walking distance to two excellent restaurants. The condo was very clean and well stocked with everything you need. They supplied two nice bikes and beach chairs. It has a very beachy feel and you could see the ocean from the side balcony. We felt very safe there. The town of Fernandina Beach is so fun - great experience !

I liked having restaurant so close. The property is very well kept. The only problem was gaining access to the beach. The vegetation has overgrown the walkway and the sand has built into a tough mound to get over with bags and beach equipment

Perfect for two people to get away. Spacious unit with everything we needed, right on the beach, covered parking, restaurant/bar on property. Would stay again.

Our 5 day stay was wonderful. The condo was very clean and comfortable and had everything we needed. There was a view of the sunrise from the deck. In the parking garage there was a locked storage unit for our condo with items we needed for the beach and 2 bikes. The rental agency, Destination Amelia, was very accommodating and provided clear information. We would stay here again.

A last minute getaway brought us to this property. We wanted to be close to the historic downtown but also beachfront. The terraces is a great location. The property was clean, comfortable and had all we needed. While not oceanfront, we enjoyed water views from the comfortable king bed and the side facing balcony. The area has walkable restaurants and the sandbar next door had great drinks and surprisingly good food. We appreciated the early check in and replacement of a broken umbrella. The beach is spectacular! A great stay.

We had a great stay in this property. Very clean, very well kept, and the hosts provided more than ample basics ( paper products, soaps, laundry detergent, etc ) to make arrival easy and our stay enjoyable. Great location just steps from a beautiful beach. We would recommend this location and this host to everyone.

After reading the reviews, it sounded too good to be true. It was everything we were hoping it would be! We went with our 2 yr and 6 mo old and it was great for kids as well! They really have everything you need!

This is the best place to stay in Amelia Island! Prime location: on the beach, close to downtown & restaurants! The parking space was convenient for going to the beach & to the front door of the property. It was nice being on the first floor as well. We rode the bikes that were included, and we had the best time and the best view riding them on the beach at sunset. The condo was very clean. The amenities and everything that was included was very nice too! We will definitely be back to stay here in the years to come!! Theres nothing negative to say about our stay; I can’t rave enough about this place!!

I was looking for a quiet and relaxing place on the beach. The condo was adorable with views of the ocean. It was also just steps from the beach. I plan on returning next year!

Definitely will use property again!

My husband and I absolutely loved our stay here! The condo is right on the water, with ocean views from the bedroom. We were able to wake up each morning and walk down the boardwalk to the beach. Easy access to downtown Fernandina as well. The condo was very clean, perfectly decorated and offered a lot of items we have not had at other rental homes before. For example, they had shampoo, a curling iron (in addition to a hair dryer) and separate towels for the beach. There were also multiple spots where they had instructions on how to access wi-fi, departure checklists, etc. which made it much easier than having to search back through old emails. Also, they left chocolate caramel corn from Fernandina in our room! Would absolutely stay here again.

We enjoyed the condo, location and all the amenities. Will gladly stay here again.

We enjoyed this one bedroom unit. It was well appointed and the location was ideal for going to the beach and a short drive to great food. Overall, a great stay.

Everything was true as advertised. The perfect set up to be able to leave both sliding doors open at night to be lullabied by the waves and cool breeze. We enjoyed ourselves so much we were able to stay and extra night. **Publix has the best bourbon salmon to cook and enjoy.

The property was clean and cozy. The decor was beach-esque but not cheap or overdone. The two doors to the bathroom was great for a non-couple. The unit was well stocked and included beach towels and chairs. We also used the two beach-cruisers to hit the north end of the island. Great location, on the beach and close to downtown, easy uber if wanting to have a few drinks. The designated parking was great. I would definitely stay again!

Highly recommend!! Super easy to find. No check in or parking hassle. Clean and comfortable. Right on the beach and they provided beach chairs, towels, and an umbrella.

Nice to have restaurant/bar “downstairs”. Bikes provided was also great! Unfortunately while we were here it was very windy so we were unable to take advantage of the beach (nothing to do with the condo of course…).

We were in town visiting family and the location was perfect! Sandbar being right next door was an added bonus.

Property exceeded our expectation. Was fully stocked with anything you would need. Beautiful location. We have been staying next door for many years. But we will staying here when visiting family in Fernandina.
