-Close to I-10 but not noisy for taking work meetings. -Safe neighborhood; walked around with dog and it was okay. -Helpful cleaning staff

I don't usually write reviews but wanted to write this because of the experience. I've been traveling round the country so I stayed here because it's cheap for my road trip budget. Being on the road for 2 months cost a bit. -Sprinkler in room was leaking; reported it but nothing was done. -Unusable towels that would leave wool on your face and hair. -No access to ironing services, even if you want to pay for it. -Spotty wifi in my room that made some work calls difficult. -It was not that clean when I arrived but the cleaning staff did a fantastic job the next day. -Bathing soap is a joke. Don't use it or your skin might sue you. Overall, it's way more basic than other hotels I've stayed at in other cities for similar cost (taking the cost of living in Houston into consideration). It's just a place to lay your head down.

The hotel had roaches, they are refusing to give my money back even though we did not stay

Could've been cleaner. The room we had didn't look like the other rooms I've seen they had

The remote didn't work. Room didn't have ice! I feel like they charge more than what the room is worth just because of the area that it's in.

front office staff was rude housekeeping didn’t want to take out trash, complained about room not being clean

Location was ok but service there was so bad. No remote to tv, called the front desk for help I was told they only have one person in shift that they can’t leave the front desk, no microwave I will never recommend to anyone
