We really enjoyed or stay at this location. The beds and furnishings were nice, the property is in beautiful location, and the price was right. What more can you ask for.

This house was perfect for our group of 4 couples. The home was beautiful, spotless, and very well appointed! The beds were comfortable and the kitchen was well stocked. We loved the layout, open kitchen floorplan, and a dining table large enough for everyone. The pool, spa and pickleball courts were a huge bonus for our group. Communication and access were easy. I don't think we've ever had a better stay! Home we can come back soon.

The home is lovely and comfortable! We had plenty of room for extra family members. The walk-in shower and main floor bedroom was a really nice bonus for my aging parents. It’s well-stocked and has some fun extras available like video games for the teenagers and pickleball paddles. Thanks for a great stay! We’ll be back!

It was very clean with a great location to town and reservoirs. The kitchen was set up well for cooking and we used the grill. Quiet neighborhood. We enjoyed the stay!

We did a ladies trip to St. George to hit the reservoirs. The set-up of the house was perfect with so many bedrooms and bathrooms and additional beds in some of the rooms. The location compared with the reservoirs and town is superb. The neighborhood is new and quiet. The patio is small and not very private but the grill worked great and the neighbor was never out on their patio.

Beautiful home, it fit our family perfectly. We will book again!

Our family stayed for Christmas. It was clean and easy access. This was a big home and very well Stocked with everything you need. We had a wonderful time. When they finish the community pool, it will be awesome. We would stay here again.

There are pickleball courts just around the corner. The kitchen is well stocked. Quick access to the freeway. Easy and accessible home that comfortably accommodated our thanksgiving crew.

Plenty of room to move around and lots of beds. The house was really lovely however, the neighborhood had grown a lot since the pictures were taken. It was a pretty quiet neighborhood. The location was close to Zion, Snow Canyon, Kolob Canyon & one not to miss, Cedar Break. St. George and Hurricane were close by with plenty of restaurants and a variety of stores - grocery and others. One place you might want to see is Star Nursery - WOW! All in all, beautiful location to visit. Looking forward to a return.

This was a lovely property with all the perfect amenities. We had plenty of room to spread out plus nice gathering areas, too. Would definitely stay here again. And there is a pool coming to the development!

TVs are complicated to use, especially for the nontechies. Instructions could be more detailed and specific. Perfect location. Easy access to Zion park and Kolob Canyon on it's western end (exit 40 I-35). Bryce Canon Park is a scenic day trip. St George UT has everything you may need.

We were in St. George for a wedding. With all the preparations and the friends/family, the house was perfect! The place was clean, very pleasant, well supplied, and completely enjoyable. We shared the rental with friends, so the design of the house was spot-on: our families stayed upstairs and our friends were able to be downstairs, which provided a bit of privacy for both. The additional refrigerator was a plus since we had a lot of food to store and prepare. Our extended family and the bridesmaids were also able to find VRBOs in the same complex, a stone's throw away. The managers were also extremely helpful with the timing of our arrival. 5 stars for them! Our only "complaint" was that phone reception was very spotty - but as the area develops, I'm sure additional cell towers will come with time. We stayed in this lovely large townhouse for 6 weeks while we were waiting for our new build to be finished. It's everything you want in a vacation rental. It was immaculate, quiet, and well equipped in every sense. There is plenty of room for the kiddos in a gaming room upstairs. We would highly recommend!
