I liked cleanliness in general and comfort on beds the most.

The facilities inside the apt are not indeed comfortable for a long/media un stay, the high chairs are useless and absorb a lot of space, the table in the veranda is a simple coffe table and it is appropriate to eat, neither for a breakfast, the mosquito net at up floor should cover the whole window and not only half.

We stayed here for our honeymoon and it exceeded our expectations. We loved the tranquility and convenient location to explore the surrounding beaches (close to Kissamos port and to Falassarna beach), a short drive to many excellent Tavernas (Spilios, Gramboussa). The pool and view was beautiful and we found it to be a lovely way to end our day and watch the sunset. The host was very responsive and helpful. Room was very clean and spacious. We felt so relaxed and would recommend this stay to couples and families coming to explore Crete.

The location is nice, overlooking the sea, the owner is super friendly, helping us check options how to get to Balos beach without the rental car, or recommending restaurants in the area (we can highly recommend Kapetan Nikolas for great sea food) Our room was spacious enough for a family of 4, we had 2 bathrooms and a kitchenette and a spacious terrace (nice after a day on the beach with a glass of Ouzo). There is no noise or light pollution, the place is in the middle of olive tree fields, but still very accessible, just watch out for the goats on the road 🐐

We had super nice four days in Petras resort. The place is wonderful, quiet and so relaxing. Pool is clean and cool. Breakfast was very good and tasty. Many options to choose from. Everyone was very friendly and helpful. Everything 👌 thank you Petras resort

We had an extraordinary stay at Petras Resort and especially the very empathic and service minded receptionist Alexandros made a very positive difference. When we arrived we were greeted by a beautiful white female cat that was obviously very pregnant. This sweet and lovely cat came to our apartement several times and was very communicative. We formed a bond with the cat and at the end of our stay it gave birth to three tiny kittens in front of us. An amazing experience. Alexandros and his colleauges promised to take care of the mother cat and its kittens when we left even though it was not their formal responsability. We really appreciate the positive and professional engagement the staff showed in this unusual situation. The white cat is a great ambassador for the hotel and we hope that she will be there next time we come. The apartement hotel is brand new and the rooms are well designed. We had out own pool but could also use the infinity pool in front of the reception. The area is quiet and you need a car to go there. But it is beautiful and very peaceful.

I can not find a single thing to be negative about.

Breakfast is not included and you have to pay extra. The location is excellent if you have a car. The Falasarna beach is 5 minutes drive away. Great fish restaurants and tavernas are also close by.

The location is perfect, very clean , everything was perfect , there was an issue with the TV which fixed without delay
