Location and relatively new but irrelevant when the service is bad and staff are not aware that they are working in the hospitality sector

Front office/ reception/ noisy corridors and staff couldn’t do anything, lack of staff bell boys and also no concierge services available in a 5 star hotel , house keeping cleans rooms at 5pm onwards as they say early cleaning is for rooms checking out only

Breakfast was ok. Food and drink was good but extremely expensive. Spa is lovely but restrictive times for families with teenage children. .

Air con in room failed resulting in an overly heated room and hotel were unable to help, this ruined our first night leaving us dehydrated and exhausted. This improved slightly for the second night and after 5 trips to reception we were given 20% off our room rate. Just a shame as for the price paid we expected perfection.

The hotel is outstanding. The staff are first class. The design is beautiful. The rooms are everything and more you’d expect from a 5 star hotel. Their hospitality at a special occasion went above and beyond. The world class spa is a bonus to what is already an amazing property. Would come back 10 times over. Special shout out to Tony, the head doorman. An absolute diamond!

Staff go above and beyond

Split a suite into two rooms so no sound proofing. Can clearly hear next door talking. Hotel did accommodate a room move but it wasn't without sacrifice. Air conditioning in the new room didn’t work. Serviced the hydro pool at 6.20am including switching the pumps on which woke us up (even with the windows shut) as our room over looked it.

Hotel is lovely, food is excellent and staff very pleasant, professional and happy

The staff were not responsive at all. I would request for things by calling and I would be told I would get a call back but never did until I would have to go downstairs myself

The hotel grounds were gorgeous with plenty of greenery and a well manicured garden.

A few items were not available for breakfast this time, but still a good selection. Location and grounds of this hotel are stunning, the weather was glourious that weekend and the added attraction of the animals was on point as my little gran daughter loved feeding the lambs excellent

Rather expensive , some staff where unhelpful , had to wait over 15mins for door staff to return just to get the keys to our car, room was not ready on arrival but we were early, had to go through booking in again when we returned later in the evening when they could have quite easily have booked us in on arrival even though room wasn’t ready as we were venturing out anyways ?!

Food and staff were brilliant. Thanks for a great evening! Also really appreciated the early room and the staff in the Spa.

Service in the evening in the 1215 bar and restaurant was pretty chaotic. Very slow service in the bar and little communication between the 2 when we moved over for dinner. Also, our meal was held up due to the team losing track of which course we were on. Nothing major but still seemed pretty amatuerish I am afraid to say.

I loved everything about Fairmont. Exceptional service provided by all employees from start to finish. Me and my wife absolutely loved this place!

The Breakfast was excellent a wide choice. The staff always smiling and very helpfull. The Menu for 1215 restaurant was delicious and the staff very helpfull could not fault either.

The staff did not understand that my husband likes to read a physical newspaper and not online. When he ordered The Telegraph newspaper it either did not appear, was lost in transit to the room or as happened was found by my husband abandoned in the breakfast restaurant. I understand this a new hotel with "all the bells and whistles" but, perhaps the staff should realize that not all guests wish to be "tec savvy" while on holiday.

we felt just missing a few touches to make it a truly 5 star experience although saying this we did enjoy our stay

Everything about this hotel is giving luxury ,the spa ,food ,customer services are all brilliant .Right from the moment I drove in ,I knew I was in for a treat .
