I was thrilled with the entire experience. The staff was friendly, very accommodating, and very efficient. The attention to detail throughout the facility was great. As example, the use of logs and branches from trees on the beds and dressers was a very nice touch. My children really enjoyed the small table with toys in the restaurant. They were also thrilled with the playground, pools, and art sculptures. Even the shower was very impressive with numerous showerheads. I would love to have a conference at the facility, and would encourage friends to organize parties and family get togethers as well. Thanks so much for making it a great experience.

The TV didn't work properly.

It used to be our family's favourite resort to rest from the city's noise. But we had the worst experience this time. The resort is positioned as a family resort, but they started to let different parties to take place on their territory. Parties are not such a big issue as long as they are decent and have at least some noise rules. All our stay was accompanied by loud music heard from 5 different places (boxes) and it did not stopped untill 5 a.m the next day. It was a nightmare for us. Although we asked the personal from the accomodations to take some actions regarding this, they could not do anything. Such a disappointment they (owners, personal) ruined such a beautiful place that used to be.
