Gli spazi esterni sono ampii ma servirebbe manutenzione.

Abbiamoi trovato la casa non pulita. Abbiamo richiesto di intervenire e lo han fatto il giorno successivo ma in modo superficiale. Mancavano le attrezzature per cucinare tipo cavatappi, insalatiera, scolapasta ....abbiamo dovuto arrangiarci. Le serrature elettroniche con problemi ...abbiamo rischiato molte volte di rimanere all' esterno. Le foto su booking andrebbero aggiornate allo stato attuale e di conseguenza ridimensionare il prezzo che ad oggi non è adeguato.

Excellent location, Fantastic view, Large Terrace with good orientation and fantastic view, Silent location, Perfect for family, Spacious and comfortable for 4 person, even for 6 would be good enough.

Beds are rather bad. Bathrooms need refurbishment: some parts are old or do not work properly, Very small kitchen, difficult for proper cooking. Limited dishes and cooking equipment.

The outlook and location were stunning, there is no better view on the island. The private terrace area and pool were fantastic. The small touches of coffee, condiments and wine made us feel very welcome on arrival. It is a special location.

The compromise on the beautiful location is the lack of local amenities, the walk to restaurants/shops etc was further than anticipated. The villa itself is in need of updating and a little tlc. We attempted to use the dishwasher but it was dirty and smelly and the dishes came out worse than they went in, think it was just missed as the rest of the place was very clean but dish soap, sponges, cloths, laundry tabs were all available which was great.

I agree with all the positive things said already. The house definitely has the iniital wow factor. When the tide is in the house is a lot closer to the water than in the photos. You need a car of staying here with kids as its a bit out of town. Car hire in the town is easy, cheap and no credit or bank cards required.

A couple of safety issues. A broken toe on the first evening due to tripping over the step in the sun room. It cannot be seen easily in dim light and you wouldn't expect it to be there. A strip of light or wood to draw attention would be good. The front is very open and accessoble to passers by to walk in. We had an intrusion during the afternoon while we were in the sitting room. He was caught taking a couple of items and we couldn't relax after that. The bedrooms got very warm at night. Although the house was very clean on arrival it is a magnet for a lot of dust blowing in from the beach. Double bed was very comfy but stand alone head board. The single beds were not as comfy. We didn't use the bbq due to the wind , would blow the ash around.

The beds were very un comfortable and no change of linen all week . The shower was impossible to turn off at times but location views and space on the patio was fabulous

Great views morning and night, great outside space, nice and quiet at night. Host kept in touch to ensure everything was going to plan.

Wasn't a lot of cooking equipment and kettle was a little on the small side. Table light in livingroom didn't work just small things

The villa had fantastic views of Lobos from the terrace. The staff were friendly and helpful, which made the whole check-in process very easy upon arrival.
